Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang perumusan hipotesis statistik dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian. kesalahan dalam perumusan hipotesis statistik, maka akan memberikan peluang yang sangat besar bagi peneliti salah dalam mengambil kesimpulan. Adapun sumber data dari kajian pustka (library research) adalah dokumen dalam bentuk tulisan seperti buku, jornal atau literartur yang lainnya terkait perumusan hipotesis statistik. Penulis menggali data dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Adapun langkah-langkahnya adalah membaca sumber data, membuat catatan terkait penelitian dari sumber data, Selanjutnya mengolah data yang sudah dikumpul. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis konten dan deskriptif analisis. Agar hipotesis penelitian yang telah diajukan oleh peneliti dapat diuji secara statistik, maka hipotesis tersebut terlebih dahulu diterjemahkan ke dalam kalimat matematika atau disebut hipotesis statistik. Perumusan hipotesis penelitian menjadi hipotesis statistik memiliki aturan yang sangat ketat. Hipotesis statistik dibagi dua, yaitu hipotesis Null ( ) yang rumuskan dengan menggunakan relasi tanda “=”. Sedangkan Hipotesisi Alternatif ( ) dibuat dengan menggunakan tanda “>” , “<”, dan “ ”. Ada tiga kemungkinan perumusan hipotesis statistik, yaitu (1) Uji Pihak kanan; Ho : ? = ?o , Ha : ? > ?o, (2) Uji Pihak Kiri ; Ho : ? = ?o , Ha : ? < ?o, (3) Uji dua Pihak; Ho : ? = ?o, Ha : ? ? ?o.

Abstract

This current study examines how the local wisdom of Sasak aristocrats can enhance moral education in pesantren. This study focuses on utilising indigenous wisdom by the Sasak aristocrats to enhance moral education in pesantren. This study employs a qualitative approach with a research design centred on the case study. The study was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Selaparang in Kediri, West Lombok, and was chosen for its unique expertise in utilising advanced Sasak language and cultures. Data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study employed the interactive analysis technique proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. This current study demonstrates that moral education is strengthened through the noble Sasak local knowledge at Pondok Pesantren Selaparang in Kediri, West Lombok using several approaches: 1) Implementing Sasak Alus language in Islamic lectures at pesantren; 2) Providing role models; 3) Establishing habits through daily routines; 4) Conducting speech training (muḥāḍarah); 5) Organising speech competitions; 6) Engaging students in social, cultural, and religious events. This current study contributes to enhancing moral teaching in pesantren by theoretically and practically incorporating local wisdom.

Abstract

The Indonesian Government seeks to invest in digital communications to strengthen Indonesia's tourism industry and position it as a leading tourist destination. Social media enables organizations to provide personalized and engaging information to communities or individuals efficiently and effectively. Therefore, this study aims to discover how the Indonesian government uses social media (Twitter) to create images that can help boost tourism and the economy after COVID-19. This study uses social network analysis to explain information distribution and interaction. This study analyzes social media networks for promoting and branding Indonesian tourism using a qualitative descriptive and theoretical approach. To visualize data analysis, the Nvivo 12 Plus software, specifically the Twitter Sociogram and Netlytics dataset tools, highlights the results of Social Network Analysis regarding interactions using the hashtag #WonderfulIndonesia. According to the study's findings, the Indonesian government uses Twitter as a means of communication and promotion to improve tourism's image or branding, which is likely to be effective. By mentioning the #WonderfulIndonesia hashtag, government accounts promote tourism branding by disseminating information to the public, private sector, and others. The use of social media in large-scale tourism branding activities to attract tourists and improve the nation's economy is usually accompanied by strict management. In addition, support from various stakeholders is needed because it is proven that the government, as a single actor, has limitations in increasing tourism sector revenue through branding.

Abstract

The public interest in trains makes train traffic increasingly dense, resulting in congestion at railroad and highway intersections. Intersections between railways and highways are divided into level and non-level crossings. The potential impact or risk of the existence of a level crossing can cause several problems, one of which is the wheels of vehicles (motorbikes) which often slip when crossing the tracks. To reduce the potential risk of the existence of level crossings in the form of vehicle tires slipping between the rail gaps, PT. In 2022, KAI develop solutions to the problems that occur, one of the methods is by adding a concrete product in the form of Concrete Level Crossing, which is a prestressed concrete plate made with a knock down system so that it can be easily dismantled and assembled in the field without having to disrupt train travel schedules. This research was conducted to determine the most important factors in improving the quality of CLC plate construction at railway level crossings, to determine the application of the Six Sigma method to CLC plates at railway level crossings, and to determine the effect of applying the Six Sigma method to plates. The independent variable (X) in this research is the Six Sigma method, while the dependent variable (Y) in this research is the implementation of railroad crossing construction using Six Sigma-based Concrete Level Crossing (CLC). The questionnaire survey was carried out via an online survey. The number of respondents who provided assessments on this research questionnaire was 33 respondents from 5 related companies. The respondents taken in this research consisted of 4 experts with the expert criteria being personal experience in the field of planning and operational implementation in Concrete Level Crossing (CLC) installation work. The most important variable in improving the quality of CLC installations is the Quality Control variable. Only the Quality Control variable has an influence on the implementation of Six Sigma in CLC installations. The results of the DPMO calculation show a defect value of 31,250 per million or the equivalent of 3.59 sigma, where the quality still needs to be improved to reach a value of 6 sigma.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang menjadi keberhasilan pemasaran melalui media sosial adalah dengan menggunakan influencer marketing Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan melalui studi literatur. penulis menggunakan sumber penelitian empiris dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran lewat media sosial dan pengaruh dari seorang influencerdalam memberikan informasi terhadap sebuah produk agar mencapai tujuan akhir yang ingin dicapai adalah dapat dengan signifikan meningkatkan penjualan dan menampilkan brand image perusahaan yang baik kepada konsumen.
