The spread of covid-19 is currently very fast and extensive to the village level. In preventing the spread of covid-19 several task forces have been formed in each village. The task force is responsible for the spread of covid-19 in village areas and provides education on the application of health protocols. Apart from the responsibilities of the task force, several villages have also formed health cadres to help. Health cadres have been provided with education on procedures for the implementation of isolation for families exposed to Covid-19. However, it is still not effective because of the increasing number of cases. The addition creates new problems, related to the standardization of isolation houses in villages that do not meet the criteria of government regulations, one example is the isolation house in the Bogorejo, Merakurak, Tuban. Isolation houses are provided right next to the village office but do not the standards. The reason, activity of providing health education about Covid-19 healthy homes for cadres need to be implemented. This activity aims to broaden the knowledge of health cadres, and the community to seriously pay attention to health protocols to prevent the spread of covid-19 in the area of Bogorejo, Merakurak, Tuban. Immunization or immunity against disease threats is the main goal of vaccination. In essence, immunity can be possessed passively or actively. Both can be obtained naturally or artificially (Ranuh, 2008). Therefor it is necessary to do immunization to prevent disease attacks that affect the nutritional status of children. This activity was carried out on Wednesday, May 20 2020 at 09.00-10.00 at the Posyandu in the village of Kedungjambe Singgahan using the lecture and question and answer method using leaflet media. From the results of the Health Education carried out, it was found that the awareness of parents to give immunizations to their children was quite good, but there were some parents (mothers) who sometimes ignored the immunization schedule so that sometimes it was too late to give immunizations to children. Immunization is an effort to provide immunity to infants and children and pregnant women against certain diseases. Immunization of children under five at the Posyandu in Kedungjambe Singgahan village is generally quite good and most of them have met the immunization schedule, only a few mothers are sometimes late to give immunizations

The toddler period is a golden period of growth and development that is very important and determines the quality of life for future children. Detection of growth and development during toddlerhood is very important to do to monitor whether there are deviations in the process of child development. Early detection of under-fives growth and development can find irregularities earlier so that the interventions given will be much more effective and efficient. The implementation of Integrated Service Post in Kiring village mostly monitors growth, whereas progress monitoring is only carried out if there is a visit from the community Health centers, due to the limited number of cadres who have attended the DTKB training. The objective of this DTKB training is to improve the cadres' ability to be able to do DTKB properly. The training methods carried out include pre and post-training tests, DTKB counseling, DTKB practice including anthropometric measurements, filling out the MCH booklet on the Card Towards Healthy (KMS) sheet, z-score table, head circumference, interpretation of DTKB assessment results, and counseling on the use of the KIA book. as a medium for health education. The results of the dedication were an increase in the level of knowledge about child development as evidenced by an increase in the pre-post test score of 10-30 points, 14 cadres had attended DTKB training and were able to practice DTKB correctly, the KIA book was not only used to record the results of measuring growth also record the results of development detection and use it as a health education media by cadres

Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. This activity was carried out in the village of Sobontoro Tambakboyo on May 27, 2020, attended by 20 people. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and completion stages. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that causes multi-system disorders and is characterized by hyperglycemia caused by insulin deficiency or inadequate insulin action. The people of Sobontoro Tambakboyo village tend not to pay attention to a healthy lifestyle in terms of choosing food but after being given Health Education the community understands more about the concept of lifestyle for people with Diabetes Mellitus and to prevent Diabetes Mellitus.

Abstract Health development is an effort to fulfill one of the people's rights, especially in the health sector. One way to improve health development is to develop human resources from an early age through exclusive breastfeeding.Breastfeeding is a scientific process. Millions of mothers around the world are able to breastfeed their babies without ever reading a book about breastfeeding, even illiterate mothers can breastfeed their children well. However, in our current cultural environment, doing things naturally is not always easy. When breastfeeding for the first time, breastfeeding mothers generally feel pain or tenderness in the nipples. This is normal, but if the pain or stinging is excessive and even accompanied by sore nipples, then this is not normal and requires treatment. Some researchers have found that sore or sore nipples are generally caused by breastfeeding and improper latch on.

Hypertension is still a health problem because it is the silent killer disease. Based on the results of Riskesdas in 2018, it was stated that the prevalence of hypertension was 34.1%. ¬Hypertension mostly occurred in the 55-64 years age group, namely 55.2%. This service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of lecturers in handling hypertension in Midwifery Study Program, Faculty of Health, Merdeka Surabaya University. The method used in this training activity is the lecture method, discussion, demonstration and practice. Pre-test is carried out at the beginning before the delivery of the material, then the delivery of material and discussion. The materials provided during the training included the raw materials needed, the tools prepared, the manufacture of essential oils, packaging and ended with a post test.Based on the comparison between the average pre-test and post-test scores, it was found that there is an increase in the average value. In the pre-test the average value of cadres is 50.0 then after given training materials related to anti-hypertensive essential oil, the average score rose to 87.5. This shows that the level of knowledge of the Faculty of Health, Universitas Merdeka Surabaya lecturers increased after being given training.Keywords: Essential Oil, Allium Sativum, Lavender, Blood Pressure, Elderly

The problem of waste is becoming increasingly complex due to limited space for processing waste, incompatibility in spatial planning, lack of waste processing facilities, low public knowledge regarding waste processing, the large number of land conversions for housing, and the rapid increase population in the Tuban Regency. This community service activity was carried out at the location of the religious tourism bus parking of the Sunan Bonang Tomb. Garbage scattered at the parking location comes from bus passengers who do not have the awareness to throw garbage in its place. In addition, the other main sources of waste come from traders at tourist parking locations and pedicab drivers. This condition is mostly caused by the low of knowledge and awareness of the community regarding waste and its processing. This education and socialization of waste sorting is carried out to traders, visitors and pedicab drivers around the bus parking location. In this activity, the majority of traders have good knowledge regarding waste sorting into organic and inorganic waste, while for pedicab drivers, the majority do not have good knowledge regarding waste sorting. It is hoped that in the future this community service activity can be carried out in a sustainable manner, so that later the waste at the bus parking location can be used into something useful

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan global dan telah diakui sebagai kontributor utama terhadap beban penyakit kardiovaskular juga penyumbang utama kematian. Hasil skrinning di posyandu lansia di desa Bawangan Ploso teridentifikasi hipertensi sebanyak 80 menderita hipertensi. Pengobatan hipertensi selama ini dilakukan mengunakan obat kimia dengan resep dokter terkadang penderita beli diwarung atau apotik tanpa membeli tanpa resep. Obat kimia memiliki banyak sekali efek samping apalagi diberikan pada lansia memiliki penurunan fungsi organ. Salah satu alternatif pengobatan hipertensi dengan mengunakan obat herbal atau tradisional yang diperoleh dari tanaman. Namun masyarakat Desa Bawangan belum mengunakan tanaman obat sebagai alternatif dalam proses pengobatan. Program pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu tahap pertama dengan skrining kesehatan dan pelatihan peningkatan pengetahuan terkait pemanfaatan tanaman obat sebagai alternative pengobatan hipertensi, sedangkan ada tahap kedua kegiatan pelatihan berfokus pada tata cara pengolahan tanaman obat keluarga sebagai penurun tekanan dara pada penderita hipertensi.

Health services such as health education or online questions and answers, especially during a Covid-19 pandemic, can use telehealth. This community service was to provide education and consultation on questions and answers about reproductive health. The method used in this community service activity is innovation and modification of consulting services, questions and answers such as midwifery questions and answers which are usually carried out directly, as an effort to bring midwifery services closer to the community in the form of online question and answer consultations using Google Form media as the initial registration medium. then followed by electronic messages using WhatsApp media as a follow-up media for the question and answer consultations. The community service result showed that almost half of the respondents (42.8%) asked about the topic of reproductive health about infertility. All respondents (100%) answered the questionnaire satisfied with the educational answers from the organizers. Independent practice midwives can use e-health solutions for solutions to overcome patient queues and make an initial agreement before meeting face to face for follow-up examinations, the e-health program can also be a superior service program from independent midwife practices.

Nutritional problems in adolescents are increasingly complex due to limited knowledge about balanced nutrition in adolescents. The increasing number of dual nutritional problems, especially in adolescents in Tuban Regency. The Nutrition Action Team is one form of nutrition education efforts to reduce nutritional problems in adolescents. This community service activity is carried out for high school students in Tuban Regency. In the Nutrition Action Team activities, all participants were able to understand well about nutrition in the life cycle of adolescents, adolescent nutrition problems, 10 messages of balanced nutrition. It is hoped that in the future this community service activity can be carried out in a sustainable manner, so as to create a positive attitude towards nutrition, the formation of knowledge and skills in choosing and using food sources, the emergence of good eating habits and the motivation to find out more about matters related to nutrition.
