Abstract

The purpose of this PPM activity is to help business actors of Krupuk Ikan Gabus SME Partners to provide understanding to business actors about the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future by paying attention to and applying supporting factors for business activities. The specific objectives are: so that partners of Krupuk Ikan Gabus Products can earn income from the results of the products they make in order to be able to work on the economy with maximum achievements in accordance with the problems or problems that partners do. Furthermore, in order to be able to raise the level of his life in living his life. The target of this PPM Activity at this Snakehead Fish Product Partner is to make Employee SOPs, training on making Simple Financial reports, Making new Krupuk Packaging, Helping Digital Marketing so that income increases, Coaching and training employees for hygenic product production, training and coaching on management in good inventory and business management, helping to make logos, media banners and pamlets for advertising. The method implemented in this Community Empowerment Program is through business mentoring techniques including partner mindset coaching, business capital assistance online marketing training, training and financial report coaching, product promotion assistance, quality and quality snakehead fish krupuk production assistance, business management training, and training on selecting the most desirable krupuk flavors. The results of the Community Empowerment Program activities significantly increased the income and productivity of this group of community partners higher before, significantly understanding the business knowledge well, starting from good production, very fast sales and digital marketing as well as improvements in hygenic science in the management of these krupuk products.

Abstract

Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Secara serempak Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja aparatur ; 2) secara parsial Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja aparatur; Nilai dari masing-masing pengaruh adalah secara parsial dibuktikan oleh nilai t dari setiap variabel bebas yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0.05; 3) secara serempak Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja perangkat desa, Kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep. Pengaruh signifikan serempak bisa dilihat dari hasil-hasil analisa F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0.05 ; 4) Kemampuan kerja mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada kinerja perangkat desa, Kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency, with a total sample of 60 people. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine and describe the influence of organizational culture, communication and competence on the performance of village officials, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency; 2) To find out and test whether organizational culture, communication and competence partially have a significant influence on the performance of Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency; 3) To find out and test whether organizational culture, communication and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. Data analysis using SPSS. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative research approach. The results showed that: 1) Partially, organizational culture, communication and competence have a significant influence on the performance of Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. So that in this case the hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven. This is evidenced by the t value of each independent variable of organizational culture (X1) of 3.567 with a significance level of 0.01, communication (X2) of 0.916 with a significance level of 0.03 and competence (X3) of 0.522 with a significance level. amounting to 0.04. All variables have a significant level less than 0.05 2). Simultaneously, organizational culture, communication and competence have a significant influence on the performance of Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pemeliharaan alat kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tingkat III Brawijaya Surabaya. Penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan-tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan anggaran, dan pelatihan yang tidak memadai bagi staf yang bertanggung jawab untuk memelihara peralatan medis. Meskipun telah terdapat Prosedur Operasi Standar (SOP) pemeliharaan, namun penerapannya masih kurang optimal dan memerlukan pemutakhiran secara berkala. Meskipun infrastruktur rumah sakit secara umum sudah memadai, namun perlu adanya kebutuhan peralatan tambahan, terutama alat kesehatan berbasis digital. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Manajemen Pemeliharaan Terkomputerisasi (CMMS) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif. Selain itu, peningkatan kompetensi staf melalui pelatihan sangat penting untuk memastikan kelancaran pemeliharaan operasional. Pemeliharaan yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan tetapi juga meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian tersebut merekomendasikan peningkatan jumlah spesialis di bidang teknik biomedis, pembaruan sistem pemeliharaan secara berkala, dan alokasi anggaran yang lebih fleksibel dan responsif untuk memastikan pemeliharaan fasilitas medis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the analysis of the implementation of strategic management in SMPT Daarul Muttaqien through a review of the Strategic Unit Business (SBU) and SWOT analysis. In the application of SBU, Glueck, Hunger and Wheelen theory is used, while SWOT analysis uses Fred R. David matrix theory. In this study, the method used is qualitative descriptive with secondary data collection using observation and interview techniques. The results of the study show that Daarul Muttaqien Integrated Islamic Boarding School Foundation in the SBU analysis is more suitable to use the Combination strategy while still taking advantage of the advantages but must adapt to developments in the world of education. In the SWOT analysis, the management strategy that can be used is Progressive Strategy, namely daring to take advantage of the strengths it has and take the business opportunities it faces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen pemeliharaan peralatan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Brawijaya Tingkat III Surabaya. Penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan anggaran, dan pelatihan yang tidak memadai bagi staf yang bertanggung jawab untuk memelihara peralatan medis. Meskipun infrastruktur rumah sakit secara umum memadai, perlu dicatat kebutuhan akan peralatan tambahan, terutama untuk perangkat medis berbasis digital. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Manajemen Pemeliharaan Terkomputerisasi (CMMS) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif. Lebih jauh, peningkatan kompetensi staf melalui pelatihan sangat penting untuk memastikan kelancaran pemeliharaan operasional. Pemeliharaan yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan tetapi juga meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan jumlah spesialis di bidang teknik biomedis, pembaruan rutin pada sistem pemeliharaan, dan alokasi anggaran yang lebih fleksibel dan responsif untuk memastikan pemeliharaan fasilitas medis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of study are: 1) To determine the description of the training, motivation, and performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sampang; 2) Test and analyze whether training and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sampang. 3) Test and analyze whether training and motivation partially have a significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sampang. The results showed that 1) Training is a planning program designed to improve performance and to bring about measurable changes. Motivation is a condition that encourages or causes a person to make a change that takes place consciously. Performance is a manifestation of work performed by a person or organization which is usually used as a basis for evaluating individuals or organizations. 2) Simultaneously, training and motivation were responded very well by respondents so that it had a significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sampang, it was proven to be true and the hypothesis was accepted. 3). Partially, the training and motivation responded very meaningfully / very well by the respondents so that they had a significant influence on the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sampang, it was proven to be true and the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study are 1). To describe the leadership style, work environment and work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. 2) To test and analyze the leadership style and work environment level simultaneously have a significant influence on the work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. 3) To test and analyze the leadership style and work environment partially have a significant influence on the work performance of employees in the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. This research is an expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, and Data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 32 people. The results showed that: 1). simultaneously, leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. Evidenced by the results of the calculated F value of 3.218 with a significance value of 0.01, which means less than 0.05. 2). partially, leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency.
