Abstract

This study aims to analyze the thought of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan as an educational figure of the 20th century and Jodi Gold as a pschiatrist of the 21st century about early parenting styles in the digital age as well as to analyse the comparisons of both, related to the way they view technology and the recommended response for parents in dealing with the inevitable technology. The method of research used is qualitative, if reviewed according to the location of the research then belongs to the library research, data collected from the primary sources such as the book Tarbiyatul Aulad Child Education in Islam by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan and Screen-Smart Parenting by Jodi Gold, as well as other credible references that related to research variables. Once the data is collected, it is analyzed using the content analysis method. Research results in the finding that there are some similarities between the two characters in viewing technology, but mostly different, Abdullah Nashih Ulwan tends to view technology negatively, instead Jodi Gold sees that most of technology is positive for early childhood. The conclusion is that unhindered technological developments should be fully controlled by parents for early childhood so that they can be a positive consumption and a medium of grinding between parents and early children who are in great need of friends, attention and affection to understand the world.

Abstract

This research is entitled 'Supervision of Wall Magazine-Based Madrasah Literacy Movement at MAN Insan Cendeia East Aceh. This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of supervision of the madding-based madrasah literacy movement. The madrasa literacy movement is an initiative to increase reading interest and literacy skills of madrasah students. Making it a visual communication medium, it is used as a tool to convey information and develop students' literacy skills, but supervision is needed to ensure the proper and effective implementation of the school literacy movement. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that supervision plays an important role in ensuring the successful implementation of the school literacy movement. supervision consists of several components, including supervision of the manufacture and use of wall magazines, coaching and guidance for teachers and students, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of the madrasah literacy movement as a whole. Through structured and directed supervision, errors and deficiencies in the implementation of the madrasah literacy movement can be identified and corrected, thereby ensuring that the goals of the literacy movement are properly achieved. The results of the study showed that all students were very enthusiastic in participating in magazine-based literacy activities. This research is expected to provide valuable insights and inspire further research in the field of madrasah literacy and curriculum development.

Abstract

Achievement is the highest achievement of a series of educational processes taken by students by relying on their intellectual and spiritual abilities. To improve student achievement, teachers can utilize existing technology, including the use of Google Classroom applications. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Google Classroom application in improving the achievement of high school students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by conducting field research and data collection techniques by conducting in-depth interviews where researchers ask several questions to class teachers related to existing subjects, learning methods used, then the function of Google Classroom in the learning process, and things that can improve student achievement. The results of this case study explain that the use of Google Classroom applications can improve student achievement, this matter can be seen from the percentage count taken after conducting research. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that this application can be used as a medium for sending the results of assignments given by educators so that it can help improve student achievement. The limitation in this study is that researchers only know the role of Google Classroom applications in improving student achievement in only one school. Researchers hope that further research can conduct more in-depth research related to the role of Google Classroom applications in improving student achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan secara komprehensif terkait dengan Implementasi supervisi manajerial dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di dayah modern. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dayah Modern Yapena Lhokseumawe dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), penelitian lapangan, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Yang menjadi bahan kajian dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 aspek yang akan dibahas. 1) Perencanaan supervisi manajerial 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial 3) Pengaruh Supervisi Manajerial Bagi peningkatan mutu di dayah Modern . Dari hasil beberapa rujukan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi manajerial terdapat tiga tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut guna meningkatkan Mutu di dayah Modern, Untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, ketiga tahap supervisi manajerial sesuai dengan konsep dasar supervisi. Sehingga upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu di Dayah Modern melalui supervisi manajerial dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran.

Abstract

Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, dan penilaian sudah dilakukan pembinaan yang baik oleh kepala sekolah. Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap guru dapat memberi nilai terhadap kinerja guru dan memberi dorongan motivasi terhadap guru yang bertugas di sekolah. Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik ini bertujuan untuk melahirkan guru dan tendik yang mampu mendidik dan mencerdaskan generasi bangsa sekaligus menciptakan suasana lingkungan sekolah dengan nyaman dan ramah. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari jurnal-jurnal penelitian yang sudah ada dan relevan dengan ide yang digagas. Artikel ini menghasilkan sebuah temuan terkait tindak lanjut supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap guru berkaitan tentang perencanaan, yang meliputi pembinaan silabus dan RPP, sudah baik dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap guru berdasarkan hasil wawancara (hasil wawancara terlampir). Perencanaan adalah pemikiran sebelum pelaksanaan sesuatu tugas. Jadi Perencanaan supervisi akademik berarti pemikiran tentang penerapan prinsip-prinsip umum supervisi tersebut di dalam pelaksanaan tugas supervisi dalam suatu situasi interaksi kepala sekolah dan guru, baik di dalam sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Karena dengan perencanaan itu, maka seorang kepala sekolah akan bisa memberikan supervisi dengan baik, karena ia dapat menghadapi situasi di dalam sekolah secara tegas, mantap dan fleksibel. Dan juga proses penyusunan instrumen penilaian terkait supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk menciptakan evaluasi kinerja.

Abstract

Pengembangan model supervisi akademik menggunakan platform Madrasah Smart Digital adalah suatu model supervisi akademik dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis internet. Tujuannya adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik menggunakan platform Madrasah Smart Digital. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan pengawas madrasah saat ini ditemukan tantangan yaitu komunikasi guru dan pengawas hanya terbatas pada kunjungan pengawas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan Model supervisi akademik menggunakan platform Madrasah Smart Digital belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan perbedaan kurikulum yang diterapkan di madrasah dan di aplikasi Madrasah Smart Digital. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Penggunaan platform Madrasah Smart Digital dinilai efektif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi TIK guru; (2) Model supervisi akademik menggunakan platform Madrasah Smart Digital menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengawas madrasah dalam melakukan supervisi akademik dan sebagai media komunikasi dan pembinaan guru berbasis online; (3) model supervisi akademik menggunakan platform Madrasah Smart Digital membutuhkan dukungan koneksi internet dan gawai yang memadai sehingga dibutuhkan support untuk madrasah yang masih memiliki sarana pendukung yang terbatas.

Abstract

In essence, the principal has the responsibility to improve the work program. In its development, not all aspects are in accordance with what is expected. Principals must have good performance experience in improving the innovations that will be developed. This research aims to find out efforts to improve performance with various innovations made by school principals. Thus, this research uses quantitative methods by conducting an in-depth review through the use of whatsApp applications. The results that researchers get from the research conducted are researchers can find out what innovations are made by school principals to improve the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah for students. From the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that, the efforts of innovation made by the principal to improve performance are good, but it is hoped that a review will be carried out to the government in order to maximize the performance expected by the principal of the teachers, students in the school, because if seen at this time the principal only gets information from each homeroom teacher, by conducting the review, the principal will know what is needed or needed by the school to make the school even superior. The limitation of this research is that researchers do not make a detailed description of what innovations will be made by the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to measure existing progress, therefore further researchers can conduct more detailed research. In order to obtain more maximum innovation or new movements.

Abstract

The primary responsibility of school supervisors in general is to supervise in the managerial and academic fields. The role of school administrators is critical in overcoming problems, particularly in increasing teacher professionalism and adapting to technological advances and changing times. Teacher professionalism refers to the necessary competencies, which include pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence. In today's globalized world, school administrators are faced with roles that require more skills in terms of school construction. The following are the goals of this study: Describe the supervisory role of teacher professionalism at the Ananda Pante Raya Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in the Wih Pesam sub-district of the Bener Meriah district. 2) Describe how IHT was implemented at Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in the Wih Pesam. This is a qualitative study that takes a descriptive approach and employs case study analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: 1). School supervisors are capable of carrying out their roles effectively in Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, which includes the role of school supervisors as trainers, coaches, mentors, innovators, motivators, facilitators, and motivators. As the supervisor of the Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, he has been able to invest in improving teacher professionalism as a resource, coworker, and relation. 2) The Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten's in-house training activities have an effect on changes in good character, changes in the social field, personal changes, pedagogical changes, and changes in professional competence. This in-house training activity was developed through discussions with school supervisors, principals, and teachers.

Abstract

In the contemporary era of globalization, the supervision of education plays a pivotal role in shaping competent individuals capable of navigating the complexities of modern life while upholding Islamic principles. This study delves into the essence of educational supervision within the framework of an integrated Islamic educational institution, aiming to prepare a generation of scholars adept in both worldly affairs and spiritual pursuits. By elucidating the core objectives and methodologies outlined by Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun, this research investigates how a comprehensive curriculum, blending modern and Salafi pedagogies, nurtures graduates who embody holistic Islamic values. The study reveals that through a curriculum rooted in Islamic principles and supplemented by the national religious curriculum, students develop a strong foundation in faith, knowledge, and ethics, alongside proficiency in Arabic, English, technology, and organizational skills. The findings underscore the significance of a balanced education that harmonizes religious teachings with contemporary knowledge, fostering individuals who are not only intellectually astute but also morally upright. In conclusion, this research advocates for educational supervision strategies that prioritize the cultivation of well-rounded individuals capable of contributing positively to both the Muslim community and global society

Abstract

The improvement of teaching and learning quality at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Aceh Utara is an urgent need to strengthen the Islamic education system. In this context, the implementation of formative supervision strategy becomes the main focus in enhancing the effectiveness of learning. This research aims to analyze the impact of implementing formative supervision strategy on the quality of teaching and learning at the madrasah. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and educational staff, as well as analysis of curriculum-related documents and learning evaluations. The results show that formative supervision is effective in improving the quality of teaching and learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Aceh Utara. With formative supervision, teachers can receive constructive feedback, support in competency development, and enhance student engagement in the learning process. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced in implementing formative supervision, including the availability of adequate resources and managerial support. Therefore, recommendations are provided to enhance teacher training in formative supervision, improve collaboration between management and educational staff, and strengthen educational infrastructure to support sustainable implementation
