Abstract

The policy of ‘Independent Campus-Freedom to Learn’ known as MBKM is currently participated by the students in Indonesia as it could provide the credit transfer of 20-60. This research aimed to investigate the students’ perceptions on the implementation of MBKM. The participants of this research were 98 students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, Jakarta. The method used was a descriptive analysis design. The instrument used was a questionnaire completed by the students who already joined MBKM programs initiated either by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology or their study programs. The results showed that the students’ knowledge of MBKM policy was very good (92%) and their interests in MBKM program was also very good (98%). This research had some implications. The students’ involvements in MBKM programs increased and the capacity on the attitudes and skills also improved. Thus, this influences the sustainability of MBKM in the future.

Abstract

The TIX-ID application is an application-based online cinema ticket booking application. The TIX-ID application can be downloaded and accessed anywhere and anytime. The TIX-ID application is also available on the Google Play Store and Appstore. The development of online cinema ticket purchasing applications in Indonesia is growing rapidly, customers buying cinema tickets online continue to increase and feel satisfied every month. In choosing an application that makes it easy to buy cinema tickets online, users usually consider the ease of using the application, security, and available promotions. But there are still some users who are not satisfied with the services and features available in the TIX-ID application. So from these problems, sentiment analysis research was carried out to produce a classification on user satisfaction with the TIX-ID application using the Naïve Bayes method which has high accuracy with a simple and fast process. This research stage consisted of collecting data using Web Scraping, carrying out the Dataset Preprocessing stage, carrying out the TF-IDF word weighting stage and the last stage was implementing the algorithm. The data obtained from the web scraping stage is as much as 1,600 user commentary data with a total of 1,259 positive sentiment data and a total of 334 negative sentiment data. The accuracy value obtained after implementing the Naïve Bayes algorithm obtained a percentage of 71.77% and it can be seen that this data can be used as a reference for TIX-ID application developers to make considerations to provide even better service.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, industri penyewaan mobil telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat signifikan. Banyak orang yang membutuhkan mobil sewaan untuk berbagai tujuan, seperti perjalanan bisnis, liburan, atau kebutuhan sehari-hari. Namun, dengan perkembangan industri ini, tim kami menghadapi tantangan baru dalam mencari dan memesan sewa mobil yang mudah dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari website rental mobil ini adalah untuk memberikan panduan yang jelas dan rinci bagi tim dalam membangun website rental mobil yang baik dan efektif. Dengan mengembangkan website rental mobil ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik dan lebih efisien bagi calon penyewa mobil. Kami percaya bahwa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, penyewaan mobil dapat menjadi lebih sederhana, transparan, dan mudah diakses oleh semua orang.

Abstract

Technosa School is a private school founded by the Technosa Kusuma Bangsa Foundation. At Technosa School Middle School, especially in the solar system science subject, the teaching and learning process at the school is still carried out using auxiliary media in the form of video, but there are still signal and quota problems for students. Based on these problems, one of the Technosa School teachers stated that a new media was needed that was more flexible and could be used on students' smartphones considering that students at Technosa School already had smartphones. The method used in this research is the waterfall method. Based on the results of a questionnaire distributed to 31 respondents, an overall answer of 82.9% was obtained, the science learning application with the Augmented Reality feature can help students understand science material.

Abstract

Penutupan TikTok Shop di Indonesia pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2023 sebagai respon terhadap Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 31 Tahun 2023 menuai beragam tanggapan di kalangan pengguna TikTok. Fitur ini, meskipun awalnya dirancang untuk mempermudah belanja bagi kaum generasi muda, menghadapi berbagai tantangan terkait perlindungan konsumen, hak kekayaan intelektual, pemungutan pajak, dan privasi data. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis sentimen melalui komentar pengguna TikTok untuk mengevaluasi respon masyarakat terhadap penutupan TikTok Shop. Metode Decision Tree digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi sentimen positif dan negatif dari komentar-komentar tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya respon positif signifikan terhadap penutupan TikTok Shop, dengan tingkat akurasi model klasifikasi mencapai 96,23%. Dari data yang dianalisis, terdapat 1723 label yang menunjukkan sentimen positif dan 373 label yang menunjukkan sentimen negatif. Respon positif ini memberikan peluang bagi pemerintah dan TikTok untuk melakukan evaluasi dan perencanaan strategi yang lebih baik di masa depan. Tanggapan masyarakat secara keseluruhan cenderung mendukung penutupan TikTok Shop, yang memberikan kesempatan kepada pemerintah untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian yang telah dicapai dan merumuskan strategi yang lebih baik untuk masa depan. Hasil analisis sentimen ini juga menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi TikTok dalam merencanakan strategi yang lebih baik untuk masa depan.

Abstract

Banjaranyar Village faces challenges in managing public facilities such as village halls and sports fields, which are still handled manually through notebooks or verbal communication. This manual approach is prone to recording errors and lacks transparency, making it difficult for residents to access real-time facility availability and hindering administrative efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based facility reservation system using the Laravel framework to improve transparency and management efficiency. The research adopts a combination of case studies, surveys, and observations. The survey was conducted with 25 participants, consisting of villagers and village officials selected based on their active involvement in community activities, during October to November 2024. The system enables users to check facility availability, submit reservation requests, and manage booking data in a structured manner using a MySQL database. Testing results indicate the system performs well and improves access to information for the community. In the future, the system can be enhanced with Artificial Intelligence features and mobile applications to increase service reach and operational efficiency.

Abstract

In the modern era marked by rapid technological developments, enterprise systems play a crucial role in improving business efficiency and competitiveness. This study analyzes the role of enterprise systems in supporting business strategies, increasing productivity, and optimizing the management of company resources. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and case study analysis from various companies that have implemented enterprise systems. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of enterprise systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), can provide significant benefits in decision making, business process automation, and increased coordination between departments. However, challenges such as implementation costs, system complexity, and the need for employee training are also factors that must be considered in the adoption of this technology. Therefore, the right implementation strategy and adjustment to business needs are key factors in the success of enterprise systems in supporting business development in the modern era.

Abstract

This study discusses the redesign of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on the Access by KAI application using the Design Thinking method to improve the application's usability. Data were obtained from 10 respondents through the distribution of the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire using Google Form, and interviews were conducted to understand user experiences and needs. The initial usability evaluation showed an average score of 51, which is included in the poor category. Through five stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, the researchers analyzed user needs, formulated problems, generated solutions, created prototypes, and conducted retesting. The test results after the redesign showed an increase in the SUS score to 72.5 in the good category. These findings prove that the Design Thinking approach is effective in understanding user problems and creating more optimal UI/UX solutions.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi imperatif strategis bagi organisasi modern dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sebagai penggerak utama transformasi digital bisnis yang efisien. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi evolusi ERP dari sistem back office tradisional menjadi platform digital terintegrasi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap optimalisasi proses bisnis melalui eliminasi data silos, standardisasi operasional, dan penciptaan ekosistem informasi terpusat. Faktor kritis kesuksesan implementasi meliputi dukungan manajemen puncak, pelatihan pengguna komprehensif, dan manajemen perubahan yang efektif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ERP modern terintegrasi dengan teknologi cloud computing, artificial intelligence, dan big data analytics meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 20-30% serta mengurangi biaya operasional secara substansial. Tantangan implementasi meliputi kompleksitas sistem dan resistensi organisasi yang dapat dimitigasi melalui strategi change management yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ERP berfungsi sebagai digital backbone yang memungkinkan organisasi mencapai operational excellence dan transformasi digital berkelanjutan dalam era Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Transformasi digital memberikan peluang besar bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas akses pasar melalui platform digital. Sayangnya, keterbatasan dalam memahami teknologi dan desain aplikasi yang kurang ramah pengguna masih menjadi tantangan yang menghambat pemanfaatan marketplace digital secara optimal oleh UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada platform marketplace digital yang dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan UMKM dan konsumen lokal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Value Chain dikombinasikan dengan metode Design Thinking. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi lapangan, dan telaah pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM kerap mengalami kesulitan memahami istilah teknis, alur transaksi yang kompleks, serta tampilan aplikasi yang tidak optimal untuk perangkat seluler. Sebagai solusinya, dikembangkan prototipe aplikasi marketplace "LocalBiz" dengan desain sederhana, navigasi yang jelas, istilah yang mudah dipahami, dan visual produk yang menarik. Pengujian awal secara internal telah dilaksanakan, sedangkan uji coba kepada pengguna aktual akan dilaksanakan pada tahap selanjutnya guna memastikan desain yang dikembangkan benar-benar efektif dan sesuai kebutuhan. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, daya saing UMKM, serta memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih mudah dan menyenangkan bagi konsumen lokal.
