- 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 다공질막 A에 폴리아미드이미드계 수지와 무기 입자 또는 가교 고분자 입자를 포함하는 다공질막 B가 적층된 전지용 세퍼레이터로서,
상기 입자의 함유량은 다공질막 B의 80중량% 이상 97중량% 이하, 또한 평균 입경은 다공질막 A의 평균 구멍지름의 1.5배 이상 50배 미만이고, 식 1 및 식 2를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.

무기 입자는 실리카, 이산화 티타늄, 알루미나에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
가교 고분자 입자는 가교 폴리스티렌 입자, 가교 아크릴계 수지 입자, 가교 메타크릴산 메틸계 입자에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법으로서,
이하의 공정(i) 및 (ii)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법.
공정(i): 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 다공질막 A 상에, 폴리아미드이미드계 수지와 무기 입자 또는 가교 고분자 입자를 포함하고 또한 폴리아미드이미드계 수지의 용액 성분 중의 농도가 1중량% 이상 3.5중량% 이하인 도포액(바니시)을 도포한 후, 절대 습도 5g/㎥ 이상, 절대 습도 10g/㎥ 미만의 조습 존을 3초 이상 30초 미만 통과시켜서 다공질막 A 상에 폴리아미드이미드계 수지막을 형성하는 공정.
공정(ii): 공정(i)에서 얻어진 폴리아미드이미드계 수지를 포함하는 막이 적층된 복합막을 응고욕에 침지시켜서 폴리아미드이미드계 수지막을 다공질막 B로 변환시키고, 세정, 건조하여 전지용 세퍼레이터를 얻는 공정.
