The Indonesian society is a patriarchy society, where female’s roles in society, national, and country life are not apparent because they have always been dominated by men. This is reflected in almost all laws products passed by the legislative committee. Furthermore, the summary of female rights protection in Human Rights Law that includes 7 life sectors , does not regulate protection of female rights in culture and environment. This might be a threat to society life, especially to female in culture and environmental sector.

New York tahun 1958.Kata kunci: UU Arbitrase, keputusan arbitrase internasional.ABSTRACTEven though Indonesia has already had the Arbitration Law, refusals of the international arbitration decisions still happen. One of which is the object of analysis in this article, that is the case of Astro All Asia Network Plc. The application of the international arbitration decision from Singapore was refused by the Central Jakarta District Court. This refusal is confirmed by the Supreme Court. This article discuss any court's considerations for the refusal. It seems that some reasoning are not in accordance with the Arbitration Law, that come from both at the district court level and the Supreme Court. That such refusal, in consequence, could cause bad impact to the international bussiness climate. The Government was supposed to admit and implement the international arbitration decisions as a consequence of Indonesia's membership of the 1958 New York Convention. Keywords: Arbitration Law, international arbitration decision.

The purpose of this study is to measure systemic risk with a method that is able to calculate predictions of bank capital losses when the market is in a crisis, namely Marginal Expected Shortfall (MES) and empirically test the factors that influence it. Systemic risk arises when banks experiencing capital losses and transmit the problem to other banks and to other financial companies so that the financial system collapses. This MES model has advantages over other systemic risk measurement models because it is calculated with data available in the market, namely stock prices and volatility so that we can measure each bank’s impact to banking systemic risks. This study shows that control variable such as Non-Performing Loans (NPL) influence systemic risk but other variables such as CAR, and bank profitability (ROA) do not have significant effect on systemic risk.

Indonesia has been being a member of the 1958 New York Convention since 1981, namely upon issuance of the Presidential Decree No. 34 of 1981. Prior to taking into force of the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 1990 on Procedures for Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral awards, there were still constraints for the foreign business players in term of enforcement of arbitral awards in Indonesia. The Supreme Court as the highest judicial institution in Indonesia holds that international arbitral awards can not be enforced in Indonesia. After the Indonesian Supreme Court has issued such a regulation, enforcement of international arbitral awards in Indonesia began to be enforceable, because the procedural law that governs the procedures for execution of arbitral awards has been clear. In order to regulate better the international arbitral award problems in the hierarchy of legislation, on October 12, 1999, the Law on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution was promulgated. In that Law, there is a special part discussing the International Arbitration. This study examines the development of international arbitral award enforcement in Indonesia before Indonesia becoming member of the 1958 New York Convention, until nowadays, by analyzing the international arbitral awards that were decided by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia after the coming into effect of the Arbitration Law

The COVID-19 pandemic brings new challenges to the teaching and learning process through online learning. Online learning that is carried out efficiently will have positive effects. In fact, online learning in Indonesia does not run efficiently and has various impacts on several aspects, one of which is concentration. Online learning activities require high concentration and a supportive environment. Inefficient online learning results in an excess of information from the environment, thus affecting the level of concentration of students during learning activities. This fact underlines the purpose of this study, namely to investigate the role of information overload on concentration during the online learning process in students of SMAN (Public Senior High School) 1 Kotabaru. This study is quantitative research using the information overload adaptation scale and concentration scale. The sampling was carried out using the cluster random sampling technique. The subjects were students of SMAN 1 Kotabaru as many as 249 students. Data were analyzed using the simple linear regression with the results showing that the information overload had a significant negative role in predicting concentration. It means that the higher the individual experienced information overload, the lower the concentration the individual had. Meanwhile, the information overload was not the only factor that affected concentration. There were other factors affecting concentration but were not investigated in this study.
