Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Terdiri beberapa aspek perlakuan dan pengamatan utama yaitu  peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD. Permasalahan dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  apakah dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD melalui  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa  kelas V SDN 1 Balukang ? Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Balukang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Di mana pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan di kelas dan setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh KBK 73,57 % dan DSK 72,57 %. Pada tindakan siklus II diperoleh KBK 92,30 % dan DSK 84,65 %. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran pada siklus II telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan dengan nilai daya serap klasikal minimal 65% dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal minimal 80%. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata daya serap klasikal dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada kegiatan pembelajaran siklus II, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbaikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPS di SDN 1 Balukang. Abstract

The demand for transparency is quite high since Indonesia is mired in the economic crisis. In fact, this situation is very understandable since a very good level of transparency ascertained the parties’ concerned regarding accountability of management. Transparency of the company's financial statement is reflected on the audit and the timeliness of financial reporting. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance on audit report lag with the timeliness of financial statement submission as a moderation variable. Independent variables used in this study are board of commissioners, independent commissioners, audit committees, and public accounting firms, with timeliness of financial statement submission as the moderating variable, and audit report lag as dependent variable. The population in his research is 100 companies listed in Kompas 100 stock index. Pursuant to purposive sampling technique, this study obtained 84 companies for oneyear observation, which is the year of 2015. The result of the study indicate that board of commissioner have negative effect to audit report lag, while independent commissioner, audit committee, and the size of public accounting firm has no influence on audit report lag. The results also show that the timeliness of financial statement submission could not be the moderator on the relationship between board of commissioner, independent commissioner, audit committee and public, accountant firms with audit report lag.

Abstract

Understanding of tashrif is one part in Arabic, everybody cannot understand a vocabulary or even an Arabic sentence without if not understanding tashrif. So, write this article to analyze the urgency of tashrif in Arabic. The method used in this research is literature study, which is reading every reference related to research focus. The research findings show that tashrif is important in understanding mufradat, because with one word tashrif can be formed some other mufradat. Likewise tashrif important in understanding the sentence, because in the sentence sentence there are two words or more the same origin he said but it has different meaning. In addition, the urgency of tashrif can also be seen in the sense of Arabic texts, because one word in Arabic can be shaped into several different words.

Abstract

The purpose of is to find out the causal relationship from Tax Independent variable, Turnneling, Gross Margin and KAP Specialist toward transfer pricing decision. The result of the statistic analysis shows that only Tax Independent variable influences to transfer pricing decision. Whereas the other variables such as Gross Margin and KAP Specialist are not significantly influencing decision, either partially or simultaneously. This happens because in multinasional automotive industry corporation has a profit increase pattern. The formula of increasing profit company mostey uses managemen evaluation approach and that of increasing management permance uses management strategy approach, such as total quality managenent with ABS, JIT, EOQ, BEP, cost application standard, and Balanceskorecard models, while tax variable influence very much transfer pricing attitude, because the variable deplets very much company profit, on the other hard, the tax price is relatively different from one contry to another and thust, the tax variable influences very much the decesion to perform Trasfer Pricing.

Abstract

Abtract : The research is intended to increase the student activeness in studying and to increase the student learning result In order to resolve this problem,In order to resolve this problem, the researcher and helped by the peer researcher through a collaboration work implemented the learning process in teaching social science subject by applying Make a Match. The hypothesis of the research is if the process of implementation runs well, the result of the students learning will increase. The class action research was done in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. By reaching the work indicators which were stated by the researcher and the peer reseacher, the hypothesis was finally accepted that; if the implementation of Make a Match learning strategy was done properly, the final result class of VIII A in SMPN 1 Belimbing, Melawi Regency would surely increased. Keywords : Learning Activies, Model Make a Macth. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat keaktifan siswa dalam belajar dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti dibantu oleh seorang teman sejawat dengan cara berkolaborasi melaksanakan proses pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Macth.Hipotensis dalam penelitian ini adalah Jika penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat dilakukan dengan baik maka dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII A dapat meningkat.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus.Setiap siklus terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Dengan tercapainya indicator kinerja yang telah diterapkan oleh para peneliti bersama dengan teman sejawat, berarti hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima kebenarannya bahwa : Jika penerapan model pembelajaran make a macth pada mata pelajaran IPS dilakukan dengan baik, maka hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri I Belimbing Kabupaten Melawi dapat ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci : Aktifitas Belajar, Model Make a Macth.

Abstract

Human Resources are a generator of available resources in the activities and routine of an organization or company that the good and the bad performance of an organization are determined by the performance of human resources. Professional employee  is a reliable employee with balanced quality between academic and emotional capability. Academic intelligence is frequently given a higher position than emotional intelligence is an individual evaluation. Emotional intelligence is the factor  determining the effectiveness of someone is working that with high emotional intelligence, the human resources can be easily directed and guided to work in accordance with the goals of organization. The prupose of this quantitative descriptive explanatory study was to look at the influence of Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Work Stress on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma Medan using the theory of human resources management related to Emotional Quotient (EQ), work stress and work performance. The population of this study was 585 employees and 238 of them were selected to be the samples for this study. The data obtained were analyzed through multiple linear regression tests using F test to simultaneously test the hypothesis and using t test to do a partial test. The result of the hypothesis test showed that simultaneously the variable of Emotional Quotient and work stress had a significant influence on the improvemnet of the performance  of the employees of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma Medan

Abstract

This article examines the significance of women's careers. Shifts in societal perceptions of women in the workforce have led to significant changes in their participation across various sectors. Women's careers are viewed as opportunities for economic empowerment, skills development, and social contributions. The research employs a qualitative methodology, specifically a phenomenological approach. The stages of phenomenological analysis include participant selection, data collection, data transcription and exploration, essence identification, essence alignment and grouping, explanation and interpretation, and report preparation. The study's findings reveal that evaluating the importance of women's careers within social and economic contexts underscores their positive impact on family, society, and gender equality. Career development is also associated with enhancing women's academic achievements, altering societal gender perceptions, and inspiring the younger generation. Moreover, the study emphasizes the importance of viewing women's careers as consistent with religious values and balanced family roles. Consequently, women's career development is expected to make significant contributions to economic empowerment, personal development, and social change, while preserving their vital roles within the family and society.

Abstract

This community service carries the theme of entrepreneurship and cultural collaboration, which aims to improve the quality of universities. Universities act as centers of academic learning and as agents of positive transformation and foster an entrepreneurial mindset among their students. This activity was carried out by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Syiah Kuala, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Using Service Learning (SL) and Partnership/Collaboration methods, this program combines entrepreneurship and cultural collaboration, providing a holistic approach to university engagement. Entrepreneurship education has gained significant recognition as a catalyst for innovation, economic growth, and job creation. Cultural collaboration, in parallel, underscores the importance of preserving and celebrating cultural diversity while fostering cross-cultural understanding, which in this program is carried out by rebranding the university in particular and Aceh in general. As the university grows, its commitment to community service remains a cornerstone of its mission to create a better, more inclusive, and culturally enriched society. Future initiatives could explore deeper aspects, such as innovation and sustainable collaboration strategies.
