Abstract

Research this is a research descriptive quantitative about climate communication, competence, discipline to the performance employee through satisfaction work as a variable intervening. Research this for obtain data and information about climate communication, competence, discipline work and satisfaction employee used as ingredients analysis for knowing the effect to the performance District Office staff Navigation Class I Tanjungpinang, chosen as target research or object research. With framework work this, survey data collection is carried out with make use of questionnaire stage attitude that has been done adapted for topics research this total respondent on research this as many as 142 people. For could characterize attitude, structure model with tool measuring help SmartPLS 3.2.8 for made into as framework work researc. Results research to show that has been happen circuited an significant between variable Climate communication , competence , and Discipline to Performance employee as big as 40.3 %, and the rest as big as 59.7 % explained by extract others outside of the research in research this. Majority respondent at the location research has been have insight in respond to research this which is based on influence and benefits (impact) for employee that is. Data results research to show has been meet Composite assumption Reliability with value percentage spread as big as 80.6% for climate communication , 81 % for competence , 79.6% discipline employee and 85.9 % performance employee and 81% for satisfaction work employee . Showing that the indicator on each constructor have consistency reability high.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Angkatan tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mendapat hasil yang akurat tentang Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Angkatan tahun 2020-2021. Adapun jenis pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey dan jenis korelasi. Dalam pengumpulan data untuk kemudian dianalisis, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data Kuisioner, yang kemudian di selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data Uji Regresi Linier, kemudian dilakukan Uji t. Hasil penelitian dapat disampaikan bahwa Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Angkatan tahun 2020-2021 dinyatakan berpengaruh signifikan

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Angkatan tahun 2019-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mendapat hasil yang akurat tentang pengaruh Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi Manajemen STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Angkatan tahun 2019-2020. Adapun jenis pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan jenis survey. Dalam pengumpulan data untuk kemudian dianalisis, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data Kuisioner, yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data Uji Regresi Linier Sederhana, kemudian Uji t. Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interest in STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. The sample of this research is 80 students of Management Study Program Morning Class 2 and 1 class 2020/2021 with saturated sample method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression analysis, t test and F test. The results show that the Self Efficacy variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, the Entrepreneurial Knowledge variable partially has a positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Interest. and the variables of Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Knowledge together have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. From the results of the analysis of the determinant coefficient, the R Adjusted Square (R2) value of 0.401 means that 40.10% of the Entrepreneurial Interest variable can ensure the Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Knowledge variables while the remaining 50.90% can be identified by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The service process of an organization or organization does not release all existing resources, one of which is employees. Existing resources are always well managed so that they can provide new benefits or colors in the journey of a better organization or organization going forward. Various problems exist such as facilities, and employees who come from the organization or organization. For this reason, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance is the main focus of attention and should be given more attention in order to achieve the goals of the organization or organization that have been set. The variables in this study are the Job Satisfaction Variable and Performance Variable. The sample in this study may be 30 employee respondents. The research was conducted at the Mahato Jaya Cooperative of Palm Oil, Mahato Village. This research aims to see the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Data aids using online questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 26 Statistics. The results of the study data analysis show that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship with Employee or Employee Performance. For future studies, conduct research by paying attention to other variables that are not examined in the research, for example; Work Environment and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Human resources have a vital role in a company. All aspects related to resources ultimately also affect performance. In terms of Employee Performance, in this study the authors focus on Employee Compensation and Performance. This study aims to see empirically the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Koperasi Sawit Karya Bhakti Mahato Mahato Village, North Tambusai District. This study used 25 employees as respondents who were used as samples. The technique of using data uses online questionnaires that are sent to respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using Linear Regression analysis. The results obtained indicate a positive influence and variable compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

People are very popular using social media to communicate, communicate, transact. Exchange information and capture photos. Business in the culinary field is a promising business, because food is one of the basic needs. This study aims to determine the use of social media as a culinary business development. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through direct interviews with research subjects, namely business owners or employees, direct observation and documentation of the research object. The research location is in Kelurahan Kijang Kota RW 02. The results of this study conclude that culinary businesses are carried out using social media well and the most widely used social media is the use of Instagram.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work and employee performance of the Karya Bhakti Palm Oil Cooperative in Mahato Village. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Karya Bhakti Cooperative in Mahato Village, which operates 30 employees. Sampling technique is using saturated sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a google form questionnaire. The tests carried out in the study were in the form of data normality tests and correlation tests. It can be obtained from the results of data processing shows that it has a positive and significant relationship to the Employee Performance of the Karya Bhakti Oil Palm Cooperative in Mahato Village

Abstract

One of the success of village development is very, by the role of a Village Head, thus the role of a Village Head is very important and very necessary in the village development process in order to facilitate development and increase community awareness to participate in village development, one of the villages is the Village Mahato, Tambusai Utara District, based on the results of observations and preliminary surveys by researchers of the phenomena that: first, there is a village development concept / model that can be an optimal solution in efforts to alleviate poverty and increase agricultural and plantation products for the people of Mahato Village, second, implemented village development in a sustainable manner because it has a very clear concept and this will guarantee a sustainable development. third, human resources in the village, both the apparatus and the community, make a major contribution to the implementation of village development itself, this is obtained because of the awareness of local entrepreneurs to be involved in the development of Mahato village, and other resources such as the Regency and Provincial APBD and APBN through Village funds. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The details of the informants used in this research are as follows: 1 person Village Head, 1 Village Secretary and 6 Village Officials, 4 Hamlet Head, The role of the village head as a mobilizer, namely the village head to mobilize or invite the community to jointly take concrete actions to develop the village. In increasing public awareness to participate in every activity, there are various ways that the Village takes in inviting the community in every activity, this is done to facilitate the implementation of development in the Village and so that the Mahato Village residents are accustomed to positive planned village activities.

Abstract

Pendemi Virus Corona memaksa sistem pendidikan di Indonesia untuk menggunakan pembelajaran dalam jaringan mulai tingkat SD sampai Perguruan Tinggi, hal ini membuat guru dan dosen untuk menyesuaikan kebiasaan baru tersebut dengan melakukan pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi dalam jaringan internet. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar respon dan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi google classroom sehingga dapat mempermudah dosen dan mahasiswa dalam berinteraksi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik survey dalam mengumpulkan data dilapangan. Sampel terdiri dari 100 orang mahasiswa semester 1 STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang dibagi dalam 2 kelas yaitu kelas Akuntansi sejumlah 50 orang dan Kelas Manajemen 50 orang. Angket diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang sedang mengikuti pembelajaran daring Mata Kuliah Kewarganegaraan. Jumlah pertanyaan diberikan sebanyak 15 pertanyaan dengan pilihan jawaban Sangat tidak setuju, Setuju, Ragu, Tidak Setuju, Sangat tidak setuju. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa rata-rata respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan google classroom pada tiap indikator penelitian adalah paling tinggi pada indikator pertama sebanyak 78,29% di Kelas Akuntansi dan indikator pemahaman materi dalam google classroom sebesar 71,12% berada pada kategori setuju. Sementara di Indikator pertama tentang kemudahan mahasiswa menggunakan google classroom pada Kelas Manajemen sebesar 75,33% dan Indikator Pemahaman Materi dalam google classroom sebesar 75,16% yaitu berada pada kategori setuju
