The independent variable in this study is diet, while the dependent variable is blood pressure. The instruments used in data collection are SOPs and Observation sheets. Analysis of the study used the coefficient test phie significance of the Asymp value. Sig. (2-sided) (α) = <0.05. Based on the results of the statistical test research the Asymp value was obtained. Sig. (2-sided) (α) = 0.003 (α <0.05). Statistical test results show that dietary variables affect blood pressure.

One of the important social indicators to measure the success of maternal mortality eradication programs and to see the status of maternal health is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The results of the initial survey in 2019 were 184 who experienced periods I and II, while in 2020 there were 222 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship maternal characteristics (parity and age) with the length of time for labor during the first and second stages of labor at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. The research design used an analytical method with a cross-sectional research design. The population used was all mothers who gave birth in the maternity room at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban in 2021 many 842 respondents, obtained a sample size of many 271 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection uses secondary data, namely the independent and dependent variables. While the test used is chi-square with a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that almost all of the results of the study showed that the length of time of delivery for the first and second stages of the primiparous tended to give birth accordingly, whereas in multiparous and grade multi the delivery was appropriate. Based on the chi-square test, it was found that x2 count = 5.705 ˃ x2 table = 3.841, then H0 was rejected H1 accepted This means that there is a relationship between maternal characteristics (parity and age) and the length of time for labor during the first and second stages of labor at RSUD dr. Koesma Tuban. From the research, it can be concluded that the characteristics of the mother (parity and age) can affect the length of time of stages I and II. One of the preventive efforts that can be done is to provide counseling about the ideal age for marriage, especially for women, regular antenatal examinations, counseling on family planning programs that can be used for married women under 20 years old and women over 35 years old.

Introduction: One that supports the work motivation of nurses is a democratic leadership style, where the democratic leadership style itself is the participation of subordinates in deliberative decision making. A nurse who works in an inpatient unit must have high work motivation inbut in fact many nurses are not enthusiastic in carrying out their duties because the leadership style applied by the head of the room is not suitable. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room on the work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of dr. R. Koesma Tuban. Methods: The study design was cross sectional. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room of dr. R. Koesma Tuban according to the inclusion criteria as many as 47 respondents with a large number of research samples 42 respondents, then using the cluster sampling technique as a method of sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Contingency Coefficient. Results: Based on the research results, it was found that almost all of the nurses considered that the leadership style of the head of the room owned was democratic, and most of the nurses had high motivation. The results of the contingency coefficient were obtained, the leadership style variable (p <0.05) had a moderate correlation with the work motivation of nurses (r = 0.542), and the direction of the positive correlation, which meant that the more democratic the leadership style of the head of the room, the higher the nurse's work motivation. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room with the work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of dr. R. Koesma Tuban. So it is expected that the head of the room can apply a democratic leadership style so that it can increase the motivation of nurses who are still low. order to be able to carry out nursing care properly,

The process of childbirth is identical to the onset of pain. The most dominant pain is felt especially in the active phase of the first stage of labor. The 1st stage of labor is the beginning of labor contractions characterized by progressive cervical changes ending with complete dilatation (10 cm). One of the problems that occur in first stage labor pain is caused by uterine contractions that cause cervical dilation and thinning. Through endorphine massage, which is a touch technique or light massage given to pregnant women before delivery that can normalize heart rate, blood pressure, and can increase the relaxed condition in the body of pregnant women by triggering a feeling of comfort through the skin surface so that by doing the massage for 20 minutes, then the pain in labor will be reduced. This study uses a quantitative research method with a static group comparison design. Measurements were made in the treatment group that was given an endorphine massage for 20 minutes in the active phase. The population in this study were all inpartu mothers who gave birth at Polindes Larasati. This research was conducted in Sekardadi Village, Jenu District, Tuban Regency. The sample in this study were some of the pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria as many as 14 respondents. McNemar statistical test results obtained p value = 0.031 (α < 0.05), thus there is an effect of endorphine massage on the adaptation of labor pain in the active phase of the first stage of inpartum mothers. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an effect of endorphine massage on pain adaptation because endorphine massage can stimulate the body to release endorphins which are pain relievers. It is hoped that health workers can provide health education about endorphine massage to the community so that later it is hoped that all people will be able to apply endorphine massage to overcome pain in labor.
