Code Review
This pull request is a cleanup effort that removes a significant amount of unused utility functions from util.dart. The deletions are consistent with the removal of associated imports. The only other changes are minor documentation comment fixes, which correctly update references to public members. Overall, this is a good refactoring that improves code maintainability by removing dead code.
