Abstract

Wisata Ulu Musi Trokon merupakan lokasi wisata yang dikelola oleh BUMDES yang terletak di Desa Cawang Lama. Potensi sektor pertanian di Desa Cawang Lama cukup menjanjikan selain padi dan kopi juga terdapat tanaman aren. Tanaman aren merupakan tanaman serba guna yang keseluruhan pohonnya dapat dimanfaatkan. Olahan produk yang dihasilkan dari tanaman aren yaitu gula aren dan kolang kaling.  Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu : observasi awal untuk mengetahui potensi sumberdaya local yang ada di Desa Cawang Lama, koordinasi dengan pemerintah Desa setempat terkait jadwal pelaksanaan kegiatan, kegiatan sosialisasi dengan melibatkan pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Cawang Lama dan memaparkan potensi yang ada dan memaparkan ide yang akan dikembangkan di Desa Cawang Lama. Hasil Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini memberikan pengetahuan baru pada pelaku usaha, dengan pemanfaatan sumber daya local yang ada di Desa Cawang Lama. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi di lapangan diketahui bahwa masih terdapat beberapa potensi local yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan oleh-oleh khas yang berasal dari Wisata Ulu Musi Trokon yaitu produk olahan tanaman aren. hasil olahan arenyang dapat diolah menjadi produk oleh-oleh khas WIsata Ulu Musi Trokon yaitu kolang kaling. Hasil olahan produk dapat dijadikan sebagai oleh-oleh khas Wisata Ulu Musi Trokon

Abstract

Rejang Lebong Regency, as one of the espresso makers in Bengkulu Area, with the potential for very high espresso creation, upholds youthful business people to be imaginative by opening bistros or also called cafés. One of the bistro areas that is very renowned and has a genuinely essential area is the establishment café. Pondasi Coffee Shop has its own appeal, beginning from the inside of the room, to the cost of espresso which is reasonable for youngsters. Establishment Café is overseen by a gathering of millennial youth who can foster their business by really buckling down together, espresso costs start from Rp. 10,000-Rp. ,33,000 with the expectation of complimentary stopping expenses. The establishment bistro gives espresso drinks as well as furnishes snacks with costs beginning from Rp. 10,000-Rp. 15,000 is truly reasonable for the present youngsters. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of sustainable social entrepreneurship on economic inclusivity in rural areas of Indonesia, using a quantitative analysis with 125 respondents and data processed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that sustainable social entrepreneurship significantly influences economic inclusivity through key factors, including access to resources, equitable opportunities, participation in economic activities, and income distribution. The model explains 68% of the variance in economic inclusivity, indicating strong predictive power. These results emphasize the transformative potential of social entrepreneurship in addressing socio-economic disparities and fostering equitable growth in rural Indonesia. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of inclusive development and provides actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to promote sustainable rural economies.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of changes in subsidized fertilizer distribution policies and the use of biopesticides on the productivity of chili plants in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a sample of 85 chili farmers. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire (1-5) and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results revealed that both subsidized fertilizer policies and biopesticide usage significantly and positively influenced chili productivity, explaining 53% of the productivity variance. Descriptive statistics indicated moderate to high levels of satisfaction with fertilizer policies and biopesticide effectiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of integrated policy measures to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. Recommendations include improving fertilizer distribution systems and promoting biopesticide awareness among farmers.

Abstract

Multiple linear regression analysis with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + b3x3 + e is used to assess the variables that influence marketing margins. The marketing channel for gerga oranges in Rimbo Pengadang Village has 3 channel patterns, namely: farmers → retailers at village level → consumers, farmers → urban-level retailers → consumers, farmers → retailers at city level → consumers. It is well recognized that the three variables of sales volume, selling price, and marketing costs all influence marketing margins at the same time, resulting in a coefficient of multiple linear determinatio.
