Abstract

The purpose of this research aiming at (1) analyzing how big influence of labor, private investment and government expenditure (capital expenditure) to the economic growth of North Lombok Regency, and (2) understanding the amount of Investment need to achieve economic growth in North Lombok Regency. This research undergo a quantitative approach by using time series data source during 2009-2016 from Bureau Central of Statistics (BPS) and documents sourced from both the local government of North Lombok Regency and various publication papers. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression and Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) Analysis. The findings indicate that, partially, variable of investment and government expenditure did not significantly affect to the economic growth. While labor have a positive relationship and significantly to the economic growth of North Lombok Regency. Simultaneously, Investment, capital expenditure and workforce amount have a significant effect to GDP growth.Keywords: Economic growth; investment; GDPJEL Codes: R11, R53

Abstract

Abstract: Education and social change influence each other, so that a broad impact on society.Education is an institution that can serve as agents of social change and also to determine the direction of social change. Social change is a necessary thing to happen, sooner or later, the changes are positive or negative or other changes. Change is something that we should be grateful at the same time we are aware of because of the changes that will positively impact provide progress and prosperity for mankind, whereas negative changes on the contrary, that destroy human civilization. Islamic educational institutions must be vigilant against the negative effects of social change.Do not let the educational institutions are not ready to sacrifice the learners. Technological advances brought by contemporary civilization, it must be controlled by the stakeholders of educational institutions.This paper will discuss the response of Islamic educational institutions to social change. Abstract

ABSTRACT Latar belakang : Noun phrase menjadi dilema tersendiri bagai mahasiswa perawat untuk bisa menangkap pesan atau makna teks bahasa sumber, dalam hal ini teks keperawatan atau medis. Tidak hanya terkait dengan kosa kata saja, teks-teks keperawatan atau medis memiliki struktur yang sangat kompleks untuk bisa dipahami. Tujuan : Penelitian ini menyajikan cara bagaimana memahami teks keperawatan melalui pola noun phrase yang terkait dengan pre-modifier. Metode : yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan mengambil sample 2 jurnal teks keperawatan. Hasil penelitian : Dari hasil analisis teks dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola noun phrase dalam pre-modifier yang digunakan dalam teks tersebut sangat bervariasi. Dari 7 pola noun phrase dalam pre-modifier yang digunakan sebagai indikator untuk menganalisis teks, pola adjektieve + noun menjadi pola yang paling banyak ditemukan pada kedua teks tersebut, yaitu 38% dan 44%, sementara pola yang paling sedikit ditemukan adalah pola adjective+noun+noun+noun, yaitu masing masing 1%. Pola pre-modifier menjadi pokok bahasan karena pola yang ada dalam bahasa Inggris memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan pola bahasa Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Noun Phrase, Keperawatan, pre-modifier Noun phrases become a separate dilemma for nursing students to be able to capture the message or meaning of the source language text, esepcially nursing or medical texts. Not only related to vocabularies, nursing or medical texts have a very complex structure to be understood. This study presents a way of understanding nursing texts through patterns of noun phrase related to pre-modifiers. The method used in this study is qualitative analysis within the sample of 2 journals of nursing texts. Based on the results of the text analysis, it can be concluded that the patterns of noun phrases in the modifiers used in the text vary significantly. Of the 7 patterns of noun phrases in the pre modifier that are used as indicators for analyzing texts, the pattern of adjective + noun is the most frequently found pattern of the both texts, namely 38% and 44%, while the least pattern found is adjective+ noun+noun+noun, namely 1% of each. The pre-modifier pattern is the subject of discussion because the pattern in English has a significant difference from Indonesian. Keywords: Noun Phrase, Nursing, Pre-modifier

Abstract

This activity aims to develop the character of the young generation with good physical health through military education at Dodik Belanegara Rindam III Siliwangi, West Bandung. The methods applied include the preparation and implementation of the program, involving the entire academic community. The evaluation results show that the activity went smoothly, and the participants successfully achieved the set goals, showing improvements in physical health and character strengthening through discipline and teamwork. The discussion covers the program's success, involvement of all parties, and benefits felt by the participants. Limitations in logistics and the need for more in-depth evaluation are identified as areas for improvement. Meanwhile, suggestions for further development include the application of comprehensive evaluation methods, increased inter-institutional collaboration, and the development of a more contextual curriculum. Key findings from this study include the program's success in shaping the character and health of the younger generation, highlighting the importance of military education as a means of holistic character formation at the higher education level. These findings provide a basis for the development of similar programs in the future, with a focus on the necessary improvements to enhance their positive impact.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction is something that companies should pay close attention to because when the company provides job satisfaction, employees are ensured to give their best to the company. This study is a descriptive quantitative type. The research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tapaktuan. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Tapaktuan, totaling 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS software. The tests conducted in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing (t and f), and determinant testing. The results of the study indicate that the work environment partially influences employee satisfaction, work discipline partially influences employee satisfaction, motivation partially influences employee job satisfaction and work environment, work discipline, motivation collectively influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Tapaktuan.

Abstract

In today’s era of globalization, it is important for developing countries to achieve sustainable development. However, sustainable development requires consideration of social, cultural, and environmental perspectives in addition to economic ones. Islamic economic law emerges as an alternative solution amidst this complexity, offering principles that promote a balance between economic growth and social justice. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of Islamic economic law on sustainable development in developing countries. This involves analyzing how the principles of the law are applied in the economic activities of these countries, as well as how they impact aspects of sustainable development such as social stability, poverty alleviation, environmental preservation, and inclusive economic growth. In this study, qualitative methods will be used to investigate the literature and analyze the comparison of developing countries that implement Islamic economic law at various levels. Data will be collected from primary and secondary sources, including financial reports, legal documents, and case studies on the implementation of Islamic economic law in certain countries. Studies show that the implementation of Islamic economic law benefits sustainable development in developing countries. Sustainability, justice, and economic and social balance have been shown to promote inclusive economic growth, improved social welfare, and more sustainable management of natural resources.

Abstract

Achieving good employee performance and achieving organizational goals requires professionalism from every employee. It is undeniable that the professionalism of employees will greatly affect their performance. The better the performance of employees will further increase the efficiency of completing their tasks. With the better performance of its employees, the performance of the agency will be good too. This is where professionalism plays a role in organizations at various management levels to mobilize existing human resources rationally so that performance achieves the goals and objectives to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of employee professionalism on employee performance in the South Cimahi District. The method used is a quantitative method with a population and sample of all employees in the South Cimahi District. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was an influence South Cimahi District Cimahi City employees which was very significant, namely 0.931 or 93.1% which indicated that professionalism affected employee performance in the South Cimahi District environment and the remaining 6.9% was influenced by other variables not examined. in this research. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted because it is supported by the significance value

Abstract

Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Ciamis dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 20014-2019 yang tercantum dalam salah satu misi pembangunan Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2014-2019 yaitu “Meningkatkan Ketersediaan dan Kualitas Infrastruktur serta Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup”. Strategi pengelolaan air bersih harus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dari berbagai sektor yang didasarkan pada,1). Air merupakan benda sosial dan benda ekonomi, 2). Sebagai dasar dalam pendekatan tanggap kebutuhan, 3). Pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan, 4). Pendidikan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, 5). Keberpihakan pada masyarakat miskin, 6). Akuntabilitas proses pembangunan, 7). Peran pemerintah sebagai fasilitas, 8). Peran aktif masyarakat, dan 9). Pelayanan optimal dan tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan 9 (Sembilan) dasar strategi pengelolaan air minum secara umum tersebut maka strategi kebijakan pengelolaan air minum Kabupaten Ciamis harus berpihak pada masyarakat dan mewujudkan keberlanjutan. Strategi yang akan dilakukan terkait satu dengan lainnya secara komprehensif, serta berorientasi kepada pelaksanaan kebijakan dan pencapaian tujuan. Guna pencapaian tujuan dalam setiap strategi pengelolaan air bersih, maka pendekatan kebijakan pengelolaannya melalui 3 (tiga) tipe pendekatan yaitu, Tipe A : berbasis lembaga, Tipe B : pengelolaan bersama dan Tipe C : pengelolaan berbasis masyarakat. Berdasarkan konsep pendekatan kelembagaan dan peraturan pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan air minum, kebijakan yang akan diterapkan di Kabupaten Ciamis pengenai pengelolaan berbasis pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota,masyarakat dan swasta. Dimana semua elemen yang terkait akan bertugas sesuai tupoksi masing-masing. Pemerintah daerah dibagi menjadi dua zona, yaitu zona perkotaan dan pedesaan. Zona perkotaan ditangai oleh Dinas Cipta Karya Kebersihan dan Tata Ruang dan bekerjasama dengan lembaga-lembaga pengelolaan air jaringan perpipaan di perkotaan, sedangkan zona pedesaan akan dikelola oleh Dinas Perumahan Permukiman dan Lingkungan Hidup, yang akan bekerjasama dengan masyarakat dan lembaga-lembaga yang sudah dan akan dibentuk untuk pengelolaan air minum.
