Tooniverse Creations (Web Animation)
Tooniverse Creations (formerly Highrise Studios) is a YouTube/TikTok Fan Animation series that makes animations using characters from Dandy's World. The characters are put in wacky or dangerous situations that differ from the original source material.
"Tropes, you better watch out buddies. You'll be in the Permanent Red Link Club by the end of this!"
  • Adaptational Dumbass: Vee is somewhat less smarter than her original counterpart.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Finn is way more mischievous, making fun of people's flaws and being way more annoying.
Finn: That's because you only sell trash, Dandy. I mean, who needs gumballs? We want medkits!
  • Adaptational Villainy: Glisten isn't above electrocuting Vee over 1000 medkits, manipulating several people into falling to their deaths, or trying to kill Evergreen with an axe.
  • A Day in the Limelight: Several.
    • Teagan in TEAGAN'S TEA PARTY GONE WRONG….
    • Toodles in Toodles, The Little Detective.
    • Connie, Luna, and Boo in THE HAUNTED HOUSE.
    • Tisha in CLEANING WITH TISHA.
    • Looey and Connie in Looey and Connie in a nutshell.
    • The Christmas Toons in The NEW Christmas toons in a nutshell.
    • The Easter Toons in MEET THE NEW EASTER TOONS.
    • The Halloween Toons in NEW HALLOWEEN TOONS ARE HERE!
    • Blot in Blot Be Like: "sdrawkcab kaeps I".
  • Affably Evil: Twisted Rodger is so far the only Twisted to speak and appear without harming a Toon.
  • Ambidextrous Sprite: The end of Shelly's head.
  • Animation Bump: As of Shelly's Grand Adventure… With Zero Help!, the characters can now move their heads at different angles.
    • As of "WE LET THE TOONS ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS! PART. 1", Vee now has customized eyebrows, making her more expressive. Unfortunately, it was short-lived, because in HIDE AND SEEK, her eyebrows were removed.
  • Anyone Can Die: Most of the characters have died at one point.
  • Arch-Enemy: Glisten and Vee are this to each other.
  • Asshole Victim: Whenever Shrimpo or Finn dies. Especially when Shrimpo was shoved off the glass bridge by Bobette in SQUID GAMES X DANDY'S WORLD: GLASS BRIDGE. Subverted as it was revealed that the Toons didn't die. Poppy can also count depending on the situation.
  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!:
    • In Shelly's Grand Adventure… With Zero Help!, Shelly gets distracted helping Boxten extract a machine because of Scraps' drawing. This causes Boxten to have so many upgrades, he shakes violently and gets flung.
    • Later on, Astro does this to Shelly to distract her from buying Dandy's gumballs.
    Dandy: I hate you, Astro.

  • Bait-and-Switch: During one of the first episode's skits, Poppy and Shelly bully Shrimpo for having the Brick trinket. Shrimpo is then approached by a Twisted Poppy, but he grabs the brick and beats Twisted Poppy to death with it.
Poppy: Well, Brick doesn't seem so useless at all.

  • Berserk Button:
    • Don't ignore Dandy's items.
    • Don't call Shrimpo a shrimp-face.
    • Don't open a Twisted Rodger capsule next to an extracting Toodles.
    • Don't break an artifact in front of Shelly.
    • Don't tell Rudie that it isn't Christmas.
  • Born Lucky: Shrimpo of all people somehow manages to get first place in Glisten's Dress to Impress Halloween competition, and third place in Brusha's art competition despite only drawing a brick instead of Glisten and destroying his canvas.
  • Butt-Monkey: Almost everyone could count, but mainly Teagan and Boxten always have some sort of misfortune at the end.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: Vee, Sprout, and Cosmo in VEE'S GAMESHOW.
Cosmo: Seriously, who is on the other side of the screen?

  • Break the Cutie: Sprout and Bobette after witnessing Cosmo and Rudie's deaths in the second part of SQUID GAMES X DANDY'S WORLD. It also happens to Scraps after losing Goob in the fifth part of SQUID GAMES X DANDY'S WORLD.
  • Curse Cut Short / Killed Mid-Sentence: Done by Teagan in Looey and Connie in an nutshell after the latter leaves her to die.
Teagan: Oh, but of course. That son of a bi-

  • Cheerful Child: Toodles is just as energetic as her original counterpart.
  • Christmas Episode: "DANDY'S WORLD: SECRET SANTA".
  • Cruel and Unusual Death: Yatta gets brutally knocked to death by Shrimpo with a baseball bat several times until a pile of candy comes out and confetti flies everywhere in "YATTA BEING CANDYTASTIC!". Made even worse when Vee, who came up with the idea, realized she couldn't eat the candy, and it went to waste.
  • Death Is Cheap: No one stays dead in the series.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Dandy forces the Toons to compete in Squid Game for not buying his tapes. Subverted when he reveals that's it's because of a deeper reason.
    • Shrimpo kills Yatta by throwing a brick into her face and making her fall, just because she was a new toon in "YATTA BEING CANDYTASTIC!".
  • The Ditz: Goob is the clumsiest Toon on the show.
  • Early-Installment Weirdness: Goob, Rodger, and Scraps were Jerkasses in the first episode due to a lack of characterization. Toodles also was more easily irritated, going as far to throw a Twisted Rodger capsule into Scraps' face.
Toodles: Do it again, and you're taking a nap.

  • "Everybody Dies" Ending: VEE'S GAMESHOW ends with Pebble turning into a twisted and killing everyone on the set, including the viewer.
  • Face–Heel Turn: Implied. Astro becomes a guard for Squid Game.
  • Fake Shemp: Most of the characters use AI-Generated voices, likely due to budget constraints. This has slowly been Averted over time, though, with more and more characters having proper voice actors. Justified with Vee, who is a robot.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: Finn, Shrimpo (although zigzagged), and Boo get a lot of disrespect from the other Toons for their Jerkass or annoying behavior.
  • Growling Gut: Astro's stomach growled when the hunger bar is at 2 in "DANDY'S WORLD IN MINECRAFT?"
  • Hate Sink: Glisten definitely fell into this during the SQUID GAMES X DANDY'S WORLD series, as his egotistical actions has taken over every part of his personality, leading him to actually start killing or having people killed for his own personal gain and then not giving a crap afterward.
    • Dandy became this gradually as the SQUID GAMES X DANDY'S WORLD series went on, to the point where he had the Toons trapped with each other and forced them to murder each other with bricks. Note that they weren't going to come back.
  • Jaw Drop: Happens to Glisten and Shelly in a short after seeing Shrimpo kill Twisted Boxten.
    • Then it happens to Tisha after she sees Blot's trail he leaves.
  • Karmic Butt-Monkey: Shrimpo's misfortunes are deserved because of him being a Jerkass. The same goes for Dandy and Finn.
  • Lethal Chef:
    • Dandy made his cake in DANDY'S WORLD BAKING COMPETITION out of tapes. It was so bad it temporarily turned Sprout and Cosmo into Twisteds.
    • Shrimpo made his cake in the aforementioned episode out of "pure, unfiltered, rage", and said that it would make them regret every bite. Sprout and Cosmo refuse to taste test the cake.
Cosmo: Yeah, no. Not touching that. I like living.

    • Even Sprout and Cosmo are this somewhat. Their cakes haven't been the best, to say the least.
  • Literally Shattered Lives: A non-lethal example. In Shelly's Grand Adventure… With Zero Help!, Finn gets a part of him shattered after a vase bounces off of it.
  • Neat Freak: Tisha. She's so obsessed with cleaning that she can pick up an entire table with a tea set and guests in it just to clean the grass.
  • Oh, Crap!: In the fourth part of Squid Game, Cosmo and the escapees come upon a door, and believing that it will lead them to Dandy, turns out to be Twisted Shelly.
  • Only Sane Woman: If there's something clearly wrong, expect Brightney to point it out.
  • Original Character: Evergreen the Tree, Luna the Ghost, and Boo the Ghost.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: At the start of SQUID GAMES X DANDY'S WORLD, Dandy tries to use a Frontman mask to hide his identity. The others still see him because of his petals.
  • Pie in the Face: Happens with Sprout and a cake in Shelly's Grand Adventure… With Zero Help!
  • Perpetual Frowner: Shrimpo's never smiled except when he laughed at Poppy without her bow.
  • "Pop!" Goes the Human: Happens to Pebble in "YATTA BEING CANDYTASTIC!", much to Dandy's horror.
  • Pungeon Master: Take one guess. It's Finn.
Finn: Time to make like a tree and leaf!

  • Rage Breaking Point: ASMR WITH ASTRO! ends with Astro losing it because of everyone distracting his session.
  • Shout-Out:
  • Small Name, Big Ego: For a ghost whose name is three letters long, Boo has a giant ego.
  • Special Effect Failure: In-Universe. Dandy attempts to hide himself being the frontman, but Brightney can clearly see him because of his petals. He gives up after.
  • Stepford Smiler: No matter what, Finn and Razzle always seemed to have smiled in all of the videos.
  • Take That!: Against AI generated artwork in "BRUSHA ART COMPETITION GONE WILD! 🎨'', where Vee gets disqualified by Brusha for generating Glisten with a horrendous face.
  • Tempting Fate: In Shelly's Grand Adventure… With Zero Help!, Tisha promises Shelly that she'll be careful dusting the dinosaur fossil. Then it falls apart. Later on, Shelly brings Dandy and Pebble along to help dig a giant fossil in a desert. Too bad they're swimming in a lake.
  • Terrible Artist: Vee and Toodles are this, but no one will actually say it to Toodles to the point where Glisten and Brusha don't even score her painting.
  • Too Dumb to Live:
  • What the Hell, Hero?: Shrimpo of all people calls out Glisten for lying about how Flutter would survive jumping on a fake glass.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: The Dress to Impress shows Shrimpo to have unintentionally been this.
  • Wide Eyes and Shrunken Irises: Done by most of the characters.
  • WTH, Costuming Department?: In-Universe. In the Halloween edition of Dress to Impress, Shrimpo ends up somehow being a princess, and said that he didn't choose it himself. Everyone still likes it anyway and he wins the competition.

Out of my way, life ruining website!
