Abstract

Silver nanoparticles have been studied for its application in wound healing therapy, while aqueous extract of Plantago major L has been studied also for its antibacterial and wound healing activity. This study aimed to obtain silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) through a green synthesis pathway using aqueous extract of Plantago major L. The initial study was performed to optimize the three concentration points of Plantago major L. aqueous extract, namely 0.125%, 0.25% and 0.5% and three synthetic temperature points (60 °C, 70 °C, and 80 °C). The formation of AgNPs were confirmed using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer which shows a peak at a wavelength of 445 nm. The obtained silver nanoparticles were then characterized using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS Nano), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) dan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The study showed that the extract concentration of 0.25% with an optimum temperature of 70 °C was the optimal combination to produce the best AgNPs, based on the organoleptic parameters (as the color of silver was produced), the highest yield with weight of 9.13 mg and particle size of 129.20 nm with Polydispersity Index (PDI) of 0.25. The morphology of AgNPs showed the spherical shape and the crystallization of AgNPs showed a diffractogram pattern similar to the silver standard using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Antibacterial activity of AgNPs was tested against three bacterial strains, namely Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and was measured with diffusion method using paper disc. The antibacterial activity testing showed that AgNPS has better antibacterial activity than silver nitrate and is equivalent to its comparative antibiotics, gentamicin sulfate for gram-negative bacteria and Chloramphenicol for gram-positive bacteria.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang konflik dalam novel “fadaytuki yā layla”karya Yūsūf al-Sibā‘ī.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi konflik yang terdapat pada novel, serta menganalisis penyebab terjadinya konflik dan konflik yang menyebabkan klimaks. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, melalui teknik catat secara cermat, sedangkan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yaitu memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang permasalahan yang sesuai data yang ada. Berdasarkan penelitain yang dilakukan, ditemukan konflik internal dan eksternal.Adapun konflik internal berwujud rasa khawatir, pertentangan ide dan kekecewaan.Konflik eksternal terdiri atas konflik fisik dan konflik sosial.Konflik fisik berwujud kematian mendiang Layla yang meninggal karena jatuh dari kincir angin.Adapun konflik sosial berwujud kekesalan, ketakutan, heran dan keterpaksaan.Penyebab konflik pada novel ini terbagi pada dua bagian konflik iternal dan eksternal, penyebab konflik internal adalah pertentangan diri kejiwaan.Adapun penyebab konflik eksternal adalah memaksakan kehendak dan perbedaan keinginan.Sedangkan konflik yang menyebabkan terjadinya klimaks dalam novel “fadaytuki yā layla”karya Yūsūf al-Sibā‘īberwujud karena Ibrahim memiliki rasa bersalah yang tinggi atas kematian adiknya yaitu Layla kecil dan Ibrahim tidak dapat menjelaskan perasaannya kepadaLayla yang membuatnya meninggal dunia.

Abstract

This article employs a literature review research method to comprehend and explore theories from various sources related to the research. The literature review is conducted through four stages, namely preparing the necessary tools, compiling a working bibliography, organizing time and readings, and recording research materials. In data collection, a search and collection method is utilized, sourcing information from various outlets such as books, journals, and previous research. Literature is critically analyzed to support recommendations and ideas. The results and discussion highlight the philosophy of communication, ontology, epistemology, axiology, and logic within the context of communication science. Focusing on the philosophy of science, ontology describes the nature of communication, epistemology discusses ways of acquiring knowledge, axiology examines the benefits of scientific knowledge and ethical values, while logic emphasizes principles of correct thinking and reasoning. The article also discusses communication phenomena, self-concept, and the functions of human communication, relating them to the evolving paradigms and theories in the realm of knowledge.

Abstract

The use of social reality construction theory as an addition to social exchange theory is a significant step towards understanding more deeply the impact of social media on interpersonal communication. Social reality construction theory offers a powerful perspective on how social media can shape individuals' perceptions of the reality around them. In this research, the literature method is used with a focus on reviewing and analyzing literature related to the impact of social media on interpersonal communication. The research aims to conduct a critical review of interpersonal communication theory and analyze how this theory has implications for social relationships in the digital era. This research shows that overall, changes in patterns of social relations that arise as a result of social media can be understood through the lens of social exchange theory. Social media provides a platform for information exchange, support, and social interaction, however, the impact is the emergence of dynamics that can sometimes sacrifice the depth and quality of traditional interpersonal relationships.

Abstract

Study on the effectiveness of implementing demonstration methods in the learning process of jurisprudence subjects. The problems discussed include the effectiveness of implementing the demonstration method at Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo, Soppeng Regency. The aim of the author in choosing this discussion is because the theoretical learning process is widespread without being accompanied by practical ones, while the aim of learning, especially in the subject of jurisprudence, is to understand and practice. To examine this problem, this research is descriptive-qualitative research. The data collection procedure is through library research, namely by quoting available books related to the author's thesis, which are then quoted directly and indirectly, and field research. The author's data collection technique is conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with deductive, inductive, and comparative data analysis techniques. From the research process, it was found that the effectiveness of implementing the demonstration method in the learning process for Islamic jurisprudence subjects at the Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo, Soppeng Regency was quite effective at the age of students who had already entered the phase of wanting to learn in a different atmosphere, not only in the classroom, but were constrained by the madrasa facilities, which is inadequate. However, basically, the effectiveness of implementing the demonstration method in the learning process for Islamic jurisprudence subjects at Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo, Soppeng Regency, is quite good, but it is not evenly distributed due to the various obstacles above.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja merupakan suatu kaitan antara output yakni hasil kerja dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan produk/jasa oleh seorang tenaga kerja. Produktivitas merupakan salah satu ukuran yang sering dipakai, sebuah organisasi tidak akan dapat berkembang apabila produktivitas kerja karyawannya juga tidak mengalami peningkatan apalagi dengan semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan kompensasi finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan UPTD Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPTD PPD Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh formulasi Y = -3,892 + 0,435 X1 + 0,625 X2. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel pengawasan (X1) dengan nilai sig t (0,001) dan kompensasi finansial (X2) dengan nilai sig t (0,000) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Secara simultan variabel pengawasan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 100,694 dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,000 < 0,05). Uji koefisien determinasi dengan nilai R2 sebesar 87,30%, sisanya 12,70% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengawasan dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu kedua hal tersebut perlu diperhatikan oleh pimpinan dalam rangka peningkatan produktivitas

Abstract

TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTED MODEL IN THE USE OFTECHNOLOGY IN THE ACCOUNTING LEARNING PROCESS.This study aims to find out the meaning of one of the accountingolympiad students regarding the acceptance of technology in theaccounting learning process. The research setting is in the AccountingOlympiad activities throughout Makassar city and surrounding areas.This research is a post-positivism research with interpretive paradigmand transcendental phenomenology research methodology. Thephenomenologist chose one Olympic participant as the informant. Theanalysis technique uses Noema, Epoche, Noesis, Intentional Analysisand Eidetic Reduction. The meaning of technology acceptance inaccounting learning according to these students is that technology canbe accepted in the learning process of accounting (Usage behavior)when it has been practiced, which can lead to the desire (Intention toUse) to use the technology (Perceived Usefulness) especially if thetechnology is easy to use ( Perceived Ease of Use).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Perencanaan Pajak Dan Pajak Tangguhan dengan Penurunan Tarif Pajak (Diskon Pajak) Sebagai Variabel Moderasi terhadap Manajemen Laba. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis dan analisisnya adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini diguanakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu metode pengambilan sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020-2022. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan pajak berdasarkan hasil uji tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba dan Pajak tangguhan berdasarkan hasil uji berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba tetapi Pengaruh Perencanaan Pajak dan Pajak tangguhan dengan manajemen laba tidak mampu dimoderasi penurunan tarif pajak.

Abstract

The four-healthy-five-perfect nutritional guidelines that were previously used have changed to the term nutritional pyramid or balanced nutritional stack. Balanced nutrition is one of the most important things that parents must pay attention to in children's growth and development. The long-term impact of poor nutritional status affects the quality of human resources in the future. Therefore, it is necessary for parents to understand through education or increasing knowledge regarding balanced nutritional status so that they can choose food according to their needs to provide balanced nutrition to their children. The counseling activity was carried out on January 27, 2024, which was attended by 13 parents and 8 school teachers. To determine the cognitive changes of participants, we perform pre-test and post-test. The results of the counseling activity showed that participants' knowledge regarding balanced nutrition increased by 23%, and the percentage of correct answers increased from 7.7% to 69.2%. This increased knowledge is expected to enhance understanding and change behaviour of balance nutrition parents towards their children.

Abstract

Malnutrition is a health disorder due to a lack or imbalance of nutrients needed for growth. The incidence of malnutrition in toddlers based on data from the Mamajang Health Center in Makassar City in 2019 was 39 toddlers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet, family income and the incidence of malnutrition in children under five in the working area of the Mamajang Public Health Center, Makassar City. This research is a type of quantitative research with observational analytic methods and a cross-sectional study design. The number of samples in this study was 39 toddlers or total sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between diet (p-value = 0.003) and family income (p-value = 0.005), with the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers.
