Abstract

The nation's culture can be said to be a very meaningful thing because with the existence of culture, a nation has its own specialties and characteristics which can differenciate itself from others, therefore, traditions can be identified as a nation's identity from a particular nation. The awareness of indonesian people towards indonesian culture, in this generation especially the younger ones is decreasing because of the fast growing globalisation era, a lot of young Indonesians are more intrigued in foreign countries culture in comparison  to their own nation's culture, this causes might involved in multiple factors such as limited facilities to educate students about the uniqueness of indonesian culture. Based on these factors, the application of Artificial Intelligence technology in a chatbot application which is intended as a learning infrastructure about national culture is felt to increase the enthusiasm of the young generation and make it easier for them to get information and learn various things about Indonesian culture. Learning about national culture through chatbot applications with AI technology will certainly be more attractive than the application of conventional learning methods, the aspect of flexibility in terms of learning activities will of course also increase along with the use of chatbot applications, because a chatbot can be used anytime and anywhere without requiring any special skills or requirements in its use.

Abstract

The screening selection mechanism for filling out village officials in Klaten District is regulated in Regent Regulation of Klaten District Number 30 of 2022 on Guidelines and Procedures for Appointing and Dismissing Village Apparatus. The said district regulation does not provide in detail the elucidation to be used as the solution. Seeing the various potential issues that may occur in the field, the legal basis for implementing the screening process in the form of Guidelines and Procedures for Appointment and Dismissal of Village Officials should regulate the methods and techniques for resolving disputes if they are to occur. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Doelmatigheld Principle in dispute resolution over examination results of village apparatus based on local wisdom in Klaten District. This is an empirical legal research with a normative juridical method. Additionally, the author also utilises a field study approach. The results of this research indicate that the principle of benefit is more relevant in decision making and local wisdom in Klaten District. This principle can also provide answers in dispute resolution over local wisdom-based village apparatus examination results in Klaten Regency that can be held accountable before the law.

Abstract

Perpustakaan adalah salah satu unit kerja yang berupa tempat untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan, mengelola dan mengatur koleksi bahan pustaka secara sistematis untuk digunakan oleh pengguna sebagai sumber informasi sekaligus sebagai sarana belajar yang menyenangkan. Namun pada Perpustakaan SDN Surodadi 1 semua kegiatan pendataan peminjaman maupun pengembalian buku masih bersifat manual atau masih menggunakan buku catatan dan akan mudah hilangnya data peminjaman serta mempersulit petugas perpustakaan dalam mencari data buku yang akan dipinjam. Oleh karena SDN Surodadi 1 perlu membuat sistem perpustakaan di SDN Surodadi 1. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis dalam melakukan penelitian meliputi studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Studi lapangan meliputi wawancara dan pengamatan. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan yang relevan dengan masalah yang dihadapi penulis. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini adalah metode Prototype. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL dan CodeIgniter 3. Dengan adanya system ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja sekolah dalam pengelolaan data perpustakaan serta dapat mempermudah pendataan dan peminjaman maupun pengembalian pada perpustakaan.The library is a work unit in the form of a place to collect, store, manage and organize a collection of library materials systematically to be used by users as a source of information as well as a fun learning tool. However, at the SDN Surodadi 1 Library, all data collection activities for borrowing and returning books are still manual or still using notebooks and it will be easy to lose borrowing data and make it difficult for librarian to find data for books to be borrowed. Therefore, SDN Surodadi 1 needs to create a library system at SDN Surodadi 1. The research method used by the author in conducting research includes field studies and literature studies. Field studies include interviews and observations. Literature study was carried out with library research relevant to the problems faced by the author. The system development method used in the manufacture of this system is the Prototype method. This system is made using the programming languages PHP, MySQL and CodeIgniter 3. With this system, it is expected to improve school performance in managing library data and can facilitate data collection and borrowing and returning to the library.

Abstract

KKN-Tematik UAA (KKN-T) merupakan cover terdepan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai realisasi implementasi kebijakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, telah dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal, terukur dan sistematis. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan KKN-T tersebut adalah mengeliminasi marginalisasi masyarakat perdesaan berupa kemiskinan, ketidakberdayaan, dan ketertinggalan dalam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk keperluan tersebut maka dikonstruksi sebuah formulasi paradigma KKN-T berupa platform yang bersifat people-centered, partipatory, empowering, and sustainable untuk keperluan penguatan dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dan pemberdayaan yang berbasis pada masyarakat. KKN-T tersebut dilaksanakan di 18 Dukuh di wilayah Kalurahan Sendangsari Kapanewon Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan KKN-T sebanyak 224 orang. Wujud keberhasilan pelaksanaan KKN-T, diantaranya: (1) fokus pelaksanaan kegiatan dititikberatkan pada platform pembangunan perdesaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, (2) bidang pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN-T, yaitu: (a) mengelola pemberdayaan dan utilisasi di bidang infrastruktur dan lingkungan, sarana dan prasarana kesehatan, tata layanan kesehatan kalurahan (posyandu), serta sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dan kebudayaan, (b) peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas usaha ekonomi produktif masyarakat, (c) pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan sanitasi, (d) pembinaan kemasyarakatan dan (e) pemberdayaan masyarakat, (3) terlaksanya proses kolaborasi pentha-helix antara mahasiswa, DPL, pemerintahan desa, masyarakat dan stakeholders lainnya, dan (4) tatalaksana in-put, proses, out-put, out-come KKN-T melalui mekanisme asistensi, pengorganisasian, pengarahan (sosialisasi dan desseminasi) dan fasilitasi yang didalamnya berkaitan dengan upaya penyadaran, pelatihan, pengorganisasian, pengembangan kekuatan dan membangun dinamika. Harapan ke depan, KKN-T dapat menjadi sarana regenerasi formulasi inovasi, kreatifitas, kemandirian, dan sinergi dalam tatakelola perluasan kuantitas dan peningkatan kualitas program SDGs Desa/Kalurahan terdiri atas 18 rencana aksi.

Abstract

People have to be creative to survive and compete in the 21st century. Creativity can be developed through the learning process in schools. The learning process using interesting media can accelerate the development of creativity. This study aims to determine the use of google sites to increase elementary school students' creativity in learning natural sciences (IPA). This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques with library research that tries to describe existing phenomena which happen now or in the past. This research shows that learning using Google sites as learning media can have a good impact on student creativity. Students can be facilitated and the website can also be used to get a variety of knowledge. The condition is suitable for the demands of 21st-century skills. In conclusion, Google Sites is suitable and appropriate for use in the learning process. With Google Sites learning media, students can be more creative and can play an active role in the learning process in class.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to know the role of the school both in terms of the curriculum, teachers and also the material in the development of multicultural education, multicultural education as one of the solution to solve the conflict of the nation that is SARA.multikultural education should be instilled early to children so that children are able know how he interact other.With the environment and respect to othrer. therefore need the role of school in the development of multicultural is very needed education in order to aspire single ideals can be achieved. School as educational institutions should have developed multicultural education so that students can appreciate the differences that occur within the environment so that the harmony of society can be done.

Abstract

This study explores the shift in identity and pedagogical authority of Islam at Wahid Hasyim Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta. This shift reflects the pesantren's adaptation to global challenges by integrating modern scientific knowledge into its tradition of education rooted in Islamic values. The study examines how Islamic knowledge and pedagogy are constructed in the pesantren and how the shift in identity and pedagogical authority impacts the formation of students' religious identity. Utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation methods, the research highlights the integration of Salafi and Kulliyah curricula, innovations in teaching methods, and adaptation of human resources. The findings indicate that this shift creates a contextual and relevant model of Islamic education, where tradition-based pedagogy, particularly memorization, not only serves as a medium for knowledge transmission but also as a tool for shaping students' religious identity holistically, linking spiritual values with modern challenges.

Abstract

Meaningful and enjoyable learning will lead students to memorable learning experiences, one of which can be achieved through learning activities that emphasize the involvement of student learning activities. The purpose of this research is to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the results of learning design with the ASSURE model in elementary schools. This research is research development (research and development). The model used as the basis for developing this learning design is ASSURE. The procedure for developing this learning design is in accordance with the stages of the ASSURE development model. The test subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SDN 16 Sitiung in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of this study show validity at 90% in the very valid category. The practicality of the results of the ASSURE model learning design model with a percentage of 93%. While the effectiveness of the implementation of lesson plans, activities and learning outcomes of students with a percentage of 90%. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the learning design with the ASSURE model developed was valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

The paper aims to determine the learning objectives of Islamic religious education in schools. The research design used is the literature review method. Literature study (literature review) is research carried out by researchers by collecting a number of books and magazines related to the problem and research objectives. This technique is carried out with the aim of uncovering various theories that are relevant to the problems being faced/researched as reference material in discussing research results. The results of this study are that religious education teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, modeling, assessing and distributing students." The role of the religious education teacher Islamic religious education is a conscious effort to prepare students to understand (know), be skilled at performing (doing) and practicing (becoming) the Islamic religion through educational activities. Of these three aspects, "the aspect of being (religious or living life based on Islamic teachings and values) is the main aim of Islamic religious education in schools. In other words, the most important thing about the process of Islamic religious education in schools is not the aim of making people who have mastered Islamic religious knowledge, religious experts, or are clever and skilled in implementing it, but the aim is to realize the values ​​of Islamic religious teachings in real life for students. , which is integrated into his everyday personality.

Abstract

Legal sovereignty in education is an important pillar in building the foundations of Indonesia's golden generation in 2045. This legal sovereignty includes the application and enforcement of laws that are fair and equitable, as well as supporting the education system to create a conducive environment. The law plays a crucial role which is clearly stated in the law -1945 Constitution, Based on Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, education is regulated as a right of every citizen which must be guaranteed by the state. The world of education in Indonesia has not yet received more attention from the government. Even though it is clear that the Law above mandates that the government should be able to carry out equality in all regions in order to achieve the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 itself. The author concludes that legal sovereignty in education to build the foundations for the golden generation of 2045 in a progressive legal perspective is very relevant for the government to strive for, therefore the central government and regional governments as policy makers need to concentrate on implementing the Rule of Law in the World of Education in Indonesia.
