Background: Knowledge or cognitive is a very important domain in shaping ones actions or overt behavior. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of knowledge and role of nurses in the handling of emergency patients in Aisyiyah Ponorogo General Hospital Methods : The design of correlative quantitative research with cross sectional research approach. This study uses independent variables. Knowledge of the nurse is the result of know to improve the behavior of nurse as executor in handling of emergency of cardiovascular system disorder and dependent variable of nurse role that is nurse behavior in handling of emergency of cardiovascular system disorder. The population is all nurses of IGD and ICU / ICCU in RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo with sample of 25 respondents in Purposive Sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire and observation sheet then analyzed by Spearman Rank Correlation test. Result : The results of research almost half (36%) as many as 9 respondents have good knowledge. Spearmank Rank Correlation sig. (2-tailed) with 0.05> 0.007). Conclusion : The nurses knowledge is greatly influenced by the level of education of a person, and is linked, either directly or indirectly to the role of nurses in the treatment of emergency in patients with cardiovascular system disorders

A part of S. tranquebarica crablet offspring produced from larvae rearing often grows faster than the others. The research aimed to monitor larvae development and compared the growth between fast and slow growth crablet offspring. Hatched larvae reared until crablet stage with production 4848 individual. 600 individual were weighted and measured carapace width. The data figured as a normal distribution curve. 700 ind. of fast growth crablet with carapace width 15.2+1.29 mm and body weight 0.55+0.15 g/ind. were selected. The others 700 individual slow growth crablet, carapace width 8.88+3.11 mm and body weight 0.14+0.08 g/individual were selected also. These crablet stocked in four pond compartments each size of 500 m2 (350 ind./500 m2). Crablet growth was monitored monthly. After five months cultured, the fast growth crablet attained 185.7+38.7 g/ind. and significantly different (P<0.05) with the slow growth crablet 156.94+15.30 g/ind. The first female mature gonadal stage with weight 205.2+0.3g and carapace width 116.7+0.7mm was obtained from the fast growth crablet group after fourth months cultured. That female mature gonadal was spawned after 27 days incubated in the hatchery. Fast growth crablet is concluded more effective for the broodstock candidate in mud crab hatchery.

The study aims to investigate and identify factors those make IT Operation employees at PT. Indosat Tbk motivated while doing their job, and their impact to employee's performance. This writing talk about relationship between, job design, and employee's expectation, leadership styles and motivational level of employees to employee's performance. this writing based on study that conducted in 2011 at IT Operations Organization at PT Indosat Tbk. This writing comes up in response on intensive telecommunication industry competition in Indonesia, the low performance of Indosat compared with the other competitor in last 3 years, and the major roles of IT Operations in daily operation of Indosat. Â In Indosat, IT Operations has responsible to deliver services to customer, keep & maintain the services and products, implement new product in system, second layer in handling complaints, provide accurate data for the other group. The critical part of IT Operations is responsible for maintaining Indosat Revenue Generator (Single Electronics Voucher, Integrated Voucher Database that equal for 40 billion rupiah per day) daily operations, which provide the customers ability to recharge/top up money to their number in 24x7 operation time. This study aims to offer an alternative approach to the implementation of the labor law system in Indonesia. With the approach of Islamic law and socio-legal research as its basic tools for analyzing the implementation of various labor law regulations, the results of the study show;Â first,Â various labor problems that arise at this time are caused by, among others, there is no common understanding yet on the concept of equal relationship between workers and employers, the lack of government political will in enforcing the rules, the low skills of labor, uncertainty of market mechanisms, uneven distribution of the worker, and the presence of foreign workers;Â second, the implementation of the labor system is still far away from the concept ofÂ fiqh ijarah; andÂ third, the lack of work spirituality.Â

The purpose of this study was to: 1). To analyze the implementation of goverment authority Semarang to State land tenure. 2). To analyze the weaknesses of the implementation of goverment authority Semarang to State land tenure. 3). To analyze the solutions of the weaknesses of the implementation of goverment authority Semarang to State land tenure. This research uses empirical research with the sociological approach. Collecting data using primary legal materials and secondary data were collected through observation, interviews and studies of legal documents. Data analysis is done qualitatively, what respondents expressed orally or in writing, and their actual behavior are researched and studied as a part of the whole.Based on the results penelitaan, then obtained some results conclusions; (1). Implementation of Semarang city government authority does not comply with the authority is in this regard is the acquisition of state land that the land is basically controlled by or under control of juridical by PT. KAI and an asset of Ministry of Finance. (2). Weaknesses of implementation of goverment authority Semarang toward mastery of state land that is;First an error in exercising authority and policies implemented by the previous Mayor with the Chief Daop IV Semarang. Both lack of legal certainty over the ownership rights to the land, so that their certificates canceled citizens of the State Administrative Court which considered disabled Semarang administration. Thirdly absence of justice and legal protection against their certificates of citizens, so that between PT. KAI and residents to date on the status of each claim ownership of the land. (3). The solution of the weaknesses that arise in the implementation of goverment authority Semarang toward mastery of state land that is; Semarang city government first sought mediation between citizens and PT. KAI. Both governments Semarang to seek their compensation from PT. KAI to citizens affected. Semarang three governments seeking their relocation and providing temporary shelter for residents.Keywords: Implementation; Government Authority; State Land.

Implementation Land registration in society is now the task of the State. Land registration is carried out by the government for the benefit of the people, as an effort to provide legal certainty in the field of land. The Land Registration is carried out by the Land Office, and in carrying out the tasks the Land Office is assisted by The Land Deed Official, to carry out the activities set forth in PP 24/1997.The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) How is the regulation of the registration of the Deed of Sale and Purchase exceeding the period of registration of land for the realization of legal certainty ?; 2) What are the obstacles faced by the Land Deed Officer in relation to the deed of sale and purchase that exceeds the period of land registration, which is shown for the realization of legal certainty and how is the solution to the settlement?This research method using research approach that is juridical normative. The specifications of this study were descriptively analyzed. Methods of data collection in this study, can be obtained by library research.The result of the research says that 1. The legal arrangement of registration of Deed of Sale and Purchase exceeding the time period specified for the realization of legal certainty is where if the registration of sale and purchase certificate exceeds 7 days then it is requested more clearly to the local Land Office. 2. The obstacles faced by the Land Deed Authority in relation to the deed of sale and purchase that exceeds the period of land registration such as the lack of public awareness, the bad image of the National Land Agency and the rights base is different from the field data. To overcome these obstacles then the National Land Agency made a program such as doing counseling to the public and through the PRONA program.The conclusion of the research results suggests that the legal arrangement of registration of Sale and Purchase Deed beyond the time period specified for the realization of legal certainty is where if the registration of the deed of sale and purchase exceeds 7 days then applied more clearly to the local Land Office. Although the submission of the deed of sale and purchase of land to the Land Office as practiced by most of the Land Deed Officials is not in accordance with the applicable laws but does not result in the cancellation of the land and there is no legal provision stating that With the delay of submission of the deed of sale and purchase of the land makes the relevant deed null and void. Notary in performing his duties acting as public servant in the affairs of making the deed of agreement which is the will of the parties who want to make it. In order to improve notary services as much as possible one of them is with the notary's office itself. Notary obligation in implementing good corporate public notary principles must be consistent with Law Number 30 Year 2004 juncto Law Number 2 Year 2014 regarding Notary Position and referring to the Notary Code of Ethics, as well as from inventory office, employees, documentation and services to clients. The constraints often faced in carrying out the principles of office governance is arising from the notary itself and from employees, where the notary is involved in a criminal case that causes punishment and employees who act dishonestly in carrying out their work, thus causing harm to office management itself and become disorganized in its management.Keywords: notary, office
