Abstract

Abstract: Land and forest fire has occurred for more than 18 years in Indonesia, especially in Riau, it show that preventing and addressing land and forest fire needs to be done in various aspects of life, one of which is education, we have to impart knowledge about land and forest fire to students. This research is expected to increase the understanding and knowledge of students about land and forest fire and peat swamp ecosystem, so in the future the students can perform preventive action against land and forest fire problems. This research was conducted at the Laboratory PMIPA of Biology Department of the University of Riau and SMPN 1 Tambang in February until April 2016. This type of research is the development with ADDIE’s model of integration to the stage of development. There are 4 LKPD developed. Instruments of data collection in this study is the assessment sheet / validation LKPD and student questionnaire responses. After LKPD developed, validated by 4 validator and then do the first test at 16-22 student in the 4th semester of biology education FKIP UR, and the second test at 18 students of Class VII at SMPN 1 Tambang. The results of the validation LKPD 1 shows the mean score 3,16 is valid category, LKPD 2 with a mean score of 3,29 is very valid category, LKPD 3 with a mean score of 3,29 is very valid and LKPD 4 with a score of 3,27 is very valid category. The results of the questionnaire responses in the first test showed a mean score of 91 with very good categories and the results of questionnaires in the second test showed a mean score of 89 with very good category. It can be concluded that LKPD Based constructivist approach to prevention the land and forest fire could provide insight and knowledge about land and forest fire and peat swamp ecosystems in particular as well as fit for use in science teaching in schools.Keywords: development, LKPD, Constructivism, land and Forest Fires

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze at the effect of competence, professional skepticism, integrity and objectivity on audit quality. The research’s object is the Auditors of Public Accounting Firms in Surabaya, specificaly senior auditors, supervisors, managers and partners. Using questionnaires data collection and convenience sampling method, which the final samples are 18 Public Accounting Firms, this study finds that professional skepticism and integrity significantly affect audit quality. However, this study fails to prove that objectivity has significant affect on audit quality. Meanwhile this study could not analyze competence because based on validity test, the variable was not qualified. Abstract

Abstrak   Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan 1-20 melalui metode pemberian tugas menggunakan media bahan sisa pada anak usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Pertiwi Godong Gudo Jombang. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi Godong Gudo Jombang yang berjumlah 17 anak. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif yaitu berdasarkan analisis refleksi pada setiap siklus. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada siklus I aktivitas guru menunjukkan persentase 69,64% kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 87,50%. Aktivitas anak pada siklus I sebesar 67,86% meningkat menjadi 91,07% pada siklus II. Nilai rata-rata Kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan 1-20 pada siklus I tingkat perkembangannya memperoleh persentase sebesar 57,84% dan siklus II  meningkat menjadi 86,28%. Berdasarkan analisis di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan 1-20 pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi Godong Gudo Jombang melalui metode pemberian tugas menggunakan media bahan sisa.   Kata kunci :  konsep bilangan 1-20, metode pemberian tugas,  media bahan sisa.   Abstract    This classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of the ability to recognize the concept of numbers 1-20 through the method of giving tasks using the media of waste materials in children aged 5-6 years In Kindergarten Goddess Gudo Jombang. The subjects of the study were children aged 5-6 years in TK Pertiwi Godong Gudo Jombang with a total of 17 children. Techniques Data collection using observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis this research use descriptive statistic that is based on analysis of reflection on each cycle. The result of this research in cycle I teacher activity showed percentage 69,64% then in cycle II increased to 87,50%. The activity of children in cycle I was 67.86% increased to 91.07% in cycle II. The average value of the ability to recognize the concept of 1-20 in the first cycle of development rate obtained a percentage of 57.84% and the second cycle increased to 86.28%. Based on the data analysis above it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of 1-20 numbers in children aged 5-6 years in TK Pertiwi Godong Gudo Jombang through the method of providing tasks using the media of waste materials.   Keywords:  concept of numbers 1-20, the method of assigning tasks,  media of waste.

Abstract

Pregnancy changes the body, both physically and mentally. This results in complaints such as nausea, vomiting / emesis gravidarum. Emesis is a normal or common symptom during the first trimester of pregnancy. This sometimes occurs in the morning, but can also occur during the day or night. Complementary therapy to overcome complaints of emesis gravidarum with ginger aromatherapy. This study aims to determine the effect of Ginger Aromatherapy on Reducing Emesis Gravidarum in Pregnant Women in the First Trimester with midwifery care using the 7-step Varney approach. This study uses an Experimental method with 7 Varney steps where data assessment, data interpretation, potential diagnosis, needs and immediate action, planning and implementation. The study population was all primigravida in the first trimester of Primigravida in the Bd Elfi Syahri Sirait clinic area, Sei Kepayang district. The sample in this study showed that there was a significant effect of giving ginger aromatherapy on Reducing Emesis Gravidarum in Pregnant Women in Trimester I. Ginger aromatherapy has the ability to control nausea and vomiting in the body and helps relax various systems in the body. Ginger aromatherapy can be an alternative to overcome emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester.

Abstract

Every Indonesian child has the right to receive health services as written in Law no. 36 of 2009 article 131 paragraph 1 Efforts for infant and child health must be aimed at preparing future generations who are healthy, intelligent and qualified and to reduce infant and child mortality rates. LBW babies are babies born with a body weight of less than 2500 grams regardless of gestational mass. The level of morbidity and mortality in neonates depends not only on body weight, but also on the level of malnutrition of the baby itself. The causes of LBW are generally multifactorial, the most common cause of LBW is premature birth. The younger the gestational age, the greater the short-term and long-term risks that can occur.

Abstract

Anemia is a body condition characterized by the results of hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood that are lower than normal. Hemoglobin functions to carry oxygen and deliver it to all tissue cells of the body. The effect of Dragon Fruit Juice on Hemoglobin Levels in Pregnant Women is known. This type of research is descriptive using the Management case study method. Midwifery consists of 7 steps of Varney, namely: Basic data collection, Basic data Interpretation, Potential diagnosis, immediate action, planning, thorough implementation of care, midwifery and evaluating Its Success. The subject of the study was Mrs. N. subjective data were obtained for pregnant women Mrs. N G: I P: O A:O at 25 weeks gestation, with anemia. The results of the study were known to have hemoglobin levels before the administration of dragon fruit juice 9.8 and standard Hb levels of >11. The average value of hemoglobin levels on the 6th day of dragon fruit juice administration was 11. There is an Effect of Dragon Fruit Juice on Increasing Hb Levels in Pregnant Women. Non-pharmacological treatment for increasing hemoglobin levels, one of which is by giving dragon fruit juice to pregnant women. In addition, it is necessary to take preventive measures through providing information about nutrition in pregnancy to increase the knowledge of pregnant women. So that every pregnant woman is healthy in undergoing her pregnancy and especially avoids anemia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepuasan belajar online merupakan konstruk yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan layanan pembelajaran online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor kepuasan belajar online siswa. Sistematika literature review ini menganalisis 34 jurnal yang dikumpulkan dari dua situs, yaitu Google Scholar dan Semantic Scholar. Pada bagian pertama studi ini didiskusikan isu akademik pembelajaran online, kemudian model kepuasan belajar online yang digunakan para peneliti, dan terakhir menjelaskan prediktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan belajar online siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal yang paling signifikan adalah learner content dan interaksi guru dengan siswa. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan belajar siswa, guru diharapkan dapat menyajikan materi digital yang menarik serta meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi yang positif dikelas virtual. Abstract: Online learning satisfaction can be used to assess how well online learning programs work. This research can help education professionals in their efforts to develop adaptive online learning in dealing with future educational disruptions and challenges through the analysis of various literatures. This systematic literature review explored 34 journals from two sites: Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. The first part of this study discusses the academic issue of online learning, the second section describes the online learning satisfaction model used by the researchers, and the last part describes the predictors that can affect students' online learning satisfaction. Learner content interaction and teacher-student interactions are the most primary external determinants on online learning satisfaction, according to the analysis' findings. Therefore, teachers are expected to be able to deliver engaging digital contents and enhance positive communication in online setting to increase students’ learning satisfaction.

Abstract

Kecenderungan remaja laki-laki untuk melakukan hal -hal yang dianggap menantang meningkat dibandingkan remaja perempuan. Kita semua menanggung risiko mengasuh anak seburuk itu. Tujuan : Mengetahui segala bahaya dan dampak dari penggunaan narkoba itu sendiri dan untuk berhenti mengkonsumsi narkoba karena adanya kebutuhan akan rasa aman dari ancaman dari luar. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus , Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak - pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan analisis pengetahuan dan motivasi putra pemuda secara substansi. Hasil: Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan belum sesuai dengan taksonomi teori bahwa pengetahuan akan menunjang terbentuknya sikap positif, namun pengetahuan tetap tidak melahirkan sikap positif melainkan melahirkan penyimpangan, teori subjektivitas dalam memandang permasalahan sehingga telanjang itu hambatan untuk menjawab kenyataan yang begitu kaku dengan perubahan zaman yang begitu cepat . Taksonomi melahirkan teori pada waktu dan tempat dimana dia lahir, sedangkan teori terjadi karena dua hal yaitu waktu dan tempat sehingga sulit menjawan realitas kontemporer. Teori teori sosial jarang bertahan diatas diatas 50 tahun selalu bertahan atau berlaku dibawah 50 tahun karena proses perubahannya begitu cepat dan perlu infensi ( Temuan baru teori). Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan informan S dan Infoman D tentang dampak dan bahaya penganiayaan menunjukkan bahwa mereka mengetahui segala bahaya dan dampak dari penggunaan pergaulan bebas ini sendiri , Informan S dan informan D merupakan lulusan Sarjana 1 , walaupun tingkat fisioterapinya tinggi dan _ mempunyai pengetahuan yang memumpuni terhadap dampak dan bahaya penyalahgunaan , namun tidak menjadi jaminan untuk menghindari dan tidak menyalahgunakan narkoba , menyebabkan ketersediakan kehidupan pergaulan bebas di sekitar Pelapor begitu mudah didapat. Motivasi dalam penyalahgunaan zat infoman S dan informan _ D sedikit berbeda tetapi ke arah salah satu arahnya adalah dengan menyegarkan kembali pikiran dalam setiap permasalahan yang mereka temui dalam kehidupan sehari- hari.

Abstract

The issue of low-quality education on a global scale, particularly pronounced in Indonesia, presents multifaceted challenges spanning from elementary to tertiary education levels. This study endeavors to explore these challenges comprehensively and proffer strategies aimed at ameliorating education quality. By conducting an extensive literature review comprising 18 articles sourced from esteemed databases including Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCO, and Google Scholar, a range of innovative solutions has been delineated. These encompass modular training paradigms, effective management methodologies within madrasahs, implementation of transformational leadership approaches, methodologies for fostering student engagement, integration of technology, and facilitation of innovative educators. Despite the intricate nature of the challenges encountered within the Indonesian education system, discernible prospects for innovation and enhancement persist. Active engagement of stakeholders, notably teachers and school principals, emerges as pivotal for instigating sustainable changes. Furthermore, the identification of research lacunae, notably in the domain of early childhood education, underscores the imperative for a more expansive research agenda. This study stands to significantly enrich the understanding of education challenges and pioneering strategies, thus laying a robust groundwork for future advancements in education quality.

Abstract

Abstract: The students' optimism about their future careers and education impacts their educational success. The Future Expectation Scale of Adolescents (FESA) can measure future expectations of education and student career. This study aims to adapt the scale of the FESA work and education domain to the Indonesian language and culture. The adaptation in this study follows the six-stage category of the International Commission Test. Development of adaptation items using a forward-backward translation design involving six experts. The comparability of language and content validity assessments involved nine experts. Pilot study for item evaluation involving 15 students from the target population. The quantitative testing was administered to 297 state college students. Results of the comparability assessment of language indicate that the adapted item has a similar structure and meaning. The content validity assessment demonstrates that the adapted item is already relevant, essential, and clear for measuring educational and work expectations. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) reveals that this adaptation scale has good construct validity, as indicated by the value of a good fit model that meets the criteria. Reliability based on construct reliability and internal consistency is also good. Thus, the FESA work and education domain scale version for Indonesia is valid and reliable to measure the youth's future expectations of education and work, especially among Indonesian college students. Abstrak: Kesuksesan pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan positif pelajar terhadap masa depan pendidikan dan pekerjaannya. Skala the Future Expectation Scale of Adolescent (FESA) dapat mengukur harapan masa depan pendidikan dan pekerjaan pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengadaptasi skala FESA work and education domain ke dalam bahasa dan budaya Indonesia. Adaptasi dalam penelitian ini mengikuti proses 6 tahap dari International Commission Test. Pengembangan item adaptasi menggunakan forward-backward translation design yang melibatkan 6 ahli. Penilaian comparability of language dan content validity melibatkan 9 ahli. Uji keterbacaan melalui pilot study yang melibatkan 15 mahasiswa yang sesuai target populasi. Uji kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap 297 mahasiswa dari perguruan negeri. Hasil penilaian comparability of language menunjukkan bahwa item adaptasi memiliki kesetaraan struktur bahasa dan makna. Penilaian content validity menunjukkan bahwa item adaptasi sudah relevan, penting dan jelas untuk mengukur harapan pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) membuktikan bahwa skala adaptasi ini memiliki validitas konstruk yang baik, ditunjukkan dari nilai good fit model yang memenuhi kriteria. Reliabilitas berdasarkan construct reliability dan internal konsistensi juga tergolong baik. Dengan demikian, skala FESA work and education domain versi Indonesia terpercaya untuk mengukur harapan masa depan pendidikan dan pekerjaan remaja khususnya mahasiswa Indonesia.
