Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at elementary school principals in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects in this study were all people seen by researchers as able to provide data about the elementary school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. The research subjects included school principals, teacher boards, and staff. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview, and documentation. In contrast, the data analysis technique used is the data analysis method, according to Miles & Huberman, namely interactive model analysis. Data analysis took place simultaneously, which was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process with a flow of stages: data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The study results show the Alaskan system for leaders in knowing the condition of their subordinates do not have to do blusukan every day because they remember that leaders must carry out other tasks in carrying out their duties. Blusukan can also be carried out suddenly to find out the condition of their subordinates at work, and then also, in the era of the advancement of information technology era leaders can utilize information technology tools to support the activities of carrying out blusukans such as the use of CCTV media to monitor the conditions of their subordinates at work. Abstract

The research aims at investigating the management of Salafi-based integrated Islamic schools. This research employed a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at Raudatul Jannah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau City. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teacher council, and school staff. The data were collected using interviews. The collected data were then analyzed by adapting the technique from Miles & Huberman, namely the interactive analysis model. The research results signified that the Salafi Integrated Islamic Elementary School has carried out planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating for students, teachers, and educational staff, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and public relations appropriately, such as: 1) The school has carried out planning activities, particularly for students, teachers, and educational staff, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and community relations; 2) The school has implemented organizing activities for students, in which male and female students are put into separate classes, and male and female teachers or educational staff are also given separate rooms; 3) The school implements the independent curriculum for grades 1 and 4, then the curriculum from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of National Education for grades 2, 3, 5, and 6; 4) In the implementation of evaluations, the school creates self-prepared examinations, which are not from the National Education Department.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of elementary school principals in Kota Lubuklinggau engaging in blusukan leadership. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenology method. The subjects involved were school principals, teachers, and school staff. The data were collected using observations, interviews, and documentation. The obtained data were then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive models in the following steps: data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results indicated that: 1) the concept of blusukan was performed by the elementary school principals through their willingness to directly supervise the working conditions of their subordinates to get real and accurate information from various sources; such information might be taken as consideration when making a decision; 2) The blusukan leadership style was implemented by encouraging subordinates, hearing and valuing their views, and sustaining close bonds between leaders and subordinates; 3) communication made by leaders was clear and not ambiguous, also easy to understand language, so subordinates can accept messages accurately, 4) due to the other vital obligations of school principals, the blusukan style should not be executed on a daily basis. Blusukan could also be done on the fly to check on subordinates while working. In this digital age, leaders could also utilize technology to support their blusukan by controlling the jobs of their subordinates through CCTV media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran poster berbasis karakter toleransi pada pembelajaran PKN kelas V SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R&D (Penelitian dan Pengembangan) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau berjumlah 21 orang terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini angket dan tes tertulis berupa soal pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata validasi (ahli bahasa, ahli media, ahli materi) yaitu 0,91 dengan kategori valid. Hasil analisis kepraktisan (siswa dan guru) 88,49% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil analisis keefektifan N-Gain Score yaitu 0,60 dengan kategori sedang. Rata-rata indikator karakter toleransi yaitu 79% dengan predikat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka pengembangan media poster berbasis karakter toleransi valid, praktis, dan cukup efektif untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran PKN kelas V Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of discovery learning-based student worksheets (LKS) in science learning for fifth grade students at SDN 63 Lubuklinggau according to the 2013 curriculum and to produce student worksheets that are valid, practical and effective for use in learning. This research is a development research with a four-D development model. Based on the results of the assessment analysis by the three experts, namely: 0.81 media experts, 0.75 language experts, 0.90 material experts, from the three validation analysis results obtained an average validation of 0.82 this indicates that student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning in science learning meets very valid criteria. While the results of the research on teacher practicality sheets obtained an average of 92% and students with one to one trials consisting of 3 people obtained an average of 93%, then small group trials consisting of 6 people obtained an average of 90%, from the three trial results obtained an average practicality of 92%, this indicates that student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning in science learning meet the very practical criteria. Then the effectiveness results obtained an N-gain value of 0.8 in the high category. It can be concluded that the student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning are valid, practical, and effective. Thus, it can be stated that discovery learning-based student worksheets (LKS) are appropriate for use in thematic learning of fourth grade elementary school students. Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Peran Karangtaruna dalam Pendidikan di Kelurahan Air Kuti Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur 1. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan sosialisasi. PKM ini adalah kegiatan sosialisasi pentingnya pendidikan di masyarakat pada karangtaruna Kelurahan Air Kuti Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur 1 Kota Lubuklinggau. Hal ini menjadi perhatian penulis karena di masa globalisasi pendidikan menjadi permasalahan yang rizkan. Kegiatan sosialisasi pentingnya pendidikan pada karangtaruna di Kelurahan Air Kuti akan memberikan dampak positif dalam hal pendidikan. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian pada Masyarakat) pada karangtaruna Kelurahan Air Kuti, di antaranya: 1) Terlaksananya koordinasi penulis, Pemerintah Kelurahan Air Kuti dengan ketua karangtaruna Kelurahan Air Kuti, sehingga kegiatan berlangsung aman dan lancar, 2) Terlaksananya sosialisasi pentingnya pendidikan, 3) Ketua dan anggota karangtaruna sangat antusias berkaitan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi, 4) Ketua karangtaruna berharap kegiatan tidak terbatas kegiatan sosialisasi akan tetapi lebih kepada pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan khusus. Secara umum hasil PKM ini adalah terciptanya karangtaruna Kelurahan Air Kuti yang memahami dan peduli terhadap pendidikan saat ini

Abstract

UMKM Batik Alpukat Universitas PGRI Silampari di Kota Lubuklinggau Sumatera Selatan memiliki sistem penjualan dan pemasaran yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini berdampak kepada hasil penjualan yang belum optimal serta menyebabkan belum meluasnya pangsa pangsar sehingga upaya dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan usaha masih belum optimal. Di sisi lain, potensi UMKM Batik Alpukat sangat baik karena memiliki potensi untuk dinikmati oleh pembeli baik didalam negeri maupun diluar negeri. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan e-commmerce berbasis website untuk pemasaran Batik Alpukat Universitas PGRI Silampari, dimana dalam aplikasi tersebut memiliki tampilan foto produk, harga produk, detail produk, pesanan produk serta testimoni produk. Selain itu, pemasaran batik alpukat berbasis web memberikan efek penggunaan pada UMKM yaitu penjualan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan karena promosi penjualan yang semakin luas, meningkatan pendapatan penjualan serta meningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan dibidang teknologi informasi.
