Abstract

Entrepreneurship education, as a local curriculum, is needed to enlarge and support the students’ skill. So it is needed modification of conventional education method to obtain information about education strategy of  entrepreneurship at Islamic State PTAIN Jawa Timur  of East Java. Findings obtained from the study are (1) the education process of  entrepreneurship subject in Islamic State PTAIN Jawa Timur  of East Java is given by a master who has profession as a head of official functionary on fisheries institution in PTAIN Jawa Timur .  He organizes the subject in a written summary that will be read in front of the class, (2) the class is started by giving the students real phenomenon to strengthened their view and it will be finished by giving them writing exercise or individual/group task; the students searching many literatures to be resumed. Lecturer is used as a media and the method used are lecture, discussion, and literature, (3) Creating students’ interest into the real phenomenon in order to strengthened students’ view. Pre-test and post-test given in written exercise or individual/group task will generate good studying motivation to each of the students and it also will increase interaction between lecturer and students on the subject studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja manajer, (2) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja manajer, (3) orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja manajer, (4) pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja unit bisnis, (5) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja unit bisnis, (6) orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja unit bisnis dan (7) kinerja manajer terhadap kinerja unit bisnis.Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan hubungan kausal antar variabel penelitian yang dikemas dalam analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada koperasi pengelola susu sapi perah di Jawa Timur dengan sampel 33 koperasi. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data penelitian diambil melalui kuesioner. Pernyataan yang dikembangkan melalui instrumen diproses dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 13.0.Temuan hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa semakin tinggi pembelajaran organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan orientasi pasar, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja unit bisnis yang dihasilkan. Sedangkan pada variabel kinerja manajer, semakin tinggi kinerja yang dilakukan manajer dapat menurunkan kinerja unit bisnis koperasi.

Abstract

Have been creating shift and new paradigm. The change of science and technology, economy, politic, social, value and culture, market and environment are impetus in creating thight competition. These latter condition require every company to do a transformation in its activity in order to be more efficient and competitive. The company must follow, adjust and make the use of every chance and challenge caused by the changes. The greater world’s development, the greater the need of adaptation ability. In related with economic activity, pragmatism consideration needs to be considered. It means that every company is required to obsrever world’s development comprehensively. As one of the economic power, a company must compete with other player in open and complex competition.

Abstract

Cooperation is a social enterprise which its existence should be developed in order to create economic democartion. Cooperation has to act as a counterpart to otherside which power is concentrated on certain groups. More over, as a base of national economic, cooperation not only becomes an institution which members are small scale indutries, buat also becomes an absolute economic power in determining national economic’s power and behavior it self. In realizing it, cooperation must have an ability to become an atunomous institution outisde the government. Having a clear “core business”, cooperation will get the benefit by exploiting business power in its scope. If it is reached, cooperation will become one of the independent economic actors. This independence will make the cooperation developes better than ever. On the other side, cooperation must still have bottom-commitment to the society who has it.

Abstract

The researchs aims to identify personal characteristic of entrepreneurs in suporting their business. The purpose of research is to recognize the all variables and also partial of personal characteristic entrepreneurs to their successful of business. The research has indicated that work ethos, motivation to compete, resist competency, leadership style, the capability to look at the possibility of business, managerial capability and the main power have influenced to the successful of business. Variable motivation to compete is the dominant variable for increasing the successful of businss.

Abstract

The mushrooming number of PTKI (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam - Islamic Religious Higher Education) clusters has made competition between universities even tighter, thus using promotional strategies to increase public trust. The increase in the interest of new students is an indicator of the success of the college in marketing education. This research is devoted to UNUSA as an Islamic organization-based PTKI (NU) that carries out promotional strategies to increase the interest of new students. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results showed that UNUSA used a promotion mix through advertising, such as; national television, personal selling, publications, and direct marketing. UNUSA's branding as PTNU (Nahdlatul Ulama' College) using a promotion mix has implications for increasing the number of new students by 21% over the last five years with a total achievement of 6,035 new students from 49% of the Nahdliyin community segment.

Abstract

TujuanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai Variabel Moderating.Desain/metodologi/pendekatanMetode penelitian atau pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas, di mana terdapat hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih.Hasil temuan(1) Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, (2) Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (4) Profitabilitas berfungsi sebagai parsial mediasi sehingga kurang mampu meningkatkan nilai perusahaannya (5) Pengungkapan CSR mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (6) Pengungkapan CSR tidak mampu memoderasi struktur modal dengan nilai perusahaan, jadi dalam penelitian ini Pengungkapan CSR memperlemah pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Keterbatasan penelitian(1)Perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel terbatas. Hal ini menyebabkan tingkat generalisasi dari penelitian rendah, (2)Periode waktu yang digunakan kurang lama hanya tiga periode saja, yaitu periode Tahun 2013 – 2015.Implikasi praktisPenelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pemilik dan  manajemen perusahaan go public di sektor property dan real estate terutama  manajer keuangan dalam hal pengambilan keputusan keuangan sehingga  dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, khususnya menentukan proporsi struktur modal yang optimal demi meningkatkan nilai perusahaan.Implikasi sosialPenelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility.Orisinalitas/nilaiDari beberapa penelitian terdahulu dan kajian dengan tema yang serupa, belum ditemukan kajian yang sama, jadi penelitian ini dengan judul PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING (Studi Pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar Dalam Index Saham Syariah Indonesia)  merupakan penelitian baru.Kata kunci:  Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan, Pengungkapan CSR.

Abstract

TujuanPenelitian ini mencoba untuk mencoba dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung, pengaruh tidak langsung dan pengaruh total antara variabel fundamental dan makroekonomi terhadap harga saham melalui return on assets (ROA).Desain/metodologi/pendekatanMetode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Jakarta Islamic Indeks (JII) selama periode penelitian yaitu tahun 2013-2015. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Ada 19 perusahaan yang terpilih sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur.Hasil PenelitianHasil penelitian pada model kedua menunjukkan bahwa DER dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. PBV, kurs dan ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan secara tidak langsung bahwa ROA berpengaruh secara sempurna dalam mediasi pada DER, PBV, kurs, inflasi terhadap harga saham. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa nilai adjusted R square untuk persamaan ROA adalah 0,279, sedangkan nilai adjusted R square untuk persamaan harga saham adalah 0.723 Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kenaikan harga saham didorong oleh adanya optimalisasi. DER, PBV, ROA dapat memberi efek pada keuntungan finansial untuk dijelaskan dengan tingkat kesehatan perusahaan yang baik.Implikasi praktispenelitian ini, para peneliti memusatkan perhatian pada pembahasan pengaruh Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas (DER), dan Price to Book Value (PBV), Nilai Tukar dan Inflasi terhadap harga saham melalui Return on Aset (ROA) pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) pada 2013-2015.Implikasi sosialPenelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kesadaran kepada masyarakat tentang harga saham.Kata kunci: ROA, DER, PBV, Kurs, Inflasi, Harga Saham

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of education on entrepreneurial orientation, the influence of business experience on entrepreneurial orientation, the influence of education on market orientation, the influence of business experience on market orientation; and the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on market orientation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 168 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Java. Samples were taken using simple random sampling method, research data were taken through a questionnaire, and data analysis using SEM. The results of the study revealed that the higher the education and business experience, the higher the entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the education, business experience and entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the market orientation; and market orientation can be improved through improving education and business experience by paying attention to entrepreneurial orientation
