Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Minat Baca dan Motivasi Belajar IPS dengan Partisipasi Siswa dalam Gerakan Literasi Sekolah SMP Negeri 6 Purworejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif Korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMP Negeri 6 Purworejo. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dengan cara ordinal. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 siswa. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik angket. Uji reliabilitas Cronbach?s Alpha menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,957 pada variabel Minat Baca (X1). Kemudian pada variabel Motivasi belajar IPS (X2) sebesar 0,961. Setelah itu pada variabel Partisipasi siswa (Y) sebesar 0,749. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Minat Baca dengan Partisipasi siswa dalam Gerakan Literasi Sekolah SMP Negeri 6 Purworejo. Besarnya hubungan sebesar 0.260** dengan niai signifikansi p= 0.004

Abstract

The number of cases of neglect of children suffering from HIV / AIDS caused by lack of knowledge of HIV / AIDS transmission and cure is the background of the publication of this article with the aim of being able to add insight to families, communities, and the environment around the transmission of HIV / AIDS in children so as to reduce the level of neglect of children with HIV / AIDS. The research method used in this article is qualitative research with descriptive research through interviews and literature studies. The amount of neglect of children in the city of Surakarta is influenced by the factor of lack of education about HIV / AIDS so that there is a need for socialization and education about HIV / AIDS, especially in children so that sufferers can also live normally

Abstract

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia has not been fully implemented. One of the factors which influences the failure to achieve breastfeeding is the mother's age. Based on the data from Central Bureau of Statistics, Yogyakarta only recorded a decline in the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding; in 2019 the number fell to 74.90%, in 2020 the number became 78.93, and in 2021 the number fell to 77.00%. Purpose: The study is to determine the relation of mothers’ age and the attainment of exclusive breastfeeding at Pajangan Primary Health Center. Method: The study employed quantitative method with case control design. There were 200 populations, 62 samples, and 31 groups of cases which were taken by total sampling. In addition, 31 control samples were taken by purposive sampling. Retrieval of data using secondary data. Univariate analysis was in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate analysis used the Chi Square test. Results: The study was conducted by analyzing the relation of mothers’ age and the attainment of exclusive breastfeeding and obtained p value <0.05 (p-value = 0.012) and an OR of 3.645. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relation mothers’ age and the attainment of exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: There is a relation of mothers’ age and the attainment of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Mental retardation is a term for people who have cognitive and intellectual capacities that are different from people in general or below average. After that, this research shows that the role of teachers is very important in educating children who have special needs such as mentally retarded children, because children with special needs require very extra guidance and direction from parents or teachers. Our focus in this research is 1). How do teachers educate mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu city? 2). How do teachers communicate with mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu City? 3). What obstacles are often encountered when teaching mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu City? The objectives of this research are, 1). To find out how teachers educate mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. 2). To find out how teachers communicate with mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. 3). To find out what obstacles are often encountered when teaching mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. This type of research uses a qualitative approach using data source methods obtained from three types of sources, namely data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

The digital population application is an application managed by the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration under the Ministry of Home Affairs. This application serves to convert physical documents into digital format, making them accessible anywhere using smartphones. The existence of this digital population application is expected to facilitate the process of managing population documents. However, some users have expressed complaints about the digital population application, including interface issues and system problems. Based on these issues, a usability analysis is needed to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The method used for the analysis is Usability Testing, which employs two techniques: performance measurement to assess effectiveness and efficiency, and Retrospective Think Aloud technique to evaluate customer satisfaction. Through Usability Testing, it has been found that the digital population application scored below the minimum value for the effectiveness aspect, while the efficiency aspect obtained a score that meets the standard. As for customer satisfaction, the results from the questionnaire indicate an optimal outcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Flipped Classroom toward Students’ Reading Ability in English Classroom. The sample of this study were the first grade students of Madrasah Aliyah or Islamic High School in Kaur Bengkulu, Indonesia. This study used a Quasi-Experimental design. The sample in this research was 52 students consisting of 26 students in the experimental class and 26 students in the control class taken by purposive sampling. The experimental class has given the treatment using the Flipped classroom strategy, while the control class used the conventional classroom strategy. Pre-test were given in two groups before giving the treatment. The results showed as follows: First, the average of pre-test score showed that the experimental class got 51.23 and the control class was 50,92. After being given treatment, a post-test is given. The post-test results show the average score of the experimental class was 71.85 and the control class was 62.85. The Second, the sample score of the independent T-test shows the significant value (2 tailed) is 0,000 <0.05. In other words, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In short, it can be concluded that students who are taught using the Flipped Classroom strategy are better than not using it. So, it can be concluded that learning using flipped classroom has a positive effect on first grade students at Islamic High School in Kaur-Bengkulu Indonesia.

Abstract

The security of collections is critically important for safeguarding college libraries. One of the security measures implemented is the use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) systems. This study aims to examine the application of RFID technology for collection security and to identify the challenges encountered in its implementation at the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Library. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, systematically and accurately portraying the facts observed in the field. The informants include the head librarian and the coordinator of the ICT introduction and repository. Data collection methods consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the RFID system effectively enhances collection security at the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Library. Security is achieved through stickers affixed to the back covers of books, making them less noticeable to users. Furthermore, RFID technology can detect books that have not been checked out by triggering an alarm when passing through the security gate. A significant challenge faced is the frequent downtime of the system network, which cannot be resolved immediately. This issue may disrupt borrowing transactions, leading to discrepancies in transaction data within the application. Such challenges can be mitigated by increasing the bandwidth to address the existing issues adequately.

Abstract

Sholat dhuha merupakan sholat sunnah yang biasanya di laksanakan di pagi hari, pelaksanaannya di mulai saat matahari mulai naik sesaat setelah terbitnya matahari ( jam 7) hingga batas masuk waktu zhuhur yaitu matahari berada di atas kepala. Setelah itu, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembiasaan sholat dhuha yang dilakukan anak-anak sebelum pembelajaran dimulai berdampak baik karena siswa menjadi lebih berani untuk azan dan menjadi imam khususnya laki-laki. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Bagaimana bentuk pembiasaan sholat dhuha pada siswa kelas V di SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu? 2). Bagaimana cara mengajak siswa agar tetap konsisten melaksanakan sholat dhuha pada siswa kelas V di SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu? 3). Apa pengaruhnya terhadap akhlak siswa setelah pelaksanaan rutinitas sholat dhuha pada siswa kelas V di SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu? Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, 1). Untuk mengetahui bentuk pembiasaan sholat dhuha pada pada siswa kelas V di SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu? 2). Untuk mengetahui cara mengajak siswa agar tetap konsisten melaksanakan sholat dhuha di pada siswa kelas V di SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu? 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap ahlak siswa setelah pelaksanaan rutinitas sholat dhuha pada siswa kelas V di SDN 41 Kota Bengkulu? Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode sumber data yang di peroleh dari tiga macam sumber data yakin, teknik penngumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Kesulitan dalam membaca, menulis, dan berhitung (calistung) merupakan tantangan utama dalam pendidikan dasar yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kesulitan calistung dan menawarkan solusi efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60% siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca, 50% kesulitan menulis, dan 70% kesulitan berhitung. Faktor utama meliputi metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif, minimnya kebiasaan belajar di rumah, serta kurangnya media pembelajaran interaktif. Solusi yang direkomendasikan mencakup pembelajaran interaktif, keterlibatan orang tua, penggunaan media inovatif, serta peningkatan kompetensi guru. Dengan strategi ini, diharapkan kesulitan calistung dapat dikurangi, mempersiapkan siswa untuk jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Quizizzz application as a digital-based learning medium to enhance students' technological literacy at MI Asy-Syifa. The research is motivated by the growing importance of digital literacy in the technology-driven era, particularly in supporting the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes flexibility and the integration of technology in education. A qualitative method was employed, utilizing training sessions that included lectures, demonstrations, and Q&A, involving 39 third-grade students. The findings indicate that Quizizzz enhances student motivation through gamification, though challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and students' low initial understanding were observed. The training successfully introduced Quizizzz features and educated students on the ethical use of technology. The study concludes that Quizizzz has significant potential as an interactive and engaging learning assessment tool, but continuous training and infrastructure support are needed for optimal implementation. This initiative also contributes to the application of the Merdeka Curriculum by leveraging technology to create a more dynamic and effective learning process.
