Abstract

Decision Support System is a system that can help management in making an appropriate decision, which is needed at a management level. This was also the case with the Galang Suka Village Office in determining the assistance of village cooperative funds. So far, the Village Office has not yet determined the acceptance of the Koprasi funding so that it faces obstacles in making the election. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the Dichotomiser Interative Algorithm 3 (ID3) method to determine the receipt of cooperative funding assistance in this village in a decision support system. It is expected that the results of the research can help the Galang Suka Village

Abstract

In processing data on high-achieving student scholarships in the Office of Personnel and Human Resources Development (KKPSDM) in general, they still use a manual system, namely there is no computerization in determining the recipients of outstanding student scholarships so that there are many problems that occur in this system. The problem that arises is the lack of proper distribution of scholarship recipients and high achieving students, for example, students who are not actually eligible for scholarships but get scholarships, on the other hand, students who are entitled to get good scholarships are outstanding scholarships or underprivileged scholarships but do not get scholarships. Such problems arise because of the lack of careful scholarship selectors in selecting scholarship recipients because the scholarship selectors themselves are in the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Office (KKPSDM) so there is insufficient time available to select scholarship recipients, so there is an error in determining scholarship recipients precisely due to lack of careful selection

Abstract

Determination of recipients of Mou scholarships at the Labuhan Batu Utara Regent's Office is done by selecting students who take a series of given test stages and appropriate criteria. The problem faced by the selection team is how to determine outstanding students from a number of alternatives that have their respective strengths and weaknesses so that they are not well targeted in providing the best value to be analyzed. This system is a Decision Support System (SPK) which was built using the WASPAS method and designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and using a Microsoft Access database. Data processing will be carried out by the Selection Team from the Labuhan Batu Utara Regent's Office by entering the value data of the prospective scholarship recipients, the system will perform calculations according to the WASPAS principle which ultimately results in a ranking that can help the selection team compare the rankings obtained. The system created has been able to determine students who are entitled to receive scholarships.

Abstract

The accuracy of the company in publishing financial statements may experience delays caused by the duration of auiditor in completing its audit work. The auditor conducts his audit duties based on the professional public accountant (SPAP) standard. With sampling techniques use purposeve sampling. Namely the selection of certain considerations where the safeguards are generally adapted to testing or research problems. This research method applies the AHP (Analaitycal Hierarchy Process) method. Every financial report provided by the company is a very important source of information within the agency, if there is a delay in the delivery, the information presented is less accurate. , internal audit, company size and timeliness. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a very significant effect on audit reliability, whereas, solvency, internal audit, while solvency, internal audit, company size and timeliness do not significantly influence audit delay. This research is expected to have sufficient implications means for the parties involved in assessing and predicting the timely submission of financial statements

Abstract

Indonesian is an agricultural country that produces a wide variety of agricultural and plantation products, one of which is agricultural production which is fruit trees. Fruits are an export commodity developed by the government to accompany the cultivation of food crops because of the production that has the opportunity to get greater profits. Deli Serdang Regency is a district where many people are farmers, especially in the Lubuk Pakam sub-district which consists of several villages which constitute the main income from agricultural products and livestock products, the district of Deli Serdang bordering the north with Langkat and Straits of Malaka, south with Karo District and Simalungun Regency, east of Serdang Bedagai Regency and on the west bordering Karo District and Langkat District, there are 22 sub-districts in Deli Serdang District which are each sub-district which is a large number of farming communities. For this reason, we need a system that can help sub-district leaders in making decisions to determine the best farmer villages in accordance with what is expected from the sub-district for rural villages that are in accordance with predetermined criteria. Due to the problem, it is necessary to design a decision support system using the Tahani model fuzzy database method to assist in selecting the best farmer villages in Lubuk Pakam District. Hopefully with the application of the support system decision for the selection of the best farmer villages, it is expected to be able to help with decision making or as a recommendation for villages selected in Lubuk Pakam sub-district

Abstract

In the development of the technology there are good and bad impacts such as the spread of false news or information that is spread in indonesian society. For hoax spread, article 28 paragraph 1 of ITE law is threatened and article 45A paragraph (1) of law 19/2016 is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 6 (six) years and/or a maximum fine of Rp 1 billion. This research is descriptive in nature wich illustrates the problem under study by describing it coherently. The type of research data is secondary data from other sources. Abstract

The problem of increasing the percentage of cigarette users aged ? 15 years in 2016 to 2018 in a row in Central Java Province requires a decrease in the percentage in the following year. This is related to the need for maximum health in child development. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the increase in the percentage of cigarette use at the age of ? 15 years in each year and to determine the role of government and parents in the prevention of smoking at the age of  15 years. This research is a type of quantitative research in which research interacts directly with respondents. The data validity technique uses data triangulation that utilizes sources, methods, and theories. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study, of 5 respondents, 4 respondents stated if their parents did not know if they smoke, and 1 respondent stated that his parents knew if he smoked. The efforts of the government and parents in the prevention of smoking at the age of  15 years need an increase because of the increasing percentage position where the right of children to get healthy can be fulfilled

Abstract

The influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction with self efficacy as a moderating variable at the Regional Secretariat of North Aceh Regency. This study sampled as many as 100 respondents, namely employees at the North Aceh District Secretariat. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection instruments are using a questionnaire. Determination of respondents using nonprobability sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Hopefully this research will be input for leaders to make policies related to the work environment and organizational commitment to job satisfaction of employees in the organization and hopefully also this research can be used as input or comparison for the organization regarding the influence of the work environment, organizational commitment and self efficacy of employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Profitabilitas di sektor Perbankan (ROA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal. Populasi yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014-2016. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah 27 perusahaan perbankan serta teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel CAR, LDR, NPL dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan variabel BOPO dan NIM secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

The number of cases of neglect of children suffering from HIV / AIDS caused by lack of knowledge of HIV / AIDS transmission and cure is the background of the publication of this article with the aim of being able to add insight to families, communities, and the environment around the transmission of HIV / AIDS in children so as to reduce the level of neglect of children with HIV / AIDS. The research method used in this article is qualitative research with descriptive research through interviews and literature studies. The amount of neglect of children in the city of Surakarta is influenced by the factor of lack of education about HIV / AIDS so that there is a need for socialization and education about HIV / AIDS, especially in children so that sufferers can also live normally
