Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berupaya untukmengeliminasi waste yang terjadi pada PT. X (supplier PT. Philips Indonesia SIER). Berdasarkanhasil interview dengan pihak PT. Philips Indonesia SIER diperoleh fakta bahwa selama ini PT. X masih mengalami masalah berupa keterlambatan pengiriman LIW ke PT. Philips Indonesia SIER. Setelah dilakukan pembicaraan dengan salah satu pihak dari PT. X, diperoleh informasi bahwa perusahaan ini belum memiliki gambaran aliran produksi, sehingga membuat perusahaan belum mengetahui jenis-jenis kegiatan yang tergolong defects waste didalam kegiatan produksi PT. X. Olehkarena itu, peneliti merasa perlu untuk menerapkan konsep lean manufacturing dengan metode value stream mapping di PT. X agar waste yang ada di PT. X dapat segera diminimalisasi.Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengambilan data primer, yang berupa data cycle time, waktu kegiatan non-produktif, dan stasiun produksi di PT. X, serta data sekunder, yang meliputi data change over time, persentase defect, uptime dan jumlah mesin. Selanjutnya data-data tersebut digambarkan dalam sebuah aliran produksi yang menggambarkan kondisi area produksi perusahaan dengan menggunakan value stream mapping, yang disebut dengan current state map, selanjutnya dilakukan analisa terhadap kegiatan yang bersifat value added dan non-value added, untuk kemudian dilakukan proses minimalisasi defect waste dengan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang sesuai dengan masalah utama yang dimiliki perusahaan, dan pada penelitian ini adalah minimalisasi lead time. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa penyusunan tindakan perbaikan dengan menggunakan continous improvement tools jidoka dan kanban, sehinggadiharapkan defect produk pada stasiun welding process perusahaan akan turun. Dengan kondisi penurunan defect, maka lead time yang diperlukan untuk memproduksi 1.000.000 pieces LIW normal typeadalah5,852 hari (dalam kondisi tidak maintenance) dan 6,066 hari (dalam kondisi maintenance)Dengan kondisi tersebut, makaPT. X dapat memenuhi lead time yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT. Philips Indonesia SIER (5,852 hari < 7 hari). Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the effect of islamic store attributes (muslim products, islamic store atmosphere, humanistic, halal product sertification, and islamic values) to patronage behavior with customer satisfaction as intervening. The object is Tip Top Supermarket in Rawamangun, East Jakarta, with 100 respondents as sample, using validity test, reliability test, t test, coefficient of determination, and path analysis as research method. The result shows that only islamic values effects directly or indirectly (via customer satisfaction) to patronage behavior, while humanistic and halal product sertification effect only indirectly to patronage behavior via customer satisfaction. Keywords: islamic store attributes, patronage behavior, customer satisfaction AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut toko Islam (produk muslim, suasana toko islami, humanistik, sertifikasi produk halal, dan nilai-nilai islam) untuk perilaku patronase dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai intervensi. Objek penelitian adalah Tip Top Supermarket di Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur, dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel, menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, koefisien determinasi, dan analisis jalur sebagai metode penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya nilai-nilai islam yang berpengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung (melalui kepuasan pelanggan) terhadap perilaku patronase, sementara sertifikasi produk humanistik dan halal hanya berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap perilaku patronase melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: atribut toko islami, perilaku patronase, kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make comparisons on the internet network using the application of the Burst method and processed with Quality of Service analysis in which there are parameters of throughput, delay, and jitter. This analysis was carried out because there was a problem with a slow internet network. This happens because there is no configured bandwidth management on the Microtic router and also the unequal distribution of bandwidth when more and more bandwidth users. Burst is one of the bandwidth management methods available on the Microtic router. This study focuses on the implementation of Burst which is applied to one client2 and will be compared with client1 without the application of Burst. Quality of Service analysis is performed to test the parameters of throughput, delay, and jitter on each of the internet networks. After this test is complete, it shows that the results of using the Burst method as a bandwidth regulator, internet network access can be controlled and each client gets the bandwidth evenly as needed. The work result using Burst is more optimal than performance without using Burst. By using Burst the number of packets lost and failed transactions is reduced by more than 70%.

Abstract

This study proposes and tests an interactional model of purchase intention where openness to experience serves as a core construct between nostalgia and purchase intention. Based on Identity Social Theory and the Big Five Model of personality traits, nostalgia and openness to experience are proposed as contextual and individual variables that are interrelated in this process. The interaction between openness to experience and nostalgia leads to buying intention behavior. In general, this model needs a moderation process where openness to experience is a crucial factor to transform the contextual resource into purchase intention behavior. The hypotheses are examined using structural Equation Modelling, based on data obtained from a self-administered survey of 273 respondents. We discuss the implication, both theoretical and practical in this study.Keywords: Nostlagia, Openness To Experience, purchase Intention, Social Identification Theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2017. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2017. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria, diperoleh 24 perusahaan perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variable Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham. Hasil Penelitian secara bersama-sama (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2017.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan suatu pemahaman tentang pelaporan keuangan pada pengurus BUMDes. Pelaksanaan program ini ditujukan kepada staf kepengurusan BUMDes Desa Kalisongo, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Pada metode ini menggunakan pelatihan dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut pengurus BUMDes dapat memahami cara penyusunan laporan keuangan dan perbedaan akun-akun dengan baik dan benar. Dari yang sebelumnya pengurus BUMDes hanya melakukan pencatatan pada saat kas masuk dan kas keluar saja, serta tidak melakukan klasifikasi terhadap transaksi yang terjadi, sehingga pada pelaporan keuangan tidak dapat memberikan suatu informasi keuangan yang sesuai dan akurat. Menjadi memiliki pemahaman yang mendasar tentang Akuntansi dan dapat diterapkan pada transaksi sesuai pencatatan sehingga dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan BUMDes yang lebih rapi sehingga dapat memberikan suatu informasi yang baik.

Abstract

The Quality Family Village (KB) program aims to improve the quality of life of the community through empowerment and outreach that focuses on various aspects of life. This research examines the effectiveness of socialization in improving the quality of life of the community in the KB Village working group. The method used is descriptive qualitative, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research results show that effective socialization involves active community participation, delivery of clear and easy-to-understand information, and support from various parties, including the government and non-government organizations. The conclusion of this research confirms that through structured and systematic socialization, people's quality of life can be improved, especially in health, education and economic aspects. Recommendations are provided to expand the reach of the program and increase the involvement of all elements of society for more sustainable success.

Abstract

This research discusses the cultural communication of wayang golek performances made fromwaste in Bogor City, West Java. In the midst of the phenomenon of cultural degradation in bigcities, Sanggar Edas Bogor City is still maintaining the existence of wayang golek, especiallymaintaining cultural preservation while caring for the environment. This research uses anethnographic communication approach which consists of three stages, communicative situations,communicative events, and communicative actions. This research, which was conducted from 2023to 2024, used descriptive qualitative research methods through observation data collection,interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the three stages of theethnographic communication study model, namely the communicative situation, explain that theconditions when communication occurs in a wayang golek performance are adjusted depending onthe place, time or communication activities in a wayang golek performance. The second stage,namely communicative events, explains that communicative events include all of the componentsand complete devices, starting from the purpose of communication, common topics throughmessages related to awareness of environmental damage due to uncontrolled waste, involvingparticipants who use the same language varieties, maintaining Sundanese language rules. the sameway to interact in a wayang golek performance. And the third stage, namely communicative action,is the process of exchanging environmental messages, ideas and feelings between the puppeteerand the audience

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, industri penyewaan mobil telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat signifikan. Banyak orang yang membutuhkan mobil sewaan untuk berbagai tujuan, seperti perjalanan bisnis, liburan, atau kebutuhan sehari-hari. Namun, dengan perkembangan industri ini, tim kami menghadapi tantangan baru dalam mencari dan memesan sewa mobil yang mudah dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari website rental mobil ini adalah untuk memberikan panduan yang jelas dan rinci bagi tim dalam membangun website rental mobil yang baik dan efektif. Dengan mengembangkan website rental mobil ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik dan lebih efisien bagi calon penyewa mobil. Kami percaya bahwa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, penyewaan mobil dapat menjadi lebih sederhana, transparan, dan mudah diakses oleh semua orang.
