Abstract

AbstractThis research uses Bio-pozzolan which consist of ASP and lime as a substitute for cement which is expected to be used in the manufacture of mortar. Mortar mixtures were tested with a total of 70 specimens, including compressive strength of 45 specimens according to SNI 03 – 6825 – 2002, flexural strength of 15 specimens according to ASTM C 580 – 02, and changes in length of 10 specimens according to ASTM C 157 – 93. Mortar specimens with a comparison ratio of 1 PC : 3 Aggregate, the adhesive material is partially replaced with a Bio-pozzolan adhesive consisting of ASP and lime. The amount of cement substitution with Bio-pozzolan is 17,5% of the weight of cement. In this research the variation of bio-pozzolan as follows; variation 1 (0% Bio-pozzolan), variation 2 (50% lime: 50% RHA), variation 3 (60% lime: 40% RHA), variation 4 (70% lime: 30% RHA), variation 5 (80% lime: 20% RHA). The results showed the composition of Bio-pozzolan variation 2 produces compressive strength with a value of 20,889 MPA, flexural strength is 6,3735 MPA, and a value of change in length with the lowest shrinkage expansion. Abstract

The construction field in Indonesia has been developing briskly. It can be proved by the discovery of the new method in the construction field, the Building Information Modelling (BIM) method. This BIM method is claimed to help finish the work more effective and less cost compare using the previous methods. It is because each application should be made manually and separately. Unlike the conventional method, the BIM method has the applications integrated into one, so it can accelerate the work progress and minimalize human resources. This research discusses the contrast of the construction planning process, especially when making the work method, and shop drawing, which reviewed from cost, quality, and time aspect. This research also examines the advantages and disadvantages of using the BIM method because it is categorized as a new method. The questionnaire and the interview method are used to collect the data. This research subject is the drafters and engineers already experienced in the construction field by applying the BIM method. The case of this study is Toll Road Jakarta – Cikampek II Selatan (Paket 3), with comparing the cost and time efficiency between conventional and BIM methods. The results show that the work will be done 43.82% faster using the BIM method than the conventional one. However, the required cost will be more expensive by using the BIM method because it will be allocated to invest in the software license. Abstract

The development of the industrial era 4.0 is rapid, one of which is the BIM (Building Information Modeling) method for surveying activities, namely 3D Scanning. The 3D Scanning method, which can obtain millions of points in point clouds in one scan, is expected to provide higher accuracy and more efficient and effective operating time than conventional methods. Conventional methods, which still apply human plotting, require more time and human resources because they have to move from one point to another, and their accuracy is highly dependent on the quality of human resources. This research was conducted at the Interchange Project of the Batang Industrial Estate, Central Java, and aimed to compare the dimensions, volume, and shop drawings of the 3D Scanning method with the conventional method and the advantages of the 3D Scanning and Modeling method. The results obtained in this study are that there is an average dimension difference of 0.007 m from the shop drawing image, then there is a difference in the average coordinate point of 0.028 m which causes the Abutment position to shift from the shop drawing image. BIM is one method for get the volume of structures on Interchange Project with careful results and faster process. The calculated volume is based on shop drawings. The results showed that the difference between the conventional BIM method in the volume of concrete was 1.156%, and in the granular heap, there was a difference of 1.292%. The advantages of these 2 BIM methods are how they operate, which has started to implement an automation system and requires less time than conventional methods.

Abstract

Community Service Program, especially the Appropriate Technology Application Program (PPTTG) in the village of Curug, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, which involves the community, especially catfish farmers, in an effort to increase community economic empowerment and marketing of catfish farming crops. Since the occurrence of Covid-19 has become a problem and has had an impact on the business activities of catfish farmers in marketing the catfish harvest because the amount of catfish consumption needs has decreased due to the decreasing purchasing power of the people around the village of Curug, the price of catfish feed has tended to rise so this condition has add to the burden of new problems for the community. PPTTG program help catfish farmers in  village  Curug as partners to be able to market their catfish harvest through direct sales and digital (online) marketing so that economic income increases and is able to buy catfish feed at a reasonable price, provide training and business assistance. catfish. The solutions offered in dealing with partner problems in developing catfish marketing through websites and internet marketing 4.0, making dumplings from catfish, help establish a special cooperative for catfish farmers so that catfish farmers have a formal organization that can assist in capitalizing catfish farmer members, providing tools for catfish production. The results of the PPTTG are the establishment of cooperatives for catfish farmers, diversifying catfish products such as dumplings, online marketing of catfish (marketing strategy 4.0), and owning the copyright and production brand rights so that catfish farmers can run catfish farming more increased. As for the sustainability of this program, it is hoped that catfish farmers in the village of Curug can continue to maintain the potential of catfish business and increase economic income

Abstract

Technological developments in the construction sector are expanding, also supported by government regulations. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is one of the technological developments in the construction world. It is expected to help workers minimize errors that will harm the project. Projects that humans still interpret are prone to errors due to human error. This study aims to model three dimensions that function to realize the plan, examine differences in the results of BIM-based quantity takeoff using Autodesk Revit software with conventional methods in one of the bridge structures in Cinere - Jagorawi Toll Project Section 3A, and interview BIM experts with an aim to determine the factors that can affect BIM-based QTO output from the user's perspective. The two QTO outputs produce a difference of ± 0.32% in the volume of the concrete structure and ± 2.28% in the reinforcement volume, where the BIM-based QTO results are lower than the conventional method. The factors that affect the output of BIM-based QTO from the user's point of view, namely (a) the long duration of BIM user’s experience affects the accuracy and details in the modeling, which will affect the QTO output, and(b) the longer the duration of experience and practice time the higher the level of detail and accuracy. The results of the QTO are especially important in determining the overall project cost. An inaccuracy in conducting the QTO will have fatal consequences that can harm the project. Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu Program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna kepada Masyarakat di desa Curug Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor ini melibatkan masyarakat dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat bersama Petani Ikan lele Pandemi covid 19 menjadi penyebab , beragam lini kehidupan mengalami kesulitan, bukan hanya menimbulkan masalah Kesehatan diseluruh dunia tetapi juga masalah perekonomian. Petani ikan lele berusaha untuk mempertahankan usahanya ditengah pandemic covid 19. Petani ikan lele juga kena imbasnya yang mengalmi penurunan pendapatan/omzet hingga mencapi 50% lebih pada saat pandemic covid19 ini, Program PTTG ini dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan kembali pendapatan, terutama setelah pasca panen. PNJ melalui UP2M mencoba untuk memberikan solusi terhadap kendala tersebut melalui pengembangan Pemasaran serta membuat olahan berbahan dasar Ikan Lele. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalah pasca panen yaitu dalam hal marketing atau pemasaran produk olahan Ikan lele atau diversifikasi produk, melalui Website/Internet marketing 4.0, Pendirian koperasi , dapat mengembangkan usahanya serta memberikan alat penunjang untuk mempermudah dalam kegiatan produksi. Program selajutnya ada yaitu pendampingan agar keberlanjutan dapat berjalan lebih intensif, agar bisa membawa produk mereka ke tingkat nasional. Keberlanjutan Program ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat terus menerapkan program ini sehingga ekonomi masyarakat dapat meningkat dan yang terpenting dapat memberdayakan masyarakat di diwilayah tersebut.

Abstract

In large and complex construction projects, Building Information Modelling (BIM) is important in the globalization of construction technology. Through the implementation of BIM, it is hoped that the “X” Toll Road Project can minimize errors. The problems that occurs in the field is that the QTO calculation using AutoCAD with Microsoft Excel tools in the initial estimate is less accurate so that it results in a miss calculation in the implementation, BIM is expected to be a solution to this problem. A case study was conducted to compare the quantity take-off in toll road construction on Overpass Interchange “X” and Access Roads using BIM and conventional. Data analysis was obtained from carrying out quantity take-off work using BIM and Conventional CAD as well as conducting interviews with BIM experts. Based on the research conducted, there are differences in the calculation of the take-off quantity between BIM and conventional, the percentage difference in the calculation obtained is the difference in earthworks ±4,375%, structural excavation difference ± 1,7%, pavement difference ± 4.4%, structural concrete difference ± 0.1%, and other work 0% difference. BIM can streamline more actual volume, but it takes a long time for beginners to get accurate. BIM is influenced by the level of modeling detail, if the modeling is not modeled properly, it will give wrong volume calculation results. Compared to conventional methods, using BIM at the beginning of planning is very effective in preventing re-design as well as inefficient designs and miss calculations.

Abstract

Hot mix asphalt concrete with substitution of waste metal processing ( steel slag ) aggregate is the result of residual waste processing or a crust of iron ore furnace , visually shaped as hard lumps and irregularly shaped rock , has a specific gravity > 2.9, steel slag considered as a heavy aggregate. According to the sii 0052-80, steel slag that had less than 27% destroyed sections through a 1.7 mm sieve when tested with los angeles engines, can be used as aggregate. A 50% substitution variation of steel slag aggregate provides characteristics of asphalt concrete mixtures that is eligible to the bina marga 1998 requirement, with the optimum value at the variation of 50 % steel slag to coarse aggregate, with the stability value of 1016.00 kgf, melting value ( flow ) has the lowest value of 3:32 mm , marshall quetion optimum at 306.30 , cavities in aggregate > 16 % , the cavity filled with asphalt > 65 % , the cavity in a mixture of 3 % - 5 % .
