Abstract

The student learning outcomes in SMAN 1 Kalirejo academic year 2012/2013 show the results that many of students doesnt reach the KKM 70. In learning most of the students think that physics is one of difficult subject, bored, and complicated subject. they do not give their attention when thr learning proccess is running. There is nothing interaction and discussion between the student one the others to discuss about the physics. the objectives of this research is know how the quality of the learning process in terms of student activity, based on the teacher activity, how the students learning respond, and how the students mastery in learning physics. Technique sampling in this research using is cluster random sampling technique, from 5 classes.To get the real data the research using tests, quesionnaires and observations. And to count the data effectivity the researcher using experiment method every indicator will be count by using experiment method. It start from multipled the each indicator then it will devided by how much indicator it self and the result of its will be times by 100%. The conclusion of the research in the use of the effective experiment method in teaching physics. thr score is 3.25 as shown by (1) the quality of learning process in terms of students activity in high percentaage 81.2% in high ccategorize (2) the quality of lesson good enough if the percentage it is about 75% from teacher activity, (3) the students respond after they got the method is positive it shows by the respond percentage 80,20%, (4) the result of individual students score has the avarege value 78.8 and from the clasical student got 87.8%, all of thr score is high categorize. Researchers suggest subjects physics teacher when delivering measuring the amount of material should be used experiment method for learning effective, for students should be serious in implementing learning and doing each activity well to the result obtained either.

Abstract

The purposes of  this research are to describe the types and references of  the deitic words used in the Jakarta Post editorial. The central topics of pragmatics, this study is limited on applying deixis on the Jakarta Post for July 2012 editorial. Method of data collection that is used by researcher is documentation method. There are five types of the deitic words. The first is personal diexis which includes the followings: (1) the first person I refers to a speaker inclusion (+S) and speaker exclusion (S). We refers to an including the speaker but excluding the hearer (s) (+S, A) (Expressive use), include both speaker or writer and hearer (s) or reader(s) (+S,+A) (Integrative use) and an in cluding the speaker, listeners and some assuming hearer (s) or reader (s) (+S,(assuming) + A) (assuming use); (2) The second person, You refers to addressee inclusion (+A) and exclusion (A); (3) The third person, speaker and addressee exclusion (S,A). He or she refers to male or female person, unknown gender and a male or female person’s occupation. They refers to an indefinite (singular) person, group of people or things and non persons. The second type is temporal deixis which can be categorized into the follow ings: (1) time relation (pre, present, post events), (2) time period (calendrical and non caldrical), and (3) the moment of utterance (coding and receiving time). The third type is spatial Deixis which includes proximal expression (here) and distal expressions (there). The forth type is discourse dexis which includes this and that, refering to large amount of the discourse that are located in the discourse itself. The fifth type is social deixis. The relational variety is the most important deixis which involes four axes as speaker and referent e.g. referent honorifics, speaker and addressee, addressee honorifics, speaker and  bystander. There are  two references of the deitic words are used. They are referential devices that can create cohesion (anaphoric, cataphoric, and exophoric) and type of references (reference personal, demonstrative and comparative).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui hasil belajar sistem pendingin dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD serta keefektifannya terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK N Jambu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 4 kelas, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas XI TKR 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas XI TKR 3 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI TKR 3 sebagai kelas uji coba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan  pendekatan  static  group  comparison,  menggunakan  tes  sebagai  alat  pengumpul  data.  Hasil  analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa hasil pre-test dan post-test pada kedua kelompok penelitian mengalami peningkatan. Selisih   peningkatan   hasil   belajar   pada   model   pembelajaran   kooperatif   tipe   STAD   lebih   besar   daripada pembelajaran langsung (21,86 > 14,01), maka hasil belajar sistem pendingin siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK N Jambu menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar praktik melaksanakan teknik pengerjaan  logam pada siswa kelas X tanpa menggunakan metode pembelajaran WPJS dan yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran WPJS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Posttest-Only Control Design.  Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Tujuh Lima 1 Purwokerto sebanyak 210 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X M2 sebanyak 38 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X M5 sebanyak 38 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hasil belajar praktik pengerjaan logam tanpa menggunakan metode pembelajaran WPJS dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 73,87 termasuk dalam kategori baik, sedangkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran WPJS dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 81,42 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan ada perbedaan signifikan rata-rata hasil belajar praktik melaksanakan teknik pengerjaan logam antara menggunakan WPJS dan tanpa menggunakan WPJS dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,938 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,67.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kevalidan dan keefektifan peraga trainer elektromagnetik dijadikan media pembelajaran kompetensi memahami dasar-dasar listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development model ADDIE, yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan angket untuk penilaian kelayakan peraga dan instrumen tes menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control grup design untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa. Analisis terhadap instrumen tes yang dilakukan adalah dengan membandingkan hasil tes awal/pre-test (sebelum diberikan perlakuan) dan tes akhir/post-test (setelah diberikan perlakuan). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa peraga trainer elektromagnetik memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dari penilaian ahli dan tanggapan siswa, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media peraga untuk pembelajaran. Analisis hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan peraga trainer elektromagnetik terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelompok eksperimen. Peningkatan menggunakan peraga trainer elektromagnetik sebesar 38,01%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat peraga yang telah dikembangkan valid dan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan alat peraga

Abstract

Selection of providers of goods and services is a routine work carried out by the Ministry of Public Works Directorate General of Water Resources (DPU DirJen SDA)  Yogyakarta as auctioneer project procurement. The auction process conducted by 2 steps that must be passed by each participant selection, namely the pre-selection andselection process. Pre-selection stage takes a long time from the announcement of the project which will be auctioned to the technical bid evaluation assessment of participant selection document roadmap participants. The next stage of the selection process, this process will not work if the previous stage of the selection of participants who did not pass the next phase still could not accept the results of the selection committee on the assessment of the value of the technical evaluation of bids that have been made by the participant selection, because the rule is no objection period provided to participants if the selection can not accept the results of the assessment selection committee. The selection process will run to the next stage after the selection of participants receiving the results of the assessment of the selection committee and given objection period had expired. Based on the background of the existing problems can be formulated on how to make a design decision support system for the selection of providers of goods and services in DPU DirJen SDAYogyakarta. The decision support system aims to implement a decision support system for the selection of goods and services providers to the selection committee in DPU DirJenSDA Yogyakarta. The system works based on the data input of the selection committee which will then be processed by the system based on the required criteria. The data has been processed the system will be displayed and ranked by graphs of each participant selection. From these results we can conclude the committee which participantsprocurement of goods and services providers are entitled to handle the project.

Abstract

Secara teoretik, sebuah sekolah dapat manjadi baik, dapat dilihat dari dua dimensi organisasi. Pertama, dimensi hard, berupa struktur organisasi, kebijakan, keuangan, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, dan sebagainya. Kedua, dimensi soft, yaitu budaya organisasi yaitu terkait dengan the human side of organizational (aspek manusiawi dalam organisasi), meliputi nilai-nilai, keyakinan, budaya, serta norma-norma perilaku. Menurut para ahli manajemen pendidikan, dimensi yang kedua dipandang lebih berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Budaya organisasi, sekolah unggul

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, jenis studi komparatif, untuk membandingkan budaya organisasi yang ada di sekolah berprestasi. Data yang digunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 dengan SMA Ignasius dengan taraf signifikansi 0,984. (2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 dengan MA Negeri Model dengan taraf signifikansi 0,208. (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 dengan MA YPPU dengan taraf signifikansi 0,778. (4) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di MA Negeri Model dengan MA YPPU dengan taraf signifikansi 0,768. (5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di MA Negeri Model dengan SMA Ignasius dengan taraf signifikansi 0,097. (6) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Ignasius dengan MA YPPU dengan taraf signifikansi 0,562. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang konperehensip mengenai pemberdayaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan oleh kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 3 Sintang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, Staf Tata Usaha, ketua komite, dan siswa. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan melakukan member chek, kecukupan referensi, dan melakukan triangulasi. Hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Prestasi akademik siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Sintang, sudah cukup baik. (2) Pemberdayaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan oleh kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Sintang sudah cukup baik, (3) Upaya yang dilakukan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Sintang adalah mengikuti program yang telah dilaksanakan oleh sekolah yaitu IHT,  belajar sendiri melalui buku dan internet,   Kata Kunci: Prestasi, Pemberdayaan, pendidik dan tenaga kepandidikan,    Abstract: This study aimed to obtain information konperehensip the empowerment of teachers and school principals in SMA Negeri 3 Sintang.This research is a qualitative descriptive penelitain . Source data is comprised of the principal, teachers , staff Administration, chairman of the committee , and students . Data collection procedures performed by observation , and in-depth structured interviews , and documentation . Checking the validity of the findings made ​​by the member check , the adequacy of reference , and triangulate . The results of the following conclusions : ( 1) The academic performance of students in SMA Negeri 3 Sintang , is good enough. ( 2 ) Empowering educators and education by the principal of SMA 3 Sintang is good enough. ( 3 ) The efforts of teachers and to improve the academic achievement of students at SMA Negeri 3 Sintang is a program that has been implemented by the school that the IHT , taught himself through books and the internet.
