Abstract

The impact of basic food package assistance and direct assistance to the survival of Padalarang community at the time of Pandemic Garry 19. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the help of basic food packages and direct cash assistance to give effect on the survival of the Padalarang community at the time of Pandemic Garry 19. The results of the study describing the help of basic food packages and direct assistance in cash, then it should be the city government of Padalarang in this case the local government of West Bandung district to improve the help of basic food packages and cash direct assistance, considering the survival of the residents of Pandemi Garry 19, the consequences of not earning money to finance their lives.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper aimed to examine the impact of organizational communication and motivation on the freelancer’s performance of Jagoketik.com. This research needed to be discussed because the increase in employee performance could be influenced by organizational communication and motivation. Research Methodology: The population in this study was all freelancers at Jagoketik.com, with a total of 31 employees. The research design used was quantitative research, using a descriptive approach with an emphasis on theory testing through the measurement of research variables through the distribution of research questionnaires. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling through saturated sampling (census). The analysis technique was done through multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 software. Limitations: Constraints of respondents asked for data virtually and limited scope of the research were two main limitations of this study. Result: The results of this study show that organizational communication and motivation variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of freelancer both simultaneously and partially. Contributions: If Jagoketik.com wants to improve the employee’s performance, they can optimize organizational communication and motivation indicators. Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan tentang pemanfaatan webinar gratis dan peranannya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan kompetensi mahasiswa di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Metode penulisan bersifat deskriptif menggambarkan fenomena pelaksanaan webinar berbagai disiplin ilmu yang telah dilakukan oleh Politeknik Piksi Ganesha serta pengaruhnya terhadap mahasiswa. Manfaat mengikuti webinar untuk mahasiswa Politeknik Piksi Ganesha diantaranya menjadikan mahasiswa lebih aktif belajar, menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan mengenai isu-isu terkini dan bahkan peluang usaha serta investasi. Keunggulan mengikuti webinar ini tidak memerlukan biaya mahal bahkan gratis, sharing informasi secara cepat, terkadang mendapatkan sertifikat dan tidak perlu hadir secara fisik. Kendala untuk menyelenggarkan webinar antara lain: koneksi internet harus stabil, kendala pemahaman Bahasa Inggris, kesulitan teknis, keterbatasan bahasa tubuh, keterlambatan sertifikat. Mahasiswa harus tetap mampu belajar secara mandiri dengan harapan untuk memperbaharui pengetahuan dan keterampilannya sehingga selalu update informasi-informasi terbaru baik tentang mata kuliah yang dipelajari maupun ilmu-ilmu yang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employee of the medical record at Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with ordinal scales and interviews. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees with sampling technique saturation is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample or if the population is relatively small number or less than 100 people. The data is processed statistically using SPSS Version 21 for windows tool. In partial compensation effect of 37.4% on employee performance, and work discipline effect of 26.8% on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work discipline contribute 64.2% to employee performance, while the rest of 35.8% is the influence of variabels that are not researched outside the study. The results of this study indicate that Compensation and Work Discipline have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance of medical record at Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of the Corona or Covid-19 Virus on work ethic, productivity and employee motivation. Besides, it is motivated by the Covid-19 Virus which is indirectly changes the work patterns of employees or labor both in the scope of government, agencies, the private sector, and others. One effect is working at home or WFH. Thus, the readers can understand how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic affects employee or workforce performance. This study has implications for businesses that want to know the measurement of the work from home (WFH) policies effectiveness. This study used descriptive qualitative and conducted literature studies either through journals, books, websites, and several other literary media. The results showed that the Covid-19 Virus pandemic had an influence on work productivity, work ethic, and motivation of employees or labor. On the other hand, the influence is based on several factors based on the employee attitudes during or when working. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of software Jurnal.id to employee performance at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bandung. With the Ease and the usefulness of the use of information technology as the perception researched in the Jurnal.id software. The research method used is quantitative associative. This research used a sample of 30 respondents with sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique is a questionnaire distributed to MSMEs in Bandung which uses Jurnal.id software. Based on the research results obtained using SPSS 25, test t, the results of the independent variables are obtained have t a count greater than t table, so that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable dependent. Then the results of the f test show that variable independent have a simultaneous effect on variable dependent with the result 151,254 > 3,354. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R Square ( of 91.8%, which means that Employee Performance is influenced by the ease and the usefulness of the use of information technology Jurnal.id software.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengadaan pelayanan digital (BNI digiCS) terhadap kepuasan nasabah BNI pada cabang Perintis Kemerdekaan Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan kuantitatif dengan  perolehan data didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah bank BNI yang menggunakan layanan digital customer service (digiCS). Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ujii validitas,uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas,uji regresi linear sederhana, uji signifikan dan uji koefisien determinasi.Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, kemanfaatan dan efektivitas pelayanan juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dibantu menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan digital customer service perbankan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji t yang dimana t hitung memiliki nilai yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t tabel yakni sebesar  13,515 > 1,68288 sehingga variabel x berpengaruh terhadap variabel y.

Abstract

Penyuluhan manajemen keuangan bagi para petani adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan petani dalam mengelola keuangan usaha pertanian mereka. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah agar para petani dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan yang mereka miliki, meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengeluaran dan pendapatan, serta mengurangi risiko keuangan yang mungkin dihadapi. Dalam penyuluhan ini, para petani diberikan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen keuangan, termasuk perencanaan anggaran, pencatatan keuangan, analisis kelayakan usaha, dan pengendalian pengeluaran. Mereka juga diberikan informasi tentang pentingnya memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta pentingnya mengatur cadangan dana untuk menghadapi risiko dan keadaan darurat. Selain itu, penyuluhan manajemen keuangan bagi para petani juga mencakup pengenalan terhadap alat-alat dan teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pengelolaan keuangan, seperti aplikasi perencanaan anggaran, sistem pencatatan digital, dan metode pembayaran elektronik. Manfaat dari penyuluhan ini adalah memberikan petani dengan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis untuk mengelola keuangan usaha pertanian mereka dengan lebih baik. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang manajemen keuangan, petani dapat mengoptimalkan pendapatan mereka, mengurangi pemborosan, meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, dan menghadapi risiko keuangan dengan lebih baik. Penyuluhan manajemen keuangan bagi para petani dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai metode, seperti sesi presentasi, diskusi kelompok, pelatihan praktis, dan kunjungan lapangan. Penting juga untuk memperhatikan konteks lokal dan kebutuhan spesifik para petani dalam menyusun materi dan pendekatan penyuluhan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of excellent service on customer satisfaction at Gallery Virtual Technology of Bandung. This was a quantitative study and data were collected through questionnaires. The study samples involved 100 diamond customers of hago live streaming application at Gallery Virtual Technology. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.307 (in the range of 0.20-0.399) which indicated a low effect of excellent service on customer satisfaction at Gallery Virtual Technology. The t hypothesis test obtained a t count of 3.191 or higher than t table of 1.660 which meant that there was an effect of excellent service on customer satisfaction at Virtual Technology Gallery. Furthermore, the value of coefficient of determination or R square was 9.4%, which could be interpreted that customer satisfaction at Gallery Virtual Technology was influenced by excellent service by 9.4%. The problem found in this study was regarding the low effect of excellent service on customer satisfaction due to more significant factors. The solution to this problem is by approaching customers to ask certain things as a measure of satisfaction in addition to excellent service.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari layanan digital BNI Self Service Passbook Printer (Sprint) terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Bni Cabang Perintis Kemerdekaan Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penulis menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total sampel 34 responden. Penghimpunan data yakni dengan memakai kuesioner berskala likert yang disebarkan kepada nasabah Bank Bni Cabang perintis kemerdekaan Bandung yang menggunakan layanan Bni Sprint. Penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data yakni uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, heterokedastisitas, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah penulis menggunakan SPSS 25.Berdasar pada hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t didapat angka r hitung yakni 6,696 > r tabel 2,037 sementara itu diperoleh pula angka signifikansi yakni 0,000 < 0,05 megartikan variabel terikat terpengaruh variabel bebas.Kemudian merujuk pada hasil uji koefisien determinasi didapat nilai R Square 58,4%. Sehingga jika merujuk terhadap analisa yang telah dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh layanan digital Bni Self Service Passbook Printer.
