Abstract

Krisis pangan menghantui kehidupan masyarakat dunia. Indonesia sebagai negara agraris juga mulai mengalami krisis pangan, rendahnya tingkat produksi padi nasional yang diindikasikan dengan tingginya tingkat impor beras menjadi dasar pemikiran perlunya diversifikasi sebagai upaya pencapaian ketahanan pangan. Hasil tanaman pangan Provinsi Bengkulu masih produktif, antara lain terdiri dari empat bahan pangan pokok sumber karbohidrat, yaitu beras, jagung, ubi kayu, dan ubi jalar. Untuk itu di daerah produksi ditentukan perilaku dan karakteristik produksinya. Tujuan: menetapkan faktor penentu penawaran bahan pangan pokok sumber karbohidrat. Aplikasi multinomal logit models digunakan untuk mendapatkan pilihan terbaik dari empat bahan pangan pokok sumber karbohidrat. Hasil: dalam menentukan pilihan diversifikasi komoditi tanaman pangan, faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah luas lahan, penggunaan bibit, pupuk urea, pupuk TSP, pestisida decis, dan tenaga kerja. Abstract

Pembelajaran Science, Technology, engineering, Art and Mathematic (STEAM) memiliki efek positif pada pembelajaran anak. Metode STEAM dalam pembelajaran mampu melatih peserta didik baik secara kognitif, keterampilan, maupun afektif. Tujuan yang akan dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya sebuah model pembelajaran bermuatan STEAM yang dapat diterapkan di satuan PAUD. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian pengembangan atau research and development dengan responden pengelola dan guru PAUD di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil kuesioner disimpulkan bahwa indikator yang menjadi tolok ukur keterbacaan kurikulum bermuatan STEAM. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru setelah dilakukan ujicoba operasional model pengembangan kurikulum PAUD berbasis STEAM pada subjek penelitian yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Along with the increasingly diverse demand in the field of daily food needs, especially for food, the snack food business is a business opportunity for PKK mothers to support their household economy. To increase knowledge and skills in running a food snack business, PKK mothers need entrepreneurship training in various healthy food snacks. This causes some PKK mothers to be constrained by limited knowledge in making various contemporary snack foods that are following market demand, have not been able to calculate capital or the cost of goods, and do not understand how to sell online. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on making various healthy snack foods for PKK mothers, calculating the cost of goods produced, and providing training on promotional and marketing techniques online. The results of this activity are: 1) The knowledge and skills of the trainees' mothers in making various healthy snacks increased, 2) The trainee mothers were able to calculate the cost of goods produced and set the selling price of products, increased knowledge and skills in online-based marketing, were able to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of PKK mothers, the household food consumption of PKK mothers of the training participants was increasingly diverse,  and the mothers of the trainees as a whole were satisfied with this service activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost, revenue, income and feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation in Bengkulu City. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, income analysis, and business efficiency. The results showed that the average total costs incurred in 4 months of production amounted to IDR 12,743,758/MT or IDR 249,877/MT/m² which consists of fixed costs (tool depreciation costs and kumbung depreciation) and variable costs (baglog production, baglog purchases, labor wages, plastic packaging and firewood costs), the average revenue obtained is IDR 19,264. 500/MT or IDR 377,500/MT/m². The average income earned is IDR 6,520,742/MT or IDR 127,857/MT/m². Oyster mushroom cultivation in Bengkulu City is feasible with an R/C value of 1.5.

Abstract

Namar Farm Hydroponics is a business that cultivates vegetables using a hydroponic system, so the impact on investment and production costs is more significant than that of the conventional vegetable cultivation process. This research aims to analyze the performance of the Namar Farm Hydroponic vegetable business in Rejang Lebong Regency, which includes financial aspects (financial perspective) and non-financial aspects (perspective, customers, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective). The research location was determined deliberately or purposively, and the analysis used was a balanced scorecard (BSC). The results showed that (1) the financial aspect, from a financial perspective, scored 50% in the sufficient category. The average profit per month received by the Namar Farm Hydroponics business is Rp. 6,373,800.75. The R/C Ratio value is 1.68, while the BEP value in Rupiah is Rp. 3,740,649.13. (2) In the non-financial aspect, it is categorized as sufficient with a score of 50%. The following is the score for each perspective. From the customer perspective, it is known that the Namar Farm Hydroponic customer satisfaction score is 76.2 (satisfied). From the internal business process perspective, it is 82.66% with the category "good." From the learning and growth perspective, employees' satisfaction with the Namar Farm Hydroponics business is 80%, and they are "satisfied." In comparison, the retention of workers is 50% (less), so the performance from the learning and growth perspective is categorized as "adequate." (3) The results of the overall performance measurement using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method in the Namar Farm Hydroponics business obtained a score of 50% with the "enough" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer attitudes and behavior, level of product importance and performance, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty to RANTAU ground coffee in Argamakmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The place where the research was carried out was in the RANTAU ground coffee business in ArgaMakmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. In this study the data consists of secondary data and primary data. Primary data is taken by direct observation of the production process, interviews with customers of Rantau ground coffee, based on a list of questions or questionnaires that have been prepared. The secondary data in this study consisted of an overview of the RANTAU ground coffee business obtained directly from the RANTAU ground coffee business actor, books related to consumer behavior, satisfaction, and loyalty, previous research journals that have been published, both online and online. not online related to research. The research sample, namely consumers of RANTAU ground coffee, was taken by accidental sampling. The data analysis method used quantitative analysis method, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, and to analyze the level of consumer loyalty using the Loyalty Pyramid. The results of the study are consumer attitudes and behavior in making decisions to consume RANTAU ground coffee for reasons of good taste with an average frequency of consuming the product 3 times a day, the number of last purchases an average of 0.25 kilos. Consumers are satisfied with the product and intend to return to consume the product. If the product is not available at the location of purchase, consumers will go elsewhere to buy RANTAU ground coffee products. The measurement of product attribute performance with IPA from RANTAU coffee powder products, must be improved or improved, the attribute performance is the expiration date that has not been listed on the product. On average, consumers are satisfied with the RANTAU ground coffee business. Consumer satisfaction of RANTAU ground coffee is 66% which shows that consumers are satisfied overall. RANTAU ground coffee consumers are already in the loyal category because the value of consumers who are disloyal / like to switch coffee brands or switcher buyers (34%) is smaller than the value of consumers who are loyal to buying Rantau ground coffee or Committed buyers (66%).

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantation commodities in Indonesia which has quite high economic value among other plantation commodities such as cocoa and tea. Ulubelu District is one of the largest coffee producing areas in Lampung Province with a land area of 7,549 hectares with a production capacity of 4,970 tons/year which has the potential to produce 7.8 tons/year of coffee fruit skin waste. So there is a need for a solution to process coffee fruit skin waste into a product that has sales value and use value for the community. The aim of this community service activity is as an alternative to increasing community knowledge and skills in utilizing local potential into local products. The method applied in this service is to carry out several stages such as pre-activity, outreach, implementation and evaluation of activities. The result of carrying out this service activity is an increase in the community's knowledge and skills in utilizing and processing the potential of coffee fruit skin waste into healthy and quality compost. Apart from that, the aim of carrying out this service is to create a new business community so that it can improve community welfare from the community's ability to utilize local potential into local products that have marketable value.

Abstract

This study aims to: compile the financial reports of Jaya Mandiri BUMDes in Jambu Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency in accordance with Indonesian Financial Standards, to: analyze the financial performance of Jaya Mandiri BUMDes in Jambu Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is the balance sheet to find out exactly how much assets, debts and capital it has at a certain time. Profit and loss report to find out profit and loss in the financial statements. The liquidity ratio (Liquidity Ratio) for the company's ability to meet short-term (debt) obligations. Current Ratio (Current Ratio) to measure the company's ability to pay short-term obligations or debts that are due soon when billed as a whole. Solvency Ratio (Leverage Ratio) to measure the extent to which the company's assets are financed with debt. The ratio of debt to assets (Debt to Assets Ratio) to determine the company's ability to pay off all of its debts guaranteed by the amount of the company's assets. Debt to Equity Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio) to show what part of the capital is collateral for cooperative debt or illustrates the extent to which the owner's capital can cover debts to outsiders. Rentability Ratio (Rentability Ratio) to see the company's ability to earn profits in relation to sales, total assets, and own capital. Net Profit Margin (Net Profit Margin) to show the company's net income from sales. Return On Equity (ROE) to compare the Remaining Results of Operations with the amount of Capital. The results of the analysis of financial statements on net profit obtained the highest net profit in 2019 with a value of Rp. 18,207,525 whereas in 2018 with the lowest net profit value it only reached Rp. 4,845,625, the balance sheet obtained the highest total assets and liabilities in 2019 of Rp. 151,207,525 and the lowest in 2017 was Rp. 51,654,375. Based on the results of the analysis of financial performance on the calculation of the net profit margin in the last 5 years, the net profit margin has fluctuated with very good criteria. quite good because the use of business capital is appropriate enough to generate profits.

Abstract

Ground coffee is a drink that has become a lifestyle nowadays. Ground coffee is made from processed coffee that is roasted and then processed to become coffee powder. Currently, the number of requests for ground coffee products is quite high in the market. The aims of this study were to 1) analyze the level of purchase of ground coffee by households in North Curup District, 2) analyze what factors influence the level of purchase of ground coffee by households in North Curup District. The method used to determine the location of this study is purposive or intentional with the consideration that in Curup Utara District there are several coffee production businesses. Respondents were determined by the Accidental Sampling method and obtained as many as 96 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study, 1) The level of ground coffee purchases by Curup Utara District is in the low category, with an average purchase of 872.4 grams/month, 2) The factor that has a significant effect is the household income variable. While the variables of the number of adult family members, education level, consumer age and perceptions of the product have no significant effect on the purchase level of ground coffee in Curup Utara District

Abstract

Bengkulu City has abundant fishery resources, with total fishery yields reaching 32,757 tons. UMKM play an important role in local economic growth, one of which is Evi Tenggiri UMKM, which focuses on ground fish products. Problems in UMKM, such as the unknown influence of marketing to support the success of UMKM. This study aims to analyze the effect of the 4P marketing mix on purchasing decisions for ground mackerel at Evi Tenggiri UMKM. The research location was chosen purposively. Data was obtained from consumers who had bought ground mackerel, with a total sample of 96 respondents determined using the Lemeshow technique. The analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively with multiple linear regression to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In addition, classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing were carried out to ensure the validity of the model. The F test results obtained that the product, price, place, and promotion variables simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. The t test results for product and price variables show an influence on purchasing decisions. The t test results for the place and promotion variables have no effect on purchasing decisions.
