Abstract

The purpose for this study is to convert mechanical vibration into electrical Power. Our target is to provide enough power for 1.2 V rechargeable battery having 160 . The investigation was conducted experimentally in electrical mechanical engineering laboratory. Four piezoelectric was connected to circuits in series mode called 1 module. In order to recharge the battery having voltage 1.2 volt, the measurement of the intensity of the loudspeaker was verified. According to table 1, it was found that at 2  of vibration is best because the value is 1.4 V nearest to 1.2 V. It was found that the mechanical vibration can be converted into electric power. It was found that to recharge 160  having 1.2 V, the 20 modules are needed.

Abstract

Abstrack— Has successfully implemented aprototype sensor based electronic selectivemembrane. Chemical sensors based on ion selectivemembrane is to use a mixture of dicotyledonousphosphate (DOP) and Trioctyl methyl ammoniumchloride (TOMA), with a composition of 9 and 1.Taste sensor working electrode and referenceelectrode immersed in the sample test solution andconnected with ion meter. So that the signal can becaptured by the ion meter then use a buffer as theinterface becomes a high input impedance low outputimpedance. Measured signal is magnified by theamplifier so that it can be read by the display. Resultsshown by substraction of the signal referenceelectrode with the working electrode signal.The experimental results show DOP-based ionselective membranes and TOMA with a ratio 9 and 1have the ability to perform characterization andanionic response in a sample of five basic tastes ofsour, sweet, bitter, salty and umami and theconcentrations were varied from 0.1 mmol to 100mmol. While the response time is obtained at 4minutes to get stable data with measured values in thesample five basic tastes.Keywords— Ion selective membrane, DOP,TOMA, membran selektif ion, DOP, TOMA, five basictaste, ion meter,buffer, amplifier.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organization commitment to employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in work environment consists of work atmosphere, relationships with colleagues, and availability of working facilities. Dimensions variable organization commitment consists of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment. And dimensions for the independent variables (employees performance) consists of labor quantity, labor quality, reliability, presence, and ability to cooperate. The method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test of the determinant (R²). Processing data using programe SPSS 20.The results showed that the partial work environment does not significantly effect on employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, as shown by the significant value greater than 0,05. Partial variable organization commitment significantly influence employee employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru,. And simultaneous work environment and organization commitment a significant effect on employees performance. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.832 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.692 or 69,2%. This means that employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru influenced by work environment and organization commitment employees amounted to 69,2%.Keywords: Work Environment, Organization Commitment, Employees Performance

Abstract

Hukum adalah suatu aturan yang berlaku di semua warga masyarakat, baik itu masyarakat yang bersifat tradisional maupun masyarakat modern. Peran hukum memainkan peranan penting dalam menjaga keadilan dan ketertiban dalam masyarakat. Dalam hal ini fungsi hukum berperan dalam melindungi hak-hak warga negara, mengatur perilaku masyarakat dan menegakkan keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa penting hukum dalam menjaga keadilan dan ketertiban dimasyarakat, menganalisis bagaimana peran hukum dapat menjaga stabilitas sosial, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis hukum yang berlaku dari pengaruh penerapannya terhadap ketertiban masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui obesevasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penegakkan hukum di masyarakat masih lemah, dan kesadaran hukum masyarakat tergolong masih rendah. Hal ini menjadi faktor utama meningkatnya pelanggaran hukum diberbagai sektor kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penguatan peran lembaga penegak hukum serta peningkatan edukasi hukum kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya mewujudkan lingkungan sosial yang aman, tertib, dan adil.
