Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the students' creative thinking skills in social studies learning using the Problem Posing model. The subjects in this study were 28 eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tulangan academic year 2019. Researchers used primary data and data collection techniques, namely tests. Tests were carried out before and after learning. The results showed that the test results of independent sample t-test posttest creative thinking abilities of learners shows that there are differences in the ability of creative thinking between the experimental class and class control after being given treatment. Based on the analysis of the t-test, it was concluded that the problem posing learning model influenced students' creative thinking abilities. This research is useful for teachers, that is, they can develop teacher insights to be more innovative and creative in creating fun learning activities in the classroom and increasing students' knowledge competencies and creative thinking abilities. The problem posing learning model is implemented into the class because it can improve the ability of creative thinking and understanding in addressing problems and conflicts that occur in society and is expected to optimize the ability to think creatively.

Abstract

This paper reveals the way Boekhandel Tan Khoen Swie Kediri, as an agent of Javanese culture, run his publishing house during amidst both the colonial government and Indonesian government, spreading Javanese culture to the society in Java and throughout Indonesia. The history of this publishing house is interesting in which it is interrelated with three different policies from three different types of government ideology. This research which means searching, criticizing, interpreting, and arranging the sources in the form of historical writing. This research also applied Gidden’s theory of structuration to clarify the position of Tan Khoen as a publishing agent. The discussion on the structure of the literary society, which consisted of the representatives from the government, authors, publishers, and readers becomes an integral part of the study. This study concludes both the government and private publishers had an intention to educate people although Tan Khoen Swie did not tied its theme on the existing system. However structurally, the existence Boekhandel Tan Khoen Swie were bounded by the authors, other publishers, and readers. The seasons for publishing Javanese culture books because the books contained noble culture, which needs to be disseminated, the legitimation of Javanese writers, and promising market prospect. The success of Tan Khoen Swie business lies in its ability to build networking among authors, publishers, and readers or bookstores. The books published in his business spread across Indonesia. He served both as a cultural broker and as an agent of Javanese culture.Keywords: Tan Khoen Swie, Javanese culture, Boekhandel, colonial period. Makalah ini mengungkap cara Boekhandel Tan Khoen Swie Kediri, sebagai agen budaya Jawa, yang mengelola rumah penerbitannya di tengah-tengah pemerintah kolonial dan pemerintah Indonesia, menyebarkan budaya Jawa kepada masyarakat di Jawa dan di seluruh Indonesia. Sejarah penerbit ini menarik karena terkait dengan tiga kebijakan berbeda dari tiga jenis ideologi pemerintah. Penelitian ini yang berarti mencari, mengkritik, menafsirkan, dan mengatur sumber-sumber dalam bentuk penulisan sejarah. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan teori strukturasi Gidden untuk memperjelas posisi Tan Khoen sebagai agen penerbitan. Diskusi tentang struktur masyarakat sastra, yang terdiri dari perwakilan dari pemerintah, penulis, penerbit, dan pembaca menjadi bagian integral dari penelitian ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemerintah dan penerbit swasta memiliki niat untuk mendidik orang-orang meskipun Tan Khoen Swie tidak mengikat temanya pada sistem yang ada. Namun secara struktural, keberadaan Boekhandel Tan Khoen Swie dibatasi oleh penulis, penerbit lain, dan pembaca. Musim untuk menerbitkan buku-buku budaya Jawa karena buku-buku itu berisi budaya mulia, yang perlu disebarluaskan, legitimasi penulis Jawa, dan prospek pasar yang menjanjikan. Keberhasilan bisnis Tan Khoen Swie terletak pada kemampuannya membangun jejaring di antara penulis, penerbit, dan pembaca atau toko buku. Buku-buku yang diterbitkan dalam bisnisnya tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Ia melayani baik sebagai perantara budaya dan sebagai agen budaya Jawa.Kata kunci: Tan Khoen Swie, budaya Jawa, Boekhandel, masa kolonial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the content or discourse of deviant behavior by teenagers on Facebook social media and to find out which vocabulary is most widely used by Indonesian teenage grub caption members. This type of research is qualitative with content analysis methods. The subjects of this study were members of the Indonesian Youth Caption group, while the informants used the internet. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data, it shows that the discourse on deviant behavior by teenagers in the Facebook Social Media Grub is: (1) Sharing pornographic videos in the form of adult films or real videos of teenagers who commit deviations, out of habit, and follow what other grub members do, (2) Share pornographic links that can be accessed by members via YouTube or WhatsApp and vent things they cannot do in their daily life, (3) Share pornographic photos for entertainment, are influenced by uploads fellow members, get audience and attention. Then the vocabulary that is often used by teenagers on the Facebook Social Media Grub, namely: (1) Sange, a sentence for men who already understand the adult world, is often used in everyday life, especially teenage boys, slang, and words. which leads to negative and dirty things, (2) Whatsapp media is used to get videos that are is viral, (3) Chat for women because they are used to seeing uploads made by young women, are interested, and feel bored with male friendships.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial telah menjadi landasan utama dalam strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, terutama dalam konteks pengembangan desa wisata. Desa Wisata Sombu, Wakatobi, merupakan contoh nyata bagaimana pengelolaan media sosial dapat menjadi kunci dalam mempromosikan destinasi pariwisata lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Sombu sebagai destinasi wisata yang menarik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan media sosial secara efektif telah meningkatkan visibilitas Desa Wisata Sombu secara signifikan. Melalui platform Instagram informasi tentang potensi wisata, kegiatan komunitas, dan produk lokal dapat diakses secara luas oleh masyarakat lokal maupun wisatawan potensial. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur seperti video, gambar, dan cerita, pengelola media sosial dapat menciptakan narasi yang menarik dan mengundang minat pengguna untuk mengunjungi Desa Wisata Sombu. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan media sosial merupakan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dalam mempromosikan destinasi pariwisata lokal seperti Desa Wisata Sombu, Wakatobi, yang berpotensi memicu pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengembangan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya analisis implementasi program SAS sebagai model pendidikan karakter yang belum banyak dikaji dalam konteks peningkatan kesadaran berkebhinekaan global, khususnya di tingkat SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi program Sekolahe Arek Suroboyo (SAS) dalam meningkatkan kesadaran berkebhinekaan global peserta didik, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan, hambatan, dan faktor pendukung keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan dukungan kuantitatif secara terbatas untuk menganalisis peningkatan kesadaran berkebhinekaan global peserta didik. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan kesiswaan, guru pengajar program SAS, serta siswa kelas VII dan VIII di SMP Kreatif An-Nur Surabaya. Lokasi dipilih karena sekolah ini merupakan pelaksana aktif Program Sekolahe Arek Suroboyo (SAS). Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak Agustus 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) implementasi program SAS di SMP Kreatif An-Nur telah memenuhi indikator aman, rekreatif, edukatif, dan kegotong-royongan; (2) upaya peningkatan kesadaran berkebhinekaan global melalui program SAS tercermin dari pembelajaran intrakurikuler dan kokurikuler; (3) tantangan dan hambatan setiap bidang SAS memiliki aspek yang berbeda-beda serta faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi program SAS mencakup faktor internal dan eksternal
