Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of regional regulation on economic performance in Indonesia. This study uses a panel data set of 31 Provinces in Indonesia during the period of 2002 to 2009 and applies fixed effect method for its estimation. In order to provide better explanation, this study also utilize three proxies of regional regulation variables, namely the number of regional regulations, the number of revoked regional regulations, and ratio of the revoked regional regulations to the existing regional regulations.The result of this study shows that regional regulation negatively affects economic performance. However, the coefficient of regional regulation is insignificant. In general, it can be concluded that there is not enough evidence to claim that regional regulation affect economic performance. Still, by classifying regions into two groups, rich and poor regions, the significant effect of regional regulation on economic development varies.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is about to determine how the communication strategy carried out by Ustadz Muhammad Sholeh Drehem at the Ar Rahmah mosque and how Ustadz Muhammad Sholeh Drehem faced the obstacles to his da'wah. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings show how the strategy of Ustadz Muhammad Sholeh Drehem in determining targets, determining how to communicate, credibility of sources, identifying the audiens, the background of the audiens, the feelings of the audiens, and selecting the media. The obstacles are psychological, anthropological, semantic, mechanical, and ecological obstacles.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Ustadz Muhammad Sholeh Drehem di masjid Ar Rahmah dan bagaimana Ustadz Muhammad Sholeh Drehem menghadapi hambatan hambatan dakwahnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bagaimana strategi Ustadz Muhammad Sholeh Drehem dalam penentuan sasaran, penentuan cara berkomunikasi, kredibilitas sumber, mengidentifikasi jama’ah, latar belakang jama’ah, perasaan jama’ah, dan pemilihan media. Adapun hambatannya yaitu hambatan psikologis, hambatan antropologis, hambatan semantik, hambatan mekanis, dan hambatan ekologis.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan menjadi isu besar yang marak diperbincangkan pada beberapa dekade belakangan. Kerusakan lingkungan timbul akibat dari perubahan iklim, kepunahan sumber daya alam, sampai pada kerusakan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh ulah manusia. Artikel ini berisi gambaran tentang keberadaan organisasi kaum muda berbasis lingkungan yang menginisiasi aksi pendidikan lingkungan dalam berbagai bentuk dan target grup serta memanfaatkan media online dalam aksi pendidikan lingkungan. Penelitian diadakan di Yogyakarta dengan sampel sejumlah 21 organisasi kaum muda berbasis lingkungan dan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pengambilan data secara wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan banyaknya dinamika yang dihadapi organisasi kaum muda berbasis lingkungan mulai dari pemilihan isu, kepengurusan, keanggotaan, pemilihan jenis aksi, pendanaan, sampai keberlangsungan organisasi. Terlepas dari hal tersebut, aksi pendidikan lingkungan yang telah dilakukan oleh kaum muda mampu memberikan alternatif dalam penyebaran informasi tentang lingkungan. Selain itu, keberadaan media online mampu menunjang berbagai aksi organisasi kaum muda berbasis lingkungan, termasuk aksi pendidikan lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Kaum Muda, Organisasi, Pendidikan Lingkungan, Media Online.

Abstract

Indonesia will experience an increase in the number of elderly in the next few years. This condition will have two implications at once. Being a burden on society and the country, or able to contribute positively. If the elderly continue to be active and can be empowered. This article contains an overview of young people's perceptions of the existence of the elderly. Both in the form of activities, rights, and the role of the state. The study was conducted with an online survey system. Respondents were 347 young people aged 16-30 years. The results showed that young people fully support various activities undertaken by the elderly. But do not understand the rights of the elderly. Young people also demand the participation of the state in efforts to meet the welfare of the elderly. Young people with their characteristics are expected to be able to be involved in protecting the elderly. Keywords: Youth, Elderly, Activities, Rights, State.

Abstract

E-commerce is a very rapid development of trade in various fields, including pharmaceuticals. One process is the provision of prescription or non-prescription drugs from pharmacies. The management practice is still done manually, which involves the buying and selling process in person. Besides, processing and drug supplies are also done manually. These reasons make the process less effective and efficient, so it is necessary to develop an information system in buying and selling (e-commerce), improving performance, and reaching the target market. This system development uses the SDLC (System Development Live Cycle) concept and e-commerce, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector. This process is carried out from requirements to testing. The development is an e-commerce website that can help in the pharmacy's buying and selling process. Besides, the website is capable of connecting with customers. The system can integrate existing supplies into a pharmacy information system. The design of this system uses the programming languages PHP and MySQL. The results were tested using the Black Box method with the results that all processes and functions performed were carried out correctly. The developed website can be implemented in e-commerce at the pharmacy.

Abstract

Proses diagnosa hama dan penyakit belimbing manis dewasa ini masih menggunakan proses manual dengan cara petani belimbing mengundang pakar untuk datang ke kebun belimbing yang terserang hama dan peyakit tersebut. Hal ini dirasa kurang tepat karena petani harus menghubungi dan mendatangi pakar pada kantor dinas pertanian setempat karena memerlukan waktu dan biaya, sehingga belimbing manis yang terserang menjadi semakin parah, serta menimbulkan kerugian. Serangan hama dan penyakit belimbing manis dapat teratasi dengan cepat apabila petani mendapatkan bantuan dari sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa hama dan penyakit belimbing manis. Sistem pakar ini dapat membantu petani melakukan proses identifikasi dan diagnosa hama dan penyakit secara cepat berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dialami, serta akan mendapatkan solusi untuk mengatasi serangan hama dan penyakit belimbing manis. Sistem pakar hama dan penyakit belimbing manis ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL serta menggunakan penalaran balik yakni mesin inferensi backward chaining.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah membawa banyak perubahan diberbagai aspek kehidupan manusia salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi mobile (Android) maupun komputer. Saat ini hamper seua lapisan masyarakat mempunyai itu, disini penulis tidak membahas itu, akan tetapi penerapan aplikasi tentang belajar chord gitar dan tuner gitar. Mencermati perkembangan yang ada, penulis mencoba merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi pembantu untuk yang ingin belajar tentang chord gitar dan tuner gitar sebagai alat untuk mempermudah dalam sistem pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisa dan perancangan dimana pada metode analaisa penulis menganalisa kebutuhan, dan melalui hasil analisa tersebut penulis merancang tahapan-tahapan yang akan dilakukan Hasil yang dicapai adalah meningkatnya minat dan wawasan pengguna dalam belajar bermain gitar,dimana artinya telah diciptakan aplikasi belajar chord gitar dan tuner gitar yang memiliki interface yang user-friendly yang dapat digunakan pada Sistem operasi android diatas versi 2.3.1. Simpulan yang didapat adalah setelah aplikasi belajar chord gitar dan tuner gitar diimplementasikan, pengguna dapat mengerti bagaiman cara bermain gitar dan menyetel rada gitar pada senar gitar.

Abstract

IQ merupakan pengelompokan kecerdasan manusia, untuk mengetahui kecerdasan seseorang berbagai macam alat ukur yang digunakan diantaranya adalah tes inteligensi, tes emosional, tes spiritual, psikotes dan alat ukur lainnya. Semakin tinggi semangat orang untuk meraih sukses, semakin tinggi pula kebutuhan akan modal intelektual, emosional, psikologis, minat dan bakat. Segala kemampuan tersebut bisa jadi merupakan bakat terpendam dalam diri yang belum tergali, ataupun bakat yang harus dimunculkan dengan berbagai latihan. Tes IQ dalam penentuan dan pertimbangan pemilihan jurusan pada sekolah biasanya dilakukan secara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup banyak untuk mengetahui hasil IQ dalam penentuan pemilihan jurusan, selain itu banyak peserta tes sulit memahami untuk menghitung hasil tes IQ karena cukup rumit sehingga untuk mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam melaksanakan tes IQ penentuan jurusan maka diperlukan adanya suatu aplikasi yang berbasis komputer dan untuk membangun aplikasi yang akan digunakan bahasa pemrograman serta metode pengujian white box. Hasil evaluasi terhadap aplikasi yang dibangun sangat membantu serta mempercepat pihak sekolah dalam penentuan jurusan dan tepat dalam penentuan jurusan siswa yang disesuaikan kemampuan mereka serta membudayakan pemakaian komputer dikalangan siswa.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction within the context of PT Mitra Karya Tri Utama Purbalingga. This research adopts a quantitative approach, employing a simple random sampling technique to collect data via a questionnaire administered to a total of 93 respondents. The data analysis methodology encompasses descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. Upon scrutinizing the outcomes of the data analysis, it is evident that the compensation variable (X1) exhibits a partial, positive, and statistically significant influence on job satisfaction (Y), as substantiated by the t-statistic (t-count) of 2.795, surpassing the critical t-value (t-table) of 1.990. Conversely, the variables of work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) demonstrate no statistically significant positive influence on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-count values for work motivation (X2) at -1.559 and work discipline (X3) at -0.571, both falling below the critical t-value of 1.990. Consequently, it can be deduced that, collectively, the variables of compensation (X1), work motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3) do not exert a statistically significant positive impact on the job satisfaction (Y) of PT Mitra Karya Tri Utama Purbalingga's employees.

Abstract

This research addresses the serious global environmental challenges faced by the world today, focusing on climate change caused by greenhouse gas pollution and its detrimental impacts such as flooding, disease, and environmental damage. It emphasises the need for collective efforts from all elements of society, including university students, to address this environmental crisis and build a more sustainable future. By referring to Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto as a case study, this research explains how Islamic principles of environmental sustainability have been integrated in education at an Islamic-based educational institution. Equipped with a literature review that investigates the theory of planned behaviour and the concept of attitude, as well as a research model that tests hypotheses about the relationship between attitude and green behavioural intention, this study shows that attitude has a significant influence on the intention to behave green. Data analysis shows that attitude variables can moderately explain green behavioural intentions, but there may be other variables that influence this process more strongly. The research conclusions highlight the importance of organisational support in strengthening the interaction between attitude and behaviour, suggesting that a deeper understanding of these dynamics could be an interesting and valuable area of research to explore further.
