Out of these total, ** percent ordered groceries via telephone, followed by a ** percent who preferred ordering via the company's website. Meanwhile, ** percent of respondents ordered their groceries using specialized apps, out of which ** percent accounted for Rappi, a Colombian on-demand delivery app.
