Abstract

Multidimensional growth in Indonesia not because of economical factor, but because of the behavior of businessmen that is not in the way of that has been formed by Rasulullah, i. e. accountability, disclosure, responsibility, fairness, and honesty. The businessman behavior today looks like so far from those values, emphasizing to profit taking, that makes Indonesian business to be penniless. Dalam melakukan bisnis ada 5 hal yang diteladankan oleh Rasulullah, yaitu: kepn'badian spiritual (faithly), memiliki kejujuran (integrity), berlaku adil dalam bisnis, bersikap melayani dan rendah hati, dan amanah (trusty).

Abstract

The success of a government intention is to the satisfaction of the community about the service provided by the intense, the quality of service, satisfaction, and validity are important aspects that must be considered so that government institutions can be considered successful in serving the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction and visitor loyalty and the influence of visitor satisfaction on visitor loyalty and the influence of service quality on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction. From this background this research was carried out with the title "The Effect of Service Quality on Visitor Loyalty Through Visitor Satisfaction. (Study at Banyuwangi Public Service Mall, East Java) ".This study uses a quantitative approach, the sample in this study was 181 respondents. Data collection with questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS).From the results of the study showed that there is a direct effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction and visitor loyalty, there is a direct influence of visitor satisfaction on visitor loyalty and there is an indirect effect of service quality on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at the Banyuwangi public service mall.Keywords: Service Quality, Visitor Satisfaction, Visitor Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a special dimension of service quality in Islamic higher education institutions in shaping Islamic culture according to the perceptions of international Muslim students. Using a quantitative approach with exploratory factor analysis, it involved 100 international Muslim students taken from multi-stage proportionated stratified random sampling (probability sampling). The results showed that based on the experience of international Muslim students, the service quality of Islamic higher education institutions included the dimensions of teaching staff competencies, administrative staff competencies, Islamic environment, physical facilities and information technology-based services, all of which can work together in shaping Islamic culture. To support the vision of the internationalization of Islamic higher education institutions, managers must pay attention to these dimensions as a representation of the quality of service felt by international Muslim students to meet their expectations during their studies at Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

A lot of people on business community want to get maximal profit but in practice they ignore normative and ethic values. This condition becomes a life style in public and has grown as Al-Khub al-dunya, Al-takatsur, consumerism, and hedonism. The purpose of this research is to describe ethic comprehension of BMI community and its implication to murabahah product marketing. This research uses field research with qualitative approach. The result shows that BMI Malang branch understand to the importance of ethic application on business activity because it can support sustainable and establishment of the business. The implication of ethic comprehension is reflected in service to customer particularly on murabahah transaction. These service are friendly, honest without differentiate customer who comes to BMI Malang.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is needed by Muslim people. First, it is really reality and objective that aware entrepreneurship is necesssery later. Second, Islamic concept and reality point out the entrepreneurship activity had done by prophet Muhammad SAW and sahabah. It meant Islamic is not only dogmatic but also reality tought in the life. Exhibith Islamic frame is whole of moving life, worship and economic too, inside of entrepneurship. Third, educational institution should support  the member to enhance making preparation of the economic training program in growing and improving entrepreneurship spirit at basic level up to high education. And the fourth, as Islamic scholar, muslim  should not only effort to apply scientific approach but also emphisize to spritual value quality. As wiseman said “ a effort without praying is arrogant, and praying without trying is nonsence. Spirituality action in reality economic activity meant giving complete value of the profan become unmaterialistic minded and succesful in doing entrepeneurship field, we do hope.

Abstract

This research study investigates the determinants of consumer intentions to buy products that have been halal certified in the context of the Muslim minority market, namely Russia. In this study, researchers sought to overcome gaps in the literature relating to consumer purchase intentions of halal certified products for Russian consumers. Russian consumers are having a large market but the majority are non-Muslim consumers so halal products must have Halal certification to ensure safety, quality and clarity for consumption. By utilizing the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to determine halal awareness, halal certification / logo, halal marketing, halal habits, halal knowledge, religious beliefs on Russian consumers' intention to buy halal certified products. It also seeks to identify the strongest factors also affecting intention to purchase halal food by Russian consumers. From a sample of 216 Russian consumers in the Tyumen Region, 204 questionnaires were found to be eligible for analysis. Data is collected through self-administered questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to identify the relationships between the variables identified and to test the research hypotheses. The findings of this study indicate that the intention of Russian consumers to buy halal certified products is influenced by consumer knowledge about halal products and the encouragement of religious beliefs. Interestingly it was found that religious beliefs became the most dominant variable as a determinant of Russian consumer purchase intentions for halal-certified products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of attitudes, subjective norms and religiosity on consumer intentions to support government policies on environmentally friendly behaviour. Based on a direct survey of 100 Muslim student respondents then analyzed using multiple linear regression, it was found that attitudes, subjective norms and religiosity as determinants of Muslim consumer intentions in supporting government policies on environmentally friendly behaviour, namely paid plastic bag policies. Finally, an important finding from this study is the contribution of subjective norms as the dominant determinant that influences the Muslim consumer's intention to support government policies to behave in an environmentally friendly manner by being willing to support a paid plastic bag policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the direct effect of retail service quality on customers' loyalty and satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on their loyalty and how much customer satisfaction mediates retail service quality on customers' loyalty on Super Indo Bendungan Sutami customers, Malang. This research method uses comparative research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 120 respondents with collected data by a questionnaire. The data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research indicate that there is a direct effect of the retail service quality variable upon customers' loyalty and also on customer satisfaction which has a direct influence on customers of Super Indo Bendungan Sutami. Meanwhile, loyalty and can mediate the effect of retail service quality on customer loyalty.

Oleh: Nur Asnawi Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang  Abstract Unemployment as one of the macroeconomic indicators of a country is one of the important issues that must be considered, not least in Indonesia. Unemployment in Indonesia almost half donated by college graduates are huge numbers. Ironic phenomenon that emerged in the world of education in Indonesia is the higher one's education, the probability of becoming unemployed is higher. One of the solutions offered by the government to reduce unemployment is to create jobs with government bids model of entrepreneurial But this in certain circles, especially among the educated tend to avoid this profession choice. Average - The average interest in higher office job. It is based on the calculation of the costs that they spend for education and expect a rate of return (rate of return) are comparable.
