Abstract

Judging from the background of its formation, the formulation of the hybrid contract is motivated by a passion to expand the range of Shariah banking in order to be more competitive than conventional financial institutions. The world's conventional financial institutions have advanced so rapidly, because it is centuries old. The products offered is already so varied. Banking Shari'ah established with a mission of Islam in economics to be applied in the financial institutions are required to be able to race competitively catch up to conventional financial institutions. The spirit of this competition can sometimes only shift the original ideals of the Shari'ah banking so out of the idealistic mission. Ideally, Shari'ah banking mission to operationalize by function with fairness, honesty and mission enliven real sector. Akad which became the main base is musharakah or mudarabah with the principle of sharing in a partnership approach. However, because of the demands of profitability and encouraged the spirit of acceleration enlarge market share, concerns the question that arises is whether the main concern of Shariah banking can be shifted from the spirit of the mission to realize the ideal into the spirit of competition in the formalities of the subordinated kesyari'ahan ideal mission?  Looking at the above, there were some fundamental problems with the implementation of the contract, namely whether the hybrid will not shift the original ideals of Shariah banking, because there is concern shifted to the usury that no longer different from the conventional financial institutions. A further problem of how to revitalize the agreement in the contract hybrids in value based banking Shari'ah Islamic justice. This problem appears motivated by a sense of concern author of various hybrid forms of contract that can not represent the substance of justice is a principle addressed in the rules of jurisprudence muamalah. Thus this dissertation research is expected to create more hybrid contract represents an agreement.

Abstract

Purpose- This research explores the readiness and innovation of human resources in the implementation of the Freedom to Learn (Merdeka Belajar) initiative at SMA Plus Al Ghifari. The study aims to answer three main questions is what readiness is needed by students and educators in adapting to the flexible curriculum and technological advancements? what are the inhibiting factors affecting the readiness and innovation of human resources in implementing Freedom to Learn? and what efforts can be made to overcome these inhibiting factors? Design/methodology- The research employs a mixed-methods quallitatif interviews, and document analysis. The research involved three main participant groups, namely Principals, Teachers, as well as secondary data obtained from employees in technical and operational technical and administrative units.  Finding- The findings in this reaseacrch is the priority is the development of teachers' skills in designing competency-based learning and supporting innovation. Hindering factors such as inadequate infrastructure and technology, resistance to change, and the inability to adapt to the new curriculum need to be overcome. Steps such as investing in improving infrastructure, training and skill development, as well as increasing awareness and motivation, need to be implemented immediately through internal socialization and campaigns

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak di Desa Gampa, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, dalam pemilihan dan pengelolaan bibit kerbau jantan dan betina unggul. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok ternak di daerah ini antara lain rendahnya produktivitas ternak yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman tentang seleksi bibit unggul dan manajemen reproduksi yang tepat. Melalui bimbingan teknis ini, peserta diberikan materi dan pelatihan langsung mengenai kriteria pemilihan bibit kerbau unggul serta strategi pemeliharaan yang berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu genetik ternak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi interaktif, dan praktik lapangan bersama narasumber ahli di bidang peternakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam membedakan kerbau jantan dan betina unggul, serta komitmen untuk menerapkan pengetahuan tersebut dalam usaha ternak mereka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha peternakan kerbau di Desa Gampa.

Abstract

Abstak: Arah seseorang menghadap Ka’bah ditentukan oleh letak astronomis dari lintang dan bujur tempat dimana ia berada. Dalam satu kelurahan saja mungkin terdapat perbedaan arah kiblat baik masjid atau mushalla, hal ini disebabkan antara lain karena perbedaan data terutama dalan menetukan lintang dan bujur tempat, atau karena perbedaan sistem dan cara mengolah data atau alat yang digunakan untuk keperluan itu. Kata Kunci : Kiblat, Propinsi Lampung

Abstract

Abstrak: Wakaf sebagai salah satu potensi yang besar sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial umat. Potensi ini didasarkan pada data yang selama ini dimiliki oleh Departemen Agama dengan ribuan lokasi yang sesungguhnya mampu diproduktifkan secara maksimal. Potensi ini belum mampu dijalankan dengan maksimal sebagaimana di Negara Timur tengah . hal ini dikarenakan payung hukum yang dilahirkan termasuk masih cukup dini pada tahun 2004. Ketertinggalan pengelolaan wakaf di tanah air ini diantaranya adalah pengelolaan wakaf yang cenderung konsumtif, tradisonal dan dengan pemahaman yang “lama”. Pengelolaan yang semacam ini tidak hanya membuat pengembangan wakaf yang lambat namun juga rentang memunculkan banyak kasus sengketa wakaf. Kata Kunci : Wakaf, Sengketa Harta
