Abstract

Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah berupa artikel dan dapat memberikan nilai positif untuk pemberdayaan kualitas guru sebagai tenaga profesional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis in on in service. Pelaksanaan pendampingan dilakukan secara daring dan luring. Pendampingan secara daring dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan webinar yang didampingi oleh tim pada tahapan (in) dengan aplikasi zoom. Pendampingan secara luring dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp dan pendampingan langsung ke sekolah secara tatap muka. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Untuk mengukur ketercapaian dilakukan analisis deskripstif kualitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik Pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil pelaksanaan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu mengubah PTK kedalam artikel ilmiah, mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dan Zetero dalam menulis artikel dan sumber referensi, dan menghasilkan artikel yang dipublish dijurnal. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil survey yang menunjukkan respon kemajuan mitra yang sangat baik.

Abstract

SMA N 1 Dewantara merupakan salah satu sekolah dengan status negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Sebagian besar gurunya mencapai 60% lebih memilih mengajar dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti grup what’sapp dan grup telegram, 25% menggunakan zoom dan meet google dan sisanya menggunakan platform pembelajaran daring lainnya. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya pelatihan khusus untuk mendesain dan melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh daring berbasis web bagi guru. Sehingga guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajar jarak jauh secara daring dengan media yang tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim PKM membuat program pengabdian melalui pendampingan pembelajaran daring berbasis web bagi guru SMA N 1 Dewantara. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberi pengetahuan dan membekali guru dengan pengalaman pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring berbasis web. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan selama sepuluh hari dengan sasaran kegiatan adalah guru. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan metode pelaksanaan ceramah dan tanya jawab, demonstrasi serta praktek/latihan dengan pola pelatihan yang digunakan adalah in-on-in service. Prosedur kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian berhasil mencapai indikator keberhasilan dengan lebih dari 80% guru mampu merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh daring berbasis web yang komunikatif, menarik dan mudah dipahami siswa. Respon guru terhadap kegiatan dan proses pengabdian yang dilakukan sangat positif.

Abstract

The k-Means Clustering algorithm is intended to partition data into one or more groups, where data that has similarities in one group and data has differences in another. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Competency data clustering in educational units is considered necessary to facilitate educational facilitation based on the differences in student abilities, determine advanced ICT guidance groups and become a reference in determining the place of Industrial Work Practices (Prakerin). This study aims to find out how the K-Means Clustering algorithm can be applied in clustering the ICT competencies of students at the State Vocational High School (SMK) 3 Lhokseumawe. The benefits generated in this study are in the form of visualization of data clustering that can help teachers and school management in formulating ICT policies at SMKN 3 Lhokseumawe. The data used in this study is the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) competency test score data for the 2021/2022 academic year. The data was obtained through a competency test process that refers to the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 45 of 2015 concerning the Role of ICT/KKPI Teachers in the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum where ICT competence includes the skills to search, store, process, present and disseminate data and information. Data processing in this study uses the K-means Clustering method and the RapidMiner application. Data processing using the RapidMiner application starts with data preparation, determining the number of clusters, and configuring the method. This study uses 3 (three) cluster configurations, namely the Very Competent, Competent, and Less Competent clusters. Testing data processing using the RapidMiner application resulted in 80 (eighty) students in cluster_0 with a Very Competent rating, 64 (sixty-four) students in cluster_1 with a Competent rating, and 10 (ten) students in cluster_2 with a Less Competent rating.

Abstract

The incidence of stunting affects chronic growth disorders in children due to long-term nutritional deficiencies. Stunting is caused by multi-dimensional factors, not only caused by malnutrition, which is experienced by pregnant women and children under five. As for other indirect factors, they range from socio-economic factors, parental education, parental occupation, exclusive breastfeeding, immunization status, range of health care facilities, to parenting patterns. The problem of stunting is influenced by infectious diseases and lack of nutritional intake. As for other problem indirect factors, namely socio-economic factors, parental education and parental occupation, exclusive breastfeeding, immunization status, range of health care facilities and inadequate parenting patterns. The method of activity carried out in this community service was by counseling using the lecture method with media presentations containing explanations about how to fulfill nutrition for community service participants. The purpose of this service activity was to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers, heads of families and residents of Uteunkot Village in implementing the consumption of balanced nutritious food in children from early age. The results of this counseling activity were able to increase the knowledge of mothers and residents of Uteunkot Village. Furthermore, it is hoped that residents can understand the impact of stunting and how to prevent stunting properly.

Abstract

The document data collection process is one of the administrative management processes that are still using manually for now. this is for such administrative management takes a long time so it is not effective and efficient. To overcome these problems, efforts are needed to provide knowledge about computer applications. With the existence of an information system for computerized document administration will facilitate the work properly and effectively. The problem raised in this service is how to make computer applications in management information systems administratively and computerized document data collection and can be neatly arranged for all documents. The second problem is how to implement a management information system in a directed manner so that the documents you are looking for are arranged properly. The problem so far is that the management information system data processing mostly uses a manual processing system, still uses a ledger and is stored in a cupboard. The system, of course, has many weaknesses and in terms of administration, poor presentation, sub-optimal service, and low data quality. The purpose of this service is to help manage data and finances to be more effective and efficient. So that the information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. The result of this service is an explanation of how the Computerized Document Data Collection Administration Management Information System with various features can be used to manage student, teacher, staff data in managing all files.

Abstract

Guru di sekolah terepncil selalu memiliki masalah dan tantangan yang unik. Pandemi Covid 19 menjadi tantangan baru bagi mereka. Namun, e-learning menjadi solusi terbaik dalam proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemi covid 19 yang mematikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kemampuan guru sekolah terpencil Indonesia dalam menerapkan kerangka kerja TPACK berbasis e-learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional survey. Ini dilakukan di salah satu provinsi di Indonesia di mana data dikumpulkan dari 376 guru sekolah terpencil melalui survei kuesioner. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa, sebagian besar, guru sekolah terpencil Indonesia sebagian besar memiliki kemampuan yang tidak memadai dalam menerapkan e-learning. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, kami berpendapat bahwa sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah terpencil di Indonesia, dan diperlukan lebih banyak kursus pelatihan untuk pengembangan kemampuan guru sekolah terpencil.

Abstract

Improving the quality of teachers is the toughest challenge as well as a strategic effort that must be done to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, especially Aceh. The qualifications of a teacher are determined by the ability of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). The ability of teachers' TPACK is an important factor that determines the success of improving the quality of education in an area. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of TPACK ability of science teachers in Lhokseumawe City using the fuzzy t.,sukamoto method in evaluating teacher learning. Based on the results of the study, it can be supposed that the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method can be used to determine the level of TPACK ability of science teachers in Lhokseumawe City. Using a random sample of 10 (ten) data records that 5 (five) records have a degree of very good, 4 (four) records have a degree of good and 1 (one) record has a degree of very bad.
