Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, mempengaruhi cara pendidik mengelola kelas dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi pengelolaan kelas berbasis digital untuk pendidik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital mereka melalui pelatihan interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode partisipatif, melibatkan workshop dan pelatihan yang memberikan pemahaman praktis tentang penggunaan platform pembelajaran digital seperti Google Classroom, Moodle, dan Edmodo. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan partisipatif yang tidak hanya memperkenalkan teknologi, tetapi juga memastikan keberlanjutan implementasi teknologi dalam pengajaran melalui sesi mentoring dan evaluasi jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan pendidik dalam mengelola kelas berbasis digital, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menerapkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Kontribusi penelitian ini bagi masyarakat adalah memberikan solusi praktis bagi pendidik dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi pendidikan, serta mendorong pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi secara berkelanjutan di sekolah. Dengan adanya pelatihan lanjutan dan kebijakan yang mendukung, diharapkan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study presents a comparative analysis of the concept of the Islamization of knowledge as proposed by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas and Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi, in response to the epistemological crisis in contemporary Islamic higher education. Although both thinkers share a common vision, previous studies have inadequately explored the potential for an epistemological synthesis between their approaches. This research aims to identify their points of convergence and divergence in order to construct a relevant and applicable framework for Islamic epistemology. The study employs a qualitative methodology through library research and hermeneutic-philosophical analysis. The findings indicate that Al-Attas emphasizes metaphysical dimensions and the concept of adab, while Al-Faruqi focuses on curriculum reconstruction and institutional reform. A synthesis of their approaches offers an epistemological framework that integrates philosophical depth with practical methodology. The implications include the development of integrated curricula, interdisciplinary faculty training, and the strengthening of scientific ethics grounded in tawhid. This study contributes to the development of an authentic, transformative, and globally relevant model of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of integrated quality management in strengthening performance, leadership, and quality culture in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. This study offers novelty by revealing how the principles of integrated quality management are adapted in the context of pesantren-based private madrasas, a domain that is still rarely explored in the Islamic education management literature. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis involving madrasah heads, teachers, and education staff. The results of the study show that the implementation of integrated quality management has taken place through strategic planning, human resource development, and improvement of educational services. However, a number of obstacles are still faced, such as limited data-based supervision, long-term funding management, and uneven internalization of quality culture. These findings affirm the importance of visionary leadership, the participation of all madrasah residents, and government policy support to ensure the sustainability of quality improvement. This research contributes to the enrichment of TQM theory by presenting an application model that is in harmony with Islamic values and can be replicated in private madrassas in Indonesia and other Muslim countries.
