Abstract

Financial analysis of Mulia coal liquefaction plant has been conducted in the year 2002 and up dated in the year 2007. However, the increase of coal price, currently, has promoted coal companies to export their coal rather than to allocate it as raw material for coal liquefaction. To maintain the stability of coal supply in a liquefaction plant, the use of stranded mining coal as raw material for the plant should be studied. This study was aimed to conduct financial analysis of stranded coal from South Sumatera (Pendopo Coal) and to update the financial analysis of Mulia coal liquefaction. Discounted cash flow was used as the method for the analysis. The result indicates that with the oil price higher than US$ 70/bbl and coal price below US$ 25/ton, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of Pendopo coal liquefaction plant achieved value higher than 10%. Reducing corporate tax from 30% to 15% in- creased IRR value of approximately 1%. Meanwhile, by enlarging the plant scale from 3,000t/d to 12,000 t/d will increase the IRR value as much as 5%. On the other hand, the IRR of Mulia coal liquefaction plant was less than 9% when the oil price was lower than US$ 70/bbl and coal price was above US$ 55/ton.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada masa wabah covid-19 di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Winaya Mukti. Kondisi Pembelajaran Online dengan menggunakan e-learning pada atmosfir pendidikan tinggi memiliki maksud pengembangan cara belajar dengan online yang berbasis teknologi informasi dan selama ini telah berjalan pada perguruan tinggi. Guna mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang selama ini sudah berlangsung antara mahasiswa dan dosen secara khusus di kembangkan cara-cara atau metode transfer pengetahuan dalam berbagai mata kuliah secara daring. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada seluruh mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Winaya Mukti dengan menggunakan fasilitas google form. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier dan korelasi pearson. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 22 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hubungan pembelajaran daring selama covid 19 terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 0.553, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada masa covid-19. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran daring dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Abstract - This study aims to analyze online learning methods on student learning motivation during the covid-19 outbreak in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Winaya Mukti. Conditions of Online Learning by using e-learning in the atmosphere of higher education have the intention of developing ways to learn online based on information technology and so far has been running on universities. In order to develop the learning process that has been ongoing between students and lecturers in particular developed ways or methods of transferring knowledge in various online courses. The study was conducted using a questionnaire that was distributed to all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Winaya Mukti using the Google form facility. This research method uses linear regression and Pearson correlation. Data processing is performed using SPSS 22 for windows. From the results of the study note that the relationship of online learning during covid 19 to student learning motivation of 0.553, this shows that online learning methods have a significant positive effect on student learning motivation during covid-19. The benefits of this research can make a positive contribution to the development of online learning methods in growing student motivation.

Abstract

Dinamika setiap instansi akan mempengaruhi tindakan yang dilakukan oleh setiap individu pegawai yang merupakan sumber daya manusia dan modal utama bagi suatu instansi. Setiap manusia memiliki perbedaan seperti halnya persepsi, kepribadian dan pengalaman hidup. Tidak ada manusia yang sama sekalipun itu serupa seperti kemampuan belajar, daya ingat, suku dan watak serta karakter dari setiap pegawai dalam sebuah instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna memahami peranan manajemen knowledge dan self efficacy pada kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Jawa Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis jalur serta purposive sampling yang berjumlah 58 dari populasi 143 pegawai.Temuan hasil penelitian ini adanya saran-saran orang lain, cakupan pekerjaan lebih luas dari yang lain, hasil pekerjaan, kemampuan mengaplikasikan pengetahuan kerja, keahlian, bimbingan atasan, kondisi jasmamni pegawai, kemampuan berfikir, tingkat kesalahan, beban pekerjaan dan kesanggupan bekerja lembur masih harus ditingkatkan kedepannya kaitannya antara manajemen knowledge, self efficacy dan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Berdiskusi tentang pemasaran adalah factor penentu bagi kegiatan pemasaran. Bagi pelanggan akan memperoleh suatu value dan kepuasan pada saat akan memutuskan dapat membeli suatu barang yang merupakan bentuk dari suatu kesuksesan atau tidaknya bagi seorang pelanggan dan melanjutkan pemesanannya di masa yang akan datang. Getok tular atau electronic word of mouth merupakan bentuk dari diskusi pemesaran. Perkembangan teknologi internet e-WOM tersedia secara luas. Minat beli adalah bentuk dari sub bagian perilaku konsumen guna melakukan pembelian, kecenderungan menaggapi dalam berupaya bagi keputusan pembelian dilkasanakan secara serius. Sebelum dilakukan pembelian konsumen memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan minat beli ulang. Pelanggan memahami value produk yang dirasakannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan regresi linier sederhana. Dengan populasi mencapai 500 pemilih batik FY Trusmi Cirebon diperoleh 100 orang sebagi sampel. Hasil penelitian bahwa e-WOM berpengaruh terhadap minat beli sebesar 71.45% yang didistribusikan secara simultan.

Abstract

West Java Province has the potential for good community economic growth through the empowerment of its government and private organizations. This empowerment is carried out because every organization often experiences obstacles and challenges related to performance and productivity conflicts in carrying out their activities. This research aims to determine the role of conflict management, work performance, and organizational productivity in the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java. The research method used quantitative and Path analysis. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique on the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province employees, amounting to 67 of a population of 200 people. The study's results indicate that conflict influences work performance and productivity in the organization. Partially, organizational productivity dominated over work performance. Conflict often weakened a person's performance and reduced organizational productivity so that it might be appropriately handled.

Abstract

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS A COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN PT INDOSAT OOREDOO This study discusses Knowledge Management which is carried out in business organizations with the aim to find out the strategy in implementing knowledge management in PT Indosat Ooredoo. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at PT Indosat Ooredoo. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, archival notes, interviews. From the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: Knowledge management is carried out by creating a process based on information technology and virtual competence. Media technology supports information and communication that is intended to enhance the transfer of information and the overall sharing of organizational knowledge through cooperation and communication between individuals. Knowledge Management is very important as one form of organizational competitive strategy. The form of virtual communication in KM must also explore tacit knowledge. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan Kompetensi sumber daya manusia berbasis digital pada karyawan Kampung Gamis serta untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja karyawan setelah dilakukannya pengembangan Kompetensi berbasis Digital. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, penarikan kesimpulan serta memeriksa keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan sumber daya kompetensi yang dilakukan dimulai dengan seleksi karyawan yang baik dan mengikut sertakan dalam pelatihan-pelatihan. Di era Pandemi seperti sekarang maka diharuskan para karyawan mengikuti pelatihan melalui Digital/Online seperti lewat sosial media ataupun aplikasi tertentu. Kinerja karyawan meningkat setelah dilakukannya pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi. Peningkatan ini dibuktikan dengan kualitas kerja atau kualitas produk yang dihasilkan semakin baik. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapat bahwa kompetensi memang mempengaruhi kinerja para karyawan. Meningkatnya kinerja karyawan dan semakin lama ia bekerja pada perusahaan, pengetahuan karyawan juga harus semakin ditingkatkan dengan mengadakan pengembangan dan pelatihan karyawan berbasis digital. Semakin meningkatnya keterampilan maka akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sehingga membentuk kinerja yang lebih bagus lagi terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

Researchers believe that by involving an employee in a conflict within a company, more employees will turn over or leave the company (Sugiyono, 2019). Apart from that, employee self-control is also key so that employees choose to stay or leave/turn over from a company. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Role Conflict and Locus of Control on Employee Turnover (Jonathan Sarwono, 2016). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed online to PT employees. KAI is spread throughout Indonesia, totaling 300 respondents with a minimum criteria of working for one year (Abdurahman, 2016). This data can also be called primary data. The data that was collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that the Role Conflict variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Turnover variable. This is indicated by the statistical results in table 3. The Path Coefficient shows that the T-Statistics results have a positive direction and are above the standard deviation of 1,960, namely 3,019. Apart from that, the P-Values value which indicates whether it is significant or not is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002. This is because the more employees are involved in a conflict in the company, it makes employees uncomfortable and in the end they can choose another company that can make them more comfortable at work.. This means that the more employees involved in conflict in a company, the more employees will leave a company. Apart from that, the Locus of Control variable also has a significant influence but has a negative relationship on Employee Turnover. This is because the T-Statistics value has a negative relationship that is above the standard deviation of 1,960, namely -2,890. The P-Valus value in this study is also below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. This means that the more employees can control themselves within (Locus/Company), the more employees can do their work well and feel comfortable even though there are many conflicts and problems within a company. So the better the locus of control, the fewer employees will turnover from the company.

Abstract

Abstrak Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara efektif tentunya diperlukan sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja) yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan bidangnya saat ini. Sebuah perusahaan harus didukung sumber daya manusia yang cakap karena sumber daya manusia sangat berperan dalam menjalankan usaha atau kegiatan di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan meningkat atau menurun. peran motivasi sebagai moderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Kepuasan Kerja
