The village is the smallest part of the government structure that exists in the government structure in Indonesia. The village has the authority to plan development to advance and improve the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of village-owned enterprises in the economy of the Padang Lawas district community in 2017 – 2020, to analyze the economic empowerment of the Padang Lawas district community in 2017 – 2020 in terms of Islamic Economic Perspective. This research method uses a quantitative approach with panels and uses the help of the e-views version 10.0 program. This study used a sample of 128 respondents. The results of the study show that the role of bumdes is very influential in empowering the community's economy, empowering the community's economy in 2017-2020.

This experiment aims to determine the effect of the combination of palm oil waste residue / Palm Kernel Meal (PKM) and pulp out as a growth medium for the cultivation and production of maggot (Hermetia illucens) which can be used as an alternative to fish feed. Media culture is a combination of material experiments 4 kg PKM (100%) and pulp out (0%) treatment A, 3 kg PKM (75%) and 1 kg pulp out (25%) treatment B, 2 kg PKM (50%) and 2 kg of pulp out (50%) treatment C, and 1 kg of PKM (25%) and 3 kg of pulp out (75%) treated D. All of these treatments using a container closed the outdoors. Each container treatment added as much as 5.2 liters of fresh water, then stirred evenly. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and LSD test.The results of the analysis of the experiment 21 days for growth are not significantly different (P <0.05). The average value of the best treatment in A (weight 0.18 ± 0.68 g/individul and length 17.26 ± 1.06 mm), followed by treatment B. (weight 0.17 ± 0.68 g/individual and length of 17.07 ± 1.06 mm), C (weight 0.17 ± 0.68 g/individual and 17.04 ± 1.06 mm of length) and the lowest in the D (0.16 ± 0.68 g/individual and 16.98 ± 1.06 mm). While the yield significantly different (P <0.05), the best biomass production of 1.66 ± 0.1/kg for A, in the lowest treatment 0.57±0.13/kg inD.Keywords: organic materials and cultivation maggot

Performances Analysis of Exports and Imports of Livestock Commodities in South Sulawesi M. Ridwan; I. M. Saleh; A. Fitriani

This research aim was to evaluate performance of South Sulawesi Province in the implementation of export and import of livestock commodities using such indicators asthe value of export and import, the share value of export, trade balance and ratio. The study was conducted in the Department of Industry and Trade, the Center Statistics Agency, and the Customs and Excise Duty of Makassarusing a combinaton of interview method and literature review.Research results showed that export import performance has improved as indicated by an increase export volume andvalue of livestock commodities, a decrease import volume and value of livestock commodities.The positive trade balance was an indicator of trade domination of livestock commodities, and fluctuated ratio of trading with a tendency to increase. One aspectthat did not show an improvement compared to other non-oil export value of South Sulawesi was export share of livestock commodities.

This study aims to determine the friction in demand trends and the factors that cause a friction in consumer demand for local and import offal-good ex-Australia in the traditional markets of Makassar. Purposes of this research is for information and reference for our stakeholders on demand of local and import offal-good ex-Australia in the traditional markets of Makassar.The results of this study indicate that factors that cause a friction in demand for local and import offal-good ex-Australia are: product quality, affordability, accessibility and just try. Selection of local offal-good generally caused by factors of product quality (30.00%). While the types of import offal-good ex-Australia is commonly caused by the affordability of the price (39.00%). The trend friction in consumer demand switching from local offal-good type to import offal-good ex- Australia type can be seen from the degree of acquisition and loss. The results showed that the types of Local Offal-Good decreased from 47% to 42.33%. While the types of Import Offal-Good ex-Australia have increased from 53% to 57.33%. From these findings to forecast trends Import Offal-Good ex-Australia will dominate market share Offal-Good in the Traditional Market of Makassar.

PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP IBU DAN PERAN PETUGAS KESEHATAN SEBAGAI FAKTOR DALAM MENINGKATKAN CAKUPAN IMUNISASI HEPATITIS B DI KOTA JAMBI Irwandi Rachman; Maya Handayani; M. Ridwan

Penyakit hepatitis merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia termasuk di Indonesa. Virus Hepatitis B telah menginfeksi sejumlah 2 milyar orang di dunia, sekitar 240 juta orang di antaranya menjadi pengidap Hepatitis B kronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian imunisasi Hepatitis B pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 65 orang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pemberian imunisasi Hepatitis B pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan tergolong tidak lengkap (66,2%), pengetahuan ibu tergolong kurang baik (63,1%), sikap ibu tergolong negatif (56,9% )dan peran petugas kesehatan tergolong kurang baik (64,6%). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi square menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu (p=0,000), sikap ibu (p=0,008), dan peran petugas kesehatan (p=0,000) dengan pemberian imunisasi hepatitis B pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap ibu dan peran petugas terhadap pemberian imunisasi Hepatitis B pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi tahun 2015.

Pendidikan kesehatan tentang HIV dan AIDS bagi remaja sangat penting dilakukan karena angka kejadian HIV dan AIDS mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Dari 65 juta remaja hanya 20,6% yang memiliki pengetahuan komprehensif tentang HIV dan AIDS. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode peer group terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan komprehensif siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimen dengan pretest and post-test control group design. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa SMAN 11 Kota Jambi. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan besar sampel 70 siswa. Kelompok intervensi diberikan intervensi dengan metode peer group sedangkan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi intervensi metode peer group (metode ceramah). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t dependent dan uji t independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan (p=0,000) skor mean pengetahuan siswa setelah diberikan metode peer group dengan pre-test (12,485 ± 2,33) dan post-test (21,685 ± 3,25). Pengetahuan pre-test kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p=0,959). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan (p=0,013) rata-rata skor pengetahuan antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol setelah diberikan intervensi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh metode peer group terhadap peningkatan pengetahun komprehensif siswa.

The objectives of the study were to identify potency for development and possibilities for empowerment of small scale livestock product processing industries located in Bogor regency. A field survey has been conducted to collect information and data from some small scale industries which process different animal products of meat, milk, skin, bone, feather and slaughter house. Data collected included: human resources, capital, technology adapted, organization, product, marketing, government support, raw materials and market competitor. Data was analyzed by using the methods of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy NN – MCDM (Non Numeric Multi Criteria Decision Making). The results found that the most potency for development of small scale industry for animal product processing were the industries processing meat and milk. The most important aspect needed for empowerment was marketing.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya aktivitas latihan mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIK UNP angkatan 2017, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan fisik dan keterampilan cabang olahraga yang digelutinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas latihan sehari-hari mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIK UNP angkatan 2017 ditinjau dari frekuensi, intensitas, durasi, serta cara (mode) latihan. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan metode survei. Populasi berjumlah 261 orang mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIK UNP Angkatan 2017. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh mahasiswa yang dijadikan sampel. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Frekuensi latihan mahasiswa diperoleh tingkat capaian sebesar 43,75% berada pada kategori kurang, dengan rata-rata mahasiswa melakukan aktivitas latihan sebanyak 2 kali dalam seminggu. 2) Intensitas latihan dengan tingkat capaian sebesar 52,08%, dengan rata-rata mahasiswa melakukan aktivitas latihan intensitas sedang, berdasarkan jenis dan tujuan latihannya. 3) Durasi (waktu) latihan diperoleh tingkat capaian sebesar 47,46% berada pada kategori cukup, dengan rata-rata melakukan aktivitas latihan selama 30-45 menit dalam satu kali latihan. Cara (mode) latihan dengan tingkat capaian sebesar 40,97%, dengan rata-rata mahasiswa melakukan aktivitas latihan jenis aerobik dan anaerobik secara seimbang.

PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS DESKRIPSI MELALUI MEDIA GAMBAR DI SMA NEGERI 1 TINGGI MONCONG M. Ridwan

This research is intended to describe improving descriptive writing of students class XI MSA Negeri I Tinggi Moncong using picture. Result of the research shows that using learning medium especia.lly picture cam improve tdescriptive writing skill of students class XI SMA Negeri I Tinggi Moncong. The improving is shown by result of action research done using two circles. Pre-action shows that result of descriptive writing skill undertakes many problems. Then, first circle shows that the use of learning medium_ picture_ can improve descriptive writing skill even though it has not been at maximum level yet. Based on result of the research using interval determined, 19 students get score below 65 and 11 students get score above 65. At circle II, no studlents get score below 65, it means all get score above 65. Learning descriptive writing skill achieves students' success above 85 % SKMB ofschool.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tinggi Moncong melalui media gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran khususnya media gambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tinggi Moncong. Peningkatan tersebut tampak pada hasil tindakan penelitian yang telah dilakukan melalui dua siklus. Pratindakan menunjukkan hasil menulis karangan deskripsi yang kurang dengan berbagai kendala. Selanjutnya, siklus I menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran media gambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis namun belum maksimal. Dari hasil penilaian berdasarkan interval nilai yang ditetapkan, 19 orang siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah 65 dan 11 orang siswa mendapatkan nilai di atas 65. Pada siklus II, Pemerolehan nilai siswa bahwa tidak ada siswa yang memperoleh di bawah 65, sedangkan keseluruhan siswa memperoleh 65 ke atas. Pembelajaran menulis karangan deskripsi diukur keberhasilan siswa mencapai nilai rata-rata di atas 85% sebagai SKBM sekolah.
