Abstract

The dynamics of significant and sudden changes from the current pandemic have made many educational institutions experience challenges in fully adopting technology into the teaching and learning process. This condition makes every educator required to do work so that it is oriented to innovative work behavior. The consequences of an innovative work culture will encourage increased teacher performance during the current pandemic. This study aims to determine how big organizational culture and self-efficacy contribute to innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. The research design uses a causal quantitative approach. For the acquisition of research data using an online questionnaire distribution instrument. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using partial least squares (PLS) is used to test organizational culture and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. Following the results of research data analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Then it is concluded that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. For the results of data analysis, further research proves that innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan karakter mandiri pada materi program linear menerapkan model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visuallization, Intelle-Ctually) dengan aplikasi ispring. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen satu kelas. Sampel penelitian di kelas XI Mia 3 SMA Negeri 4 Kejuruan Muda yang berjumlah 25 siswa tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang diperoleh bahwa  = 9.68 ttabel(0,05;24) = 2,064 disimpulkan untuk menolak H0 dan terima Ha artinya pada taraf signifikan 0.05 bahwa hasil belajar siswa meningkat setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran SAVI dengan aplikasi ispring. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan angket karakter mandiri siswa persentase terhadap pernyataan positif adalah 56,32%  terletak pada rentang 50% P 75% artinya sebagian besar siswa telah memiliki kemandirian dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan program linear. KataKunci: Model Pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visuallization, Intelectually), Aplikasi Ispring, Hasil Belajar, Karakter Mandiri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali budaya kerja organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, dan gaya manajemen di perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 22. Populasi penelitian adalah pihak manajemen yang ada di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia yang berjumlah 100 orang, dimana teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 orang pihak manajemen yang ada di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online. Hasil penelitian yang didasarkan oleh hipotesis secara parsial menyatakan bahwa variabel gaya manajemen berpengaruh kepada variabel budaya kerja organisasi, dan secara simultan variabel struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, dan gaya manajemen berpengaruh kepada variabel budaya kerja organisasi.Kata kunci: budaya kerja, struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, gaya manajemen

Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this study was to determine: To analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction at the Best Pematangsiantar Store. Then the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Best Pematangsiantar Store. Research Methods. The object of research is Pematangsiantar Best Store which is located on Jl. Sutomo No. 63, Kelurahan Dwikora, Kecamatan Siantar Barat, Pematangsiantar, 21118. In this study, all members of the population were used as data sources, namely as the sample of the researcher. Where the research population is the Best Pematangsiantar Store customers with a total of 35 people, who also become the research sample. Results. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that relationship marketing has a strong and positive relationship with customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a very strong and positive relationship with customer loyalty.. The results of the hypothesis test state that H0 is rejected, meaning that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion. Relationship marketing at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, the leadership should try to improve and also create long-term relationships with customers and also fulfill all the needs according to the wishes of these customers. Customer satisfaction at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, it is better for the leadership to maintain long-term relationships and give good attention so that customers will feel more satisfied. Customer loyalty at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, the leadership should try to establish close relationships with customers and pay attention so that customers become loyal.

Abstract

Objektif. Tujuan riset ini merupakan untuk mengenali cerminan brand image, anggapan konsumen serta keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar. untuk mengenali pengaruh brand image dan anggapan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar.Metode Riset. Ada pula riset ini memakai desain riset kepustakaan (library research) serta riset lapangan (field research). Kemudian buat metode pengumpulan informasi memakai tata cara wawancara, tata cara dokumentasi serta tata cara kuesioner. Informasi yang diperoleh ialah tipe informasi kualitatif serta informasi kuantitatif. Hasil informasi yang yang diperoleh dari lapangan hendak dianalisis secara deskriptif baik secara kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif.Hasil. Hasil riset ini bisa disimpulkan bagaikan berikut: 1. brand image, anggapan konsumen serta keputusan pembelian pada toko BK telah baik. 2. Hasil analisis regresi Ŷ= 18,229+ 0,383X1+ 0,362X2 artinya ada pengaruh positif serta signifikan antara Brand image serta anggapan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar. 3. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai R= 0,722, maksudnya ada ikatan yang sangat kokoh antara Brand image serta anggapan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar.Kesimpulan. Dari koefisien determinasi melaporkan besar rendahnya keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar sebesar 52,1% bisa dipaparkan oleh brand image serta anggapan konsumen, sebaliknya sisanya sebesar 47,9% dipaparkan oleh aspek lain yang tidak diteliti dalam riset ini. 4. Hasil hipotesis H0 ditolak, maksudnya brand image serta anggapan konsumen mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan ataupun parsial.

Abstract

Performance can be influenced by many factors, including management factors, abilities, discipline, training and also work motivation. But the most important factors are the factors of training and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Medan City Fire Prevention Service. The population of this study amounted to 250 employees. To determine the number of samples used Slovin formula, obtained as many as 71 people. Data collecti on techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that training and work motivation had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance in the Medan City Fire Prevention Service. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.724. That is, variations in employee performance can be explained by training and work motivation by 72.40%, while the remaining 27.60% is explained by other factors. It is thus recommended that a trainer instructor who truly masters the training material, and design training materials to suit the needs of all the trainees are recommended. Agencies need to pay attention to their employees by providing financial benefits that are comparable to the work charged to the employees concerned. Training and motivation contributed greatly to the performance of the Medan City Fire Fighting Agency, which amounted to 72.40%, but there were still opportunities to improve performance by providing leadership training and career development.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pirngadi Hospital in Medan. This research was focused on non-medical employees as research objects. Based on the data and reports obtained, the researcher hypothesized that there were four non-medical civil servant behavior that was the cause of the low quality of service, namely discipline, job satisfaction, motivation and performance. These four behaviors are then called variables. Researchers classify the discipline and job satisfaction variables into independent variables, motivation into intervening variables and performance into the dependent variable. This study aims at analyzing how the influence of the independent or independent variables on the dependent or dependent variable, and how the indirect effect of the independent variable through the mediating or intervening variables on the dependent variable. The research data were obtained through primary sources and filling out questionnaires by ninety-six samples. Hypothesis testing used path analysis using statistical analysis software. Based on the results of the path analysis method, it was concluded that the discipline variable had no effect on employee performance while the job satisfaction variable had an influence on employee performance. And indirectly there is an effect of discipline and job satisfaction through motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether communication and work environment affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The study was conducted on 105 non-medical employees of Royal Prima Hospital Medan using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data which is processed with SPSS version 25 program, namely t test, coefficient of determination (R2) and path analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate 1) there is a significant influence between communication on motivation, 2) there is a significant influence between work environment variables on motivation, 3) there is a significant but not significant effect between motivational variables on performance, 4) there is a significant but not significant effect between communication variables on performance, 5) there is a significant influence between work environment variables on performance, 6) motivation variables can affect communication variables on performance, 7) motivational variables can affect work environment variables on performance. The ability of communication variables, work environment and motivation in explaining employee performance at Royal Prima Hospital Medan is 72.9%, while the remaining 27.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Technological advancements fueled by the internet revolution have transformed the financial services industry's image, resulting in modifications to electronic financial services. These service changes can be seen in almost all forms of financial services, such as banking, insurance, and stock trading, which are carried out using electronic media, such as E-wallets services. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of the Millennial class for digital wallet applications in terms of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, social influence. This study utilized a quantitative method using exploratory surveys and online questionnaires, as well as a literature and field research design. For data analysis, this research uses the Smart PLS application with the PLS-SEM approach oriented. Data was collected using non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling approach, yielding a sample size of 146 respondents for this research. This research provides information about the behavior of using digital wallet applications, which are significantly influenced by perceived ease of use, trust, and social influence. Furthermore, the Perceived Usefulness factor does not significantly impact the behavior of using digital wallet applications. These findings highlight the importance of trust as a motivator for customers when utilizing an E-Wallet application. It is preferable to expand the number of study samples in order to appropriately generalize findings, as well as to include research factors that are believed to influence behavioral intention to use. This research will look at the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived utility, trust, and social influence on Generation Millennial behavior when it comes to using digital wallets.
