Abstract

This study was to determine the Evaluation of the Recruitment of the Sub-district Election Supervisory Committee at the General Election Supervisory Agency of Lahat Regency. The results of this study are expected to be used as study material to develop public administration science, especially for academics regarding the Recruitment of the Subdistrict Election Supervisory Committee at the Lahat Regency General Election Supervisory Agency, academic institutions, as scientific information to develop science, technology and conduct further research and can motivate writers to learn a lot and to understand human resource management, add insight and knowledge for writers about the Recruitment Activities of the Sub-district Election Supervisory Committee at the Lahat Regency General Election Supervisory Body. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1). The Recruitment Activities of the Subdistrict Election Supervisory Committee At the General Election Supervisory Body of Lahat Regency, it has been going well but for existing human resources to always be empowered in every activity, then for the selection stage it is added with a health test conducted by the Regency/City Bawaslu, not only it is only an administrative requirement by attaching a health letter, but a strict medical examination must be carried out, but from another point of view it is felt to be good and meet the standards that have been determined and set. (2). The Recruitment Factors for the Sub-district Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) are: a). The understanding of the staff and candidates for Panwascam about the implementation of the Recruitment of the Sub-district Election Oversight Committee at the General Election Supervisory Agency of Lahat Regency is still lacking, sometimes they think that this selection process is just a formality, presumably to be removed from their minds, because this selection process is important for determine the quality of election organizers at the district level with good quality and integrity. b). The lack of existing staff and supporting facilities will make the recruitment process and mechanism a bit disrupted.

Abstract

The Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service is organized by the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government where the Emergency Call Center is the Communication and Information Office of the Musi Banyuasin Regency. With the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the community in the Musi Banyuasin District to receive emergency services easily and quickly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This research shows that the overall implementation of the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency has not been carried out optimally. This is due to an obstacle or problem in it. The problem in this study is that in the implementation of emergency services there is still a lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as socialization about Muba Siaga 112 emergency services which are still lacking. Furthermore, the Regional Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency, especially the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency, is expected to be able to find the right solution to overcome problems that become obstacles or problems in service implementation so that excellent service can be created, namely fast, precise, easy and friendly.

Abstract

Tujuan dari survey ini adalah ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease-19 di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, teknik analisisnya adalah analisis kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Informan penelitian ini adalah petugas kesehatan dan pasien di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang telah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Penerapan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan rumah sakit terkait pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 atau New Normal, antara lain: Penataan alur pelayanan, pembagian zona risiko penularan Covid-19 di rumah sakit, penerapan prinsip PPI, penerapan prinsip PPI baru. adaptasi metode, pengembangan sistem inovasi pelayanan kesehatan dan pengukuhan rujukan pada masa normalisasi baru dan pengukuhan rujukan pada masa normalisasi baru pada masa adaptasi kebiasaan. Secara umum, baik pasien maupun staf di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang mengikuti protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease 2019 sesuai prosedur, meski terkadang masih ada pasien yang lupa memakai masker, tidak mencuci tangan dan tidak menggunakan sanitizer.

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) is all efforts and endeavors carried out with the aim of shaping the perception and judgmental responses of others. Issues within PR include instances where reports on development programs by some media are turned into advertorials (ads) without prior confirmation from PR, PR's limited ability to prevent unbalanced and inaccurate information in the news, a lack of scheduled press meetings with mass media, and suboptimal provision of press releases to journalists. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of the Public Relations of the South Sumatra Provincial Government in improving relations with the mass media. Based on the research results, the Public Relations and Protocol Division of the South Sumatra Provincial Government plays its role effectively in enhancing relations with the mass media, which includes understanding and serving the media collaboratively and efficiently. Regarding building the organization's trustworthy reputation in the media, PR achieves this by providing materials and engaging in overall two-way communication effectively. Ensuring the provision of adequate and accurate information, PR and Protocol are required to excel in writing press releases, which has been carried out effectively. In terms of cooperating in the provision of materials and information through press conferences, PR has also been doing well. Additionally, providing verification facilities with dedicated media rooms has been effective. Building strong personal relationships with the media, as seen through the available human resources and advertorial placements in media collaborations, has been satisfactory as well.

Abstract

Implementing online learning is not an easy task in Indonesia. In the implementation process, there are many limitations and problems that occur in the field. This research was carried out at the Sriwijaya State Sports School on the grounds that the school had implemented online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, in practice many problems were found. The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the implementation of Online Learning for students of the Sriwijaya State Sports School. The type of this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research presents a description of a situation or social phenomenon in detail. Conclusion, as follows: (1). Implementation of Online Learning Policy at the Sriwijaya State Sports School for the communication dimension of this policy implemented well starting from disseminating information to socializing the policy, however the implementation was limited. (2) Resource dimension, with indicators of human resources, adequate supporting facilities and infrastructures, and for funding resources in accordance to their designation. (3). Disposition dimensions with officers' commitment indicators and coordination with related parties. Implemented in accordance with the commitment of policy implementers and coordinated with related parties. (4) Dimensions of the bureaucratic structure, Requirements for Obtaining Services Service Processes/Procedures, the Online Learning Policy at the Sriwijaya State Sports School is in accordance with existing procedures and rules.

Abstract

In the Regulation of the Director General of Islamic Guidance No. DJ.II/426 of 2008 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Duties and Credit Score Assessment for the Functional Position of "Penghulu" (Islamic marriage officiant), the main tasks of a Penghulu include planning community marriage-related activities, supervising the recording of marriages or divorces, conducting marriage or divorce services, providing advice and consultation on marriage and divorce, monitoring violations of marriage and divorce regulations, issuing legal opinions (fatwa) on marital matters, providing guidance in Islamic transactions (muamalah), and developing community marriage-related activities. In addition, their duties also encompass the development of harmonious families and monitoring and evaluating community marriage-related activities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of administrative processes related to the role of Penghulu in the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Ogan Ilir Regency. Some of the identified issues include a lack of human resources to record marriage and divorce events using the SIMKAH WEB system, as well as deficiencies in infrastructure, particularly in terms of internet connectivity and computers. This research employs qualitative data analysis techniques, collecting data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The research findings indicate that, in general, the administrative processes related to the role of Penghulu in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Ogan Ilir Regency are being carried out as expected. However, there are still challenges related to a shortage of human resources for recording marriage and divorce events using the SIMKAH WEB system, as well as deficiencies in infrastructure, particularly in terms of internet connectivity and computer resources.

Abstract

This research is titled “Implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Policy (AUTP) in Upang Ceria Village, Muara Telang Sub-district, Banyuasin Regency.”The objectives of this study are:1)To identify and analyze the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Policy (AUTP) in Upang Ceria Village, Muara Telang Sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. 2)To identify and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Policy (AUTP) in Upang Ceria Village, Muara Telang Sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The data collection instruments include observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with officials from the Banyuasin Regency Office of Food Crops and Horticulture responsible for the implementation of the AUTP program, Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) from Upang Ceria Village, and several farmers. The results of the study show that significant supporting factors contributing to achieving the program's goals include the premium payment facilitation program for rice farming businesses, executive and legislative support for agricultural insurance development, and the use of information technology (SIAP). However, several inhibiting factors were identified, such as the low participation rate of farmers in the AUTP program, the considerable distance of Jasindo's location from Banyuasin Regency, limited operational budgets at the regency level, suboptimal communication by policy implementers, and the insufficient number of personnel handling this sector.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled “Implementation Analysis ApplicationE-office AndE-dokument At the Siti Fatimah Hospital in South Sumatra Province." This research aims to analyze the implementation of E-office and E-dokument Applications at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province using qualitative type methods and a case study approach which then produces a summary.: (1) Regarding planning, the results of the research included: (a) implementation of the application E-office and E-dokument already has a clear goal, namely to be able to develop the performance of employees or employees, so that they are able to provide convenience and always accelerate the implementation of performance, one of the efforts as a medium for performance transparency. (b) the nature of the application implementation policy E-office and E-dokument at the Siti Fatimah Hospital in South Sumatra Province in the form of South Sumatra provincial governor regulation Number 41 of 2010 Concerning Guidelines for Filing Management within the South Sumatra Provincial government. (c) Strategy for application implementation E-office and E-dokument to all employees or employees at the Siti Fatimah Hospital in South Sumatra Province. (2) Regarding the organization, the research results obtained included: (a) Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra carried out application socialization E-office and E-dokument to all employees; (b) some employees or employees have responded well to the application E-office and E-dokument and the officers understand enough about the implementation of the application E-office and E-dokument this, because when the application E-office and E-dokument become the most basic thing in the implementation of performance so that it is easier and faster. (3) For coordination, research results were obtained including: (a) The Siti Fatimah Hospital in South Sumatra province provided facilities and provided socialization of the application E-office and E-dokument; (b) Achievement of the target objectives of the application E-office and E-dokument the executor makes the application E-office and E-dokument become single window as well as in the closest context so that users know the application E-office and E-dokument as accelerating and facilitating the performance of employees.

Abstract

The village musrenbang in Duku Subdistrict, Ilir Timur Tiga District, Palembang is carried out by a team of village musrenbang organizers who have been formed or previously determined by the lurah, and the participants consist of community components (individuals or groups) residing in Duku Village, such as; RT/RW heads, hamlet/environment heads, Community Empowerment Institutions (LPM), customary leaders, community organizations, school committees, farmer/fisherman groups, and others. Representatives from the participants described the main problems encountered and formulated them to serve as priorities for development activity plans in Duku Subdistrict, Ilir Timur Tiga District, Palembang. In the village musrenbang in Duku Subdistrict, Ilir Timur Tiga District, Palembang, the lurah and the chairman and members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) acted only as resource persons explaining the priority programs/activities listed in the village's Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM). The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Development Planning Conference in Duku Village, Ilir Timur Tiga Palembang District in 2022. The problem in the research is that there are still many proposed activities that have not been realized and that community participation in Musrenbang activities has not been optimal. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique.This research shows that: overall the implementation of the Development Planning Meeting in Duku Village, Ilir Timur Tiga District, Palembang has been running as it should. Even though there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely there are still many proposed activities that have not been realized and not yet optimal community participation in Musrenbang activities.
