The role of the principal in improving human resources in schools is very important. This is because the role of a leader who goes well in schools will produce solutive policies and be able to answer the problems that exist in schools. This is the background for researchers to raise the issue of the principal's leadership strategy in efforts to develop the quality of human resources. This study used a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews. Interviews were conducted with 3 informants consisting of school principals, teachers, and business administration staff. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis technique with the Miles and Hubermans theory, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. There are several obstacles encountered by the Pemulutan Elementary School principal in efforts to develop the quality of their human resources, including the large number of senior teachers, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure and the location of the school which is quite far from urban areas. However, the Pemulutan Elementary school principal made several strategies so that the quality of the school's human resources could increase, the things that were done by the school principal in developing school human resources were teaching material policies, opening discussion rooms, reward and punishment and conducting training and guidance for teachers to become a professional teacher and be able to keep up with the times.

Kurikulum merupakan suatu program pendidikan yang direncanakan dan dilaksanakan untuk mencapai sejumlah tujuan pendidikan. Suatu kurikulum akan mampu berperan sebagai alat pendidikan jika sanggup merubah dirinya dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan-perubahan yang ada. Salah satu usaha perbaikan kualitas pendidikan adalah munculnya gagasan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan karakter dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Untuk penyempurnaan pendidikan karakter Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Nadiem Anwar Makarim telah menjadikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila sebagai salah satu Visi dan Misi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam melaksanakan pendidikan karakter bermuatan profil pelajar pancasila di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Subjek peneitian ini ialah salah satu guru kelas VI di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tujuan pengembangan kurikulum 2013 dalam melaksanakan pendidikan karakter profil pancasila ialah sebagai upaya perbaikan pembelajaran dari dampak ketertinggalan/ perbaikan pembelajaran pasca pandemi covid-19, pengembangan kurikulum dalam pelaksanaan pendidkan karakter profil pelajara pancasila yaitu dilaksanakannya berbagai program pembentukan karakter, mengintergrasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam berbagai kegiatan, termasuk dalam proses pembelajaan yang lebih banyak dilakukan secara kolaborasi, serta kegiatan proyek yang dilakukan sesuai dengan tema proyek penguatan profil pancasila yang telah ditentukan pada setiap semester.

Abstract: In the disruptive era of Society 5.0, educators are required to continuously learn and adapt to technological advancements. This study aims to examine the concept of an exemplary educator from the perspective of Hadith, providing a reference for teachers to develop their potential in accordance with religious teachings. Utilizing a qualitative research approach and library research methods, this study explores various sources such as books, articles, and other relevant literature. The findings emphasize that to be a quality educator in the sophisticated era of Society 5.0, one must be adept at embracing change, utilizing technology effectively, and guiding students towards both worldly success and spiritual fulfillment. The discussion underscores the importance of balancing technological proficiency with religious principles, portraying educators as critical thinkers who embody the teachings of Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study contributes to the Islamic educational knowledge base by highlighting that the efforts to create excellent educators are also advocated in Islam through Hadith, thereby ensuring that future generations receive the best education aligned with religious teachings. Abstrak: Di era disruptif Society 5.0, pendidik dituntut untuk terus belajar dan beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pendidik yang unggul dari perspektif hadis, memberikan referensi bagi guru untuk mengembangkan potensinya sesuai dengan ajaran agama. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan metode penelitian kepustakaan, studi ini mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel, dan literatur relevan lainnya. Temuan menekankan bahwa untuk menjadi pendidik yang berkualitas di era Society 5.0 yang canggih, seseorang harus mampu menghadapi perubahan, memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif, dan membimbing peserta didik menuju kesuksesan duniawi dan pemenuhan spiritual. Pembahasan ini menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara kecakapan teknologi dan prinsip-prinsip agama, menggambarkan pendidik sebagai pemikir kritis yang meneladani ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada khazanah pengetahuan pendidikan Islam dengan menyoroti bahwa upaya menciptakan pendidik yang unggul juga dianjurkan dalam Islam melalui hadis, sehingga generasi masa depan dapat menerima pendidikan terbaik yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama.

This study employed an explanatory sequential design to investigate the implementation of the parent teaching program and its impact at an elementary school in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It was conducted in two stages: distributing and analyzing questionnaires to 76 students in the first stage and interviewing teachers and parents in the second stage. Data analysis employed basic statistics for quantitative analysis and thematic analysis for qualitative aspects. The results indicate that the parent teaching program at this school commences with the program's planning stage, during which teachers directly involve parents in meetings. The program is implemented after final exams or a week before the school holidays. It has a positive impact on the development of students' soft skills. Following the program's implementation, students demonstrated increased teamwork, communication, and creativity activities. Additionally, the program boosted students' self-confidence and critical thinking skills, which could benefit them in the future. It can be concluded that this program represents an innovative approach to enhancing students' soft skills by making use of local resources.

The role of teachers is very important in stemming bullying cases in the school environment. This study aims to investigate the efforts made by teachers in overcoming bullying cases in the school environment. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and in-depth interviews via Whatsapp, this research was conducted at Fathona Pakjo Integrated Islamic School Palembang. The research findings show that teachers who successfully address bullying cases have taken effective steps, such as identification of bullying cases using clear indicators, implementation of anti-bullying programs involving students and school staff, and collaboration with other parties such as parents and authorities. The results of this study have important implications in fostering an understanding of teachers' efforts in addressing bullying cases in the school environment, and can serve as a reference for schools and teachers in developing effective strategies to prevent and address bullying, with the aim of creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Important implications include more targeted teacher training and the development of student education programs on empathy and inclusiveness for more effective anti-bullying policies. This conclusion is expected to encourage further research and assist schools in formulating more comprehensive strategies in addressing bullying issues.

This research is motivated by the problem of boredom and lack of student motivation in participating in learning evaluations that tend to be monotonous in elementary schools. This study aims to reveal the benefits of using Wordwall as an interactive thematic learning evaluation tool. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is obtained through interviews with fifth-grade teachers at an elementary school in Bandar Lampung. The study results indicate that using Wordwall increases student engagement and enthusiasm in participating in the evaluation. In addition, Wordwall allows teachers to create more creative and varied assessments and provide direct feedback to students. Although several obstacles exist, such as the need for an internet connection and paid features, Wordwall has proven effective in increasing student learning motivation. Further research is recommended to explore the use of Wordwall at various levels of education and subjects and discuss the development of Wordwall features to be more flexible and easily accessible without technological limitations. This study's contribution is to show that using Wordwall can increase student engagement and enthusiasm in the evaluation process. This study aims to describe how the implementation of learning using interactive multimedia tutorial models to foster students' interest in learning. The research used in this study with a qualitative approach descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation and interviews. This research was conducted at State Elementary School 1 Maguwoharjo. The subjects in this study were two class teachers, class IV A teacher and class IV B teacher. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out using thematic data analysis. The results of this study reveal the implementation of learning by using interactive multimedia tutorial models. In the implementation of tutorial-based learning, there are obstacles such as weak network access and frequent electrical power outages. However, these obstacles can be overcome by increasing the wifi speed and increasing the electric power. Based on the results of the interviews, it shows that the use of interactive multimedia tutorial models can have a positive impact on student interest in learning, which is characterized by active participation, improved academic grades, better attendance, and positive feedback from students, so that through this study, researchers can recommend the use of interactive multimedia tutorial models in other schools in an effort to foster student interest in learning

Indonesia has diverse ethnic groups, religions, and cultures. This diversity can trigger identity conflicts if not appropriately managed; therefore, a non-extreme understanding is required. One of the obligations of university students is to carry out community service, including efforts to strengthen religious moderation. This community service's purpose is to explore efforts to strengthen religious moderation through the Safari Ramadan activities conducted by the Special Student Activity Unit for the Institute for Quranic Recitation Development and Da'wah (UKMK LPTQ & D) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and its implications for the community, the campus, and members of UKMK LPTQ & D. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews and observations, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with students and community members. Based on the findings, the efforts to strengthen religious moderation during the Ramadan Safari activities reached all age groups, including children, adolescents, youth, and adults. These efforts were implemented through various programs, such as religious moderation seminars, religious moderation studies in mosques, religious moderation quiz competitions, and training on religious moderation for adolescents and youth. Keywords: Religious moderation, Safari Ramadhan, University student Abstrak: Indonesia memiliki beragam suku, agama, dan budaya. Keberagaman ini dapat memicu konflik identitas apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Untuk menghadapinya, diperlukan pemahaman yang tidak ekstrem. Salah satu kewajiban mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi adalah melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, antara lain dalam hal penguatan moderasi beragama. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengungkap upaya penguatan moderasi beragama dalam kegiatan Safari Ramadhan yang dilaksanakan oleh Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Khusus Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Qur'an dan Dakwah (UKMK LPTQ & D) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, serta implikasinya terhadap masyarakat, kampus, dan anggota UKMK LPTQ & D. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara semiterstruktur terhadap mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, penguatan moderasi beragama dalam kegiatan Safari Ramadhan menjangkau semua kelompok usia, mulai dari anak-anak, remaja, pemuda, hingga orang tua. Upaya penguatan moderasi beragama dilakukan melalui berbagai program, seperti seminar moderasi beragama, kajian moderasi beragama di masjid, lomba cerdas cermat moderasi beragama, dan pelatihan moderasi beragama bagi remaja serta pemuda. A less enjoyable teaching and learning process results in a decrease in critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. The related impact can be resolved through action research which aims to improve the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students by utilizing blended learning with word wall application. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a class action research method. The subjects in this study were all grade VI (six) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students totaling 35 students. The instruments used in this study used observation sheets with the aim of getting news related to teaching and learning activities, rubrics used to measure students' critical thinking skills, and tests with the aim of measuring students' learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is the percentage technique to see the percentage picture of students, categorical to classify data, and comparative to compare data results. The results of this study obtained several findings including : 1) students' critical thinking increased, with a vulnerable average score of students' critical thinking ability level from Cycle I to Cycle II of 11.35 points; 2) the average student learning outcomes increased, with a score difference from Cycle I to Cycle II of 10.11 points. While the percentage of classical learning completeness increased, with a percentage difference of 22.85%. So based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the blended learning model on the wordwall application can make learning more fun, so that it has implications for increasing students' critical thinking.
