Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada CV. Bintan Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menganalisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi. Selain itu, instrumen dan analisis asumsi klasik digunakan untuk memverifikasi keakuratan asumsi penelitian. Analisis regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi korelasi antar variabel. Hasil uji regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi menghasilkan peningkatan moral yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki nilai 7,924 yang melebihi batas thitung sebesar 2,021. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Hasil analisis juga mengungkapkan bahwa 52,3% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract: This study aims to determine how work motivation affects employee performance at CV. Bintan Jaya. This study uses quantitative research methods and analyzes data to determine the effect of motivation. In addition, classical assumption instruments and analysis are used to verify the accuracy of the research assumptions. Simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing were used to identify correlations between variables. The results of the linear regression test show that an increase in motivation results in an appropriate increase in morale. The results showed that motivation has a value of 7.924 which exceeds the tcount limit of 2.021. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of CV employees. The results of the analysis also reveal that 52.3% of performance is influenced by motivational variables, while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. Abstract

E-commerce, or electronic commerce, refers to the process of dissemination, purchase, sale, and marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet, television, www, or other computer networks. This includes electronic fund transfers, electronic data exchange, automatic inventory management systems, and automatic data collection systems. In the context of the Real Work Lecture (KKN), students are tasked with innovating and digitizing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to promote community self-reliance. One of the challenges faced is the underutilization of digitalization by UMKM entrepreneurs in sales activities. Therefore, we directly engage in the field to assist UMKM entrepreneurs in promoting their products through the Shopee application. The main objective of this KKN activity is to facilitate the creation of Shopee application accounts so that UMKM entrepreneurs can quickly utilize the platform to market and promote their products to the wider community. Through the establishment of Shopee accounts, it is hoped that competitiveness will increase and challenges faced by UMKM in digital marketing will be addressed. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this initiative will contribute positively to the local economy in Ekang Anculai Village, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency.

Abstract

Service activities through Discussions with MSMEs and Brand Identity Creation which were initiated by KKN students from STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang are one solution to increase the understanding of MSME actors regarding various marketing strategies that can be applied in their businesses. By providing a better understanding of modern marketing techniques, this program aims to help MSMEs identify and exploit existing market opportunities. Apart from that, this program also aims to build a network between MSME players who can support each other in business development. The targets for this program are members of Kube Kenaga, Teluk Sasah Village. Based on the observations made, this discussion activity was carried out well and was attended by 8 members of the kube ylang. Participants gave positive responses by actively conducting questions and answers to STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. Brand identity creation activities also received a good response from MSME players, because a consistent identity can increase customer confidence in the products offered.
