Abstract

Community service activities (PkM) in the form of social service (baksos) through the distribution of basic food packages are a positive step to provide assistance to people in need. The distribution of food packages is not only material in nature, but also reflects significant social care and solidarity. The purpose of this PkM is to provide assistance in the form of food packages to residents around Sunan Giri University Surabaya (UNSURI). This activity involves students and lecturers to distribute food packages to residents around the campus. The stages of community service consist of methods of collecting basic necessities, targeting basic necessities, basic necessities received, methods of implementing the distribution of basic necessities. The result of this activity is the assistance provided to residents in need. Although the amount of assistance is not large, this social service has succeeded in lightening the burden on the community. This Community Service (PkM) activity has a positive impact on all parties involved, as reflected in the positive response of the community. In addition, this social service activity also provides opportunities for students to develop life skills such as empathy and concern for others.

Abstract

Bureaucracy is an administrative system in an organization that has the function of administering government and serving the community by carrying out daily tasks in a structured manner in a clear hierarchy. Bureaucratic reform is carried out in order to realize good governance.. Implementing Good Governance is one of the goals in improving government governance, which is the public's demand for the management of public sector organizations. In implementing the SOP for Complaints Services at the Samarinda City Education and Culture Office, there are several problems such as differences in understanding and variations in the format of the SOP documents produced, and there are even regional organizations that have not implemented this regulation. This research aims to describe the realization of bureaucratic reform through Complaint Service SOPs based on the principles of Good Governance in the Samarinda City Education and Culture Office. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data analysis technique is carried out with the data obtained and then written in the form of a detailed report, then the report will be focused according to the problem formulation, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Samarinda City Education and Culture Office has demonstrated a significant commitment to improving public services through the implementation of the Complaint Service SOP. Concrete steps such as transparency through the official website, accountability in responding to and resolving complaints, as well as efforts to maintain legal certainty are positive things that have been taken to support bureaucratic reform.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze strategies to improve the performance of the culinary business through optimization of the quality of products and services in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) of the Culinary Industry in the City of Surabaya. The research method used was a quantitative approach involving 90 respondents from the UMKM culinary industry in Surabaya. This research includes an analysis of product quality and service quality as free variables, while business performance as variables. The data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to the owners of culinary UMKM in Surabaya City. Data analysis techniques using double linear regression. The results of data analysis showing that the quality of products and services have a significant impact on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary industry in Surabaya City illustrate the importance of these two factors in determining the success of the business. While the quality of service is an important aspect in building good relationships with customers.

Abstract

Human Resources plays a very important role in the company and can be used to run other workforce to achieve company goals. This research is to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. HAHA Indonesian Spectrum. In this research, the research design used by the author uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection on respondents' answers in this research questionnaire used a Likert scale. The number of samples used was 41 employees at PT. HAHA Spektrum Indonesia and tested using SPSS Version 25. In the calculation results of the hypothesis test, an F value of 32.433 > 3.24 F Table was obtained and was supported by a significant value of 0.000, where the conditions accepted in this hypothesis were a significant value of less than 0, 05 and obtained a t value of 2.262 > t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.029, where the significant value is less than 0.05. So from the test results in the problem formulation in this research, it is stated whether there is an influence on Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. HAHA Indonesian Spectrum, namely the existence of influence and Hypothesis H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract This assistance aims to develop the assets of the Baitur Rahman Bitting-Arjasa-Jember Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) community in the quality aspect of Human Resources (HR), namely teachers in creating effective, innovative, and enjoyable Arabic language learning. This empowerment process uses the Asset Basic Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the mentoring show that the empowerment of TPQ Baitur Rahman teachers will not be successful if there is no cooperation and active participation from the mentoring subjects and all assets related to TPQ Baitur Rahman; the implementation of empowerment runs optimally because this empowerment results in the development of the quality of TPQ Baitur Rahman teachers in implementing the lu'batud dzakirah strategy to increase maharah kalam which is very necessary for improving learning processes and outcomes in the community; The application of this strategy familiarizes students with listening and practicing speaking using Arabic so that effective, efficient and enjoyable Arabic language learning can be created. Abstrak Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan asset komunitas Taman Pendidikan al-Quran (TPQ) Baitur Rahman Bitting-Arjasa-Jember pada aspek kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yaitu Guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang efektif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan. Proses pemberdayaan ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Basic Commninty Development (ABCD). Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan guru-guru TPQ Baitur Rahman tidak akan berhasil jika tidak ada kerjasama dan partisipasi aktif dari subjek pendampingan dan seluruh aset yang berkaitan dengan TPQ Baitur Rahman; pelaksanaan pemberdayaan berjalan dengan optimal karena pemberdayaan ini menghasilkan pengembangan kualitas guru-guru TPQ Baitur Rahman dalam menerapkan strategi lu’batud dzakirah untuk meningkatkan maharah kalam yang sangat diperlukan dalam peningkatan proses dan hasil belajar di komunitas tersebut; penerapan strategi ini membiasakan siswa untuk mendengarkan dan praktek berbicara dengan menggunakan Bahasa Arab, sehingga dapat tercipta pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Kata Kunci: Guru Bahasa Arab, Strategi Lu’batud Dzakiroh, Maharah Kalam.

Abstract

The results of data classification and field surveys by Unsuri students in Wilayut Village, Sukodono District. Has potential MSMEs in the form of businesses that produce a product of goods or services. However, in marketing activities, business actors are still doing conventionally and the use of branding strategies is also not optimal. So that the scope of marketing is still limited, making the business being run unable to develop properly. KKN activities as a form of community service in Wilayut Village aim to provide social contributions from the campus to the community as well as for the community to get help with thoughts and energy to carry out village development and solve community problems in the village. The method used is the MSME data classification method and partner participation by providing direction on the benefits of social media. Participating in contributing to the classification of MSME data in Wilayut Village and helping business actors in increasing the existence of cilok kuah seblak bu tin as one of the MSMEs engaged in the food sector.

Abstract

Currently, providing halal certification for a product has become a necessity. Consumers are now more careful when choosing halal-certified products before consuming them. In Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency, there are a number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have not obtained halal certification. Therefore, the KKN team from Sunan Giri University Surabaya has held a seminar on Increasing MSME Turnover through Halal Certification, with the aim that local MSMEs can obtain halal certification. The process of implementing this seminar consists of three stages, namely (1) planning, which involves mapping the problem; (2) finding solutions to the problem; and (3) coordination with MSME partners. The implementation of the seminar on turnover development through halal certification was carried out using the method of delivering material and question and answer sessions. The results of this activity show that MSME partners who attended the seminar showed enthusiasm in asking questions related to halal products, the benefits of halal-labeled products, and the procedures for receiving halal certification.

Abstract

Women's empowerment is one indication of rising welfare. When women become educated, have property rights, and have the freedom to work outside and earn an independent income, this is a sign of improved household welfare. One of the steps in empowering women in Indonesia is done through PKK activities. Empowering PKK mothers as members of the community and who are also classified as productive labour is vital. The purpose of this empowerment is to develop awareness and independence in business, as well as to expand employment opportunities and increase the knowledge of mothers in Panjunan Village. This alternative was chosen because PKK women in the Panjunan area really need knowledge and skills that can be used as provisions and hone the skills of each individual. This training is expected to complement the knowledge and skills of PKK women in various aspects, and can provide benefits in showing their existence in skills, while equipping themselves to do business which in turn can encourage increased income in the family.

Abstract

As a step to expand outreach and increase community awareness, the research plan proposes providing new banners and ensuring that MSME locations are listed on Google Maps. The priority justification prioritizes optimizing potential through community empowerment with the support of the Community Service program. The focus on increasing awareness of packaging through an importance survey, developing appropriate technology, and expanding marketing networks aims to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs' processed food products. The ABCD approach was chosen to emphasize the utilization of existing assets in the community, so as to maximize the potential of the People's Roasted Chicken MSMEs and empower the community in a sustainable manner. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal pokok yang menjadi dasar penentu kemajuan suatu bangsa. Melalui pendidikan, masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kapasitas intelektual, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan untuk menghadapi tantangan zaman yang terus berkembang. Dari masa ke masa, Indonesia dihadapkan dengan beberapa permasalahan dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur (library reseacrh) atau kepustakaan yakni teknik pengumpulan data yang fokus utamanya menggunakan buku-buku atau literatur-literatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep permasalahan pendidikan yang ada di indonesia mulai dari kualitas pendidikannya, perkembangan kurikulum dari awal kemerdekaan hingga saat ini, fasilitas dan infrastruktur, ada juga penelitian PISA mengenai perkembangan pendidikan di Indonesia, serta evaluasi untuk mengembangkan pendidikan di Indonesia.
