Abstract

In this journal, the author will examine and analyze the practice of dividing inheritance at the Inhil Peduli Tembilahan foundation, which uses Islamic legal sources instead of avoiding inheritance law using the Islamic law method but using the grant method. In the process of making this journal, the author uses a qualitative approach and a library method in which the author obtains data through interviews, observation, documentation and collects material through books and several other online media. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, the distribution of inheritance at the Inhil Cares Tembilahan foundation does not use the Islamic law method but uses the practice of grants. In terms of dividing this inheritance, the kyai, ustadz and ustadzah who have fields of knowledge turn a lot away from the Qur'an and Sunnah but rather for the priority of the people or what is also known as maslahah mursalah, where the goal is to avoid disputes and conflicts as well as problems around the kyai's family and the foundation itself. And in the distribution of inheritance, the implementation is based on what has been agreed upon by all related parties and has a relationship and is carried out for maslahah mursalah for many people.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practice of distributing inheritance (inheritance) based on Islamic law in Muslim society. Pekan Arba Village RT. 01/ RW. 01 was used as the location for this research. Namely how the people of Pekan Arba Village, who are predominantly Muslim, apply Islamic inheritance law in the midst of their lives. The method used in this research is empirical sociological research by going directly to the community through interviews with several figures and the community in Pekan Arba RT. 01/ RW. 01. The data from the interviews were then analyzed and processed using the descriptive diductive method. This research can then be concluded that the practice of dividing inheritance based on Islamic inheritance law in the Pekan Araba Village RT 01/ RW 01 community is still relatively low. Therefore, there must be efforts from the sub-district government or local religious leaders so that the community has legal awareness that as a Muslim, carrying out inheritance distribution based on Islamic inheritance law is an obligation.

Abstract

Distribution of inheritance is one of the important things in Islamic law. In addition, scholars often discuss and study this issue from the classical period to the present. So it can be seen that the division of inheritance is a complex thing to study. This study aims to analyze the systematics or procedures for the process of distributing inheritance in the Sabilal IX community. The analytical method used in this study is the interview method to find empirical information or field facts about people's understanding of the distribution of inheritance. There are various forms of distribution of inheritance, especially in the Sabilal IX community that we encountered, such as, distribution of inheritance according to Islamic law, equal distribution and there are some communities that distribute inheritance before the testator dies, and there are those who do not distribute inheritance at all. Therefore, there is a need for a deeper understanding to study the procedures for distributing inheritance assets according to Islamic law in the community, especially in the scope of Sabilal IX where the majority are Muslim communities. As a Muslim, using Islamic inheritance law in dividing inheritance is an obligatory thing to do. Because the provisions for heirs have been stipulated in the Qur'an, making it easier to distribute inheritance in society.

Abstract

Islamic law covers all aspects of human life, both in this world and in the hereafter. As is well known, the rules of Allah in the form of Islamic law have been categorized by experts into two major groups. First, the law of 'ibadah, which is a rule concerning the relationship between man and his creator (Hablumminallah). Second, the law of mu'amalat, which concerns the legal system of relations between fellow humans and the surrounding nature (Hablumminannas). Among the laws governing human relations with others that have been determined by Allah is one of them inheritance. Before the distribution of inheritance property, the family must carry out obligations including organizing the corpse, paying off debts and wills. For this reason, the Ad-Da’wah death pillar was formed to make it easier for families to fulfill their obligations in organizing the corpse. The Ad-Da’wah death association was formed in 2016 and until now the Ad-Da’wah death association is still running with 300 members. The law of inheritance must be distributed to the heirs if the property owned is still remaining. The division of inheritance is divided into three ways, the first is the division of inheritance according to Islam, the division of inheritance based on customary law and based on western law or the Civil Code. As a Muslim, we should use Islamic inheritance law in the distribution of inheritance as stated in the Qur'an.

Abstract

The Beringin Indah Permai Housing Association for Death is a community association in the Beringin Indah Permai housing area and its surroundings which was formed to facilitate and assist its members in organizing matters related to death cases. The Beringin Indah Permai Housing Society currently has 153 members, and has entered its second leadership period. This death association is responsible for the process of handling the body when a death occurs in its operational area, starting from washing the body, preparing the shroud, praying for the body, making the coffin, to digging the grave. This research aims to find out how far Islamic inheritance law has been implemented by members at the Beringin Indah Permai Housing Society in 2022. To obtain accurate data, the research was carried out based on deductive descriptive characteristics. This research, which uses empirical sociological methods, succeeded in obtaining data through interview observations and various literature. Referring to the research results, it was found that Islamic inheritance law has not been implemented properly and completely in the scope of death at the Beringin Indah Permai Housing Complex. Most of the distribution of inheritance within the scope of death at Beringin Indah Permai Housing does not use Islamic inheritance law in its implementation

Abstract

This article describes the implementation of lecturer service in providing scientific writing training material for students of Universitas Islam Indragiri, STMIK Indragiri, and STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. This training is important to add insight into scientific writing techniques in this case writing scientific articles in scientific journals. The partner's problem is that there are still many students who find it difficult to compile or make good scientific articles. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to make it easier for students and increase their understanding because they will not be separated from writing scientific papers. The implementation of this activity is hybrid (online and offline) and uses lecture and practice methods or accompanied independent assignments for several weeks. The participants who participated in this training were 76 students. This training was welcomed enthusiastically by partners, namely students from 3 (three) universities in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This service activity shows its success, it is proven that there are several students who have succeeded in collaborating in writing scientific papers in the form of journal articles that have been successfully published in several unaccredited and accredited national journals. This means that the proof of performance from the results of this assisted self-assignment is the achievement of the success of this activity. Furthermore, it is recommended to conduct continuous training to hone students' abilities in writing and creating scientific papers.

Abstract

Hukum waris Islam adalah aturan yang menentukan siapa yang berhak dan tidak berhak mewarisi, serta bagian mana yang diterima oleh setiap ahli waris dan cara pembagiannya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, hukum ini sangat diperhatikan karena pembagian warisan antar ahli waris saling berhubungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman hukum waris Islam oleh 25 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan semester III tahun 2021. Metode penelitian lapangan (empiris) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sementara itu, metode pengumpulan data digunakan melalui Google Forms atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mencapai beberapa kesimpulan, seperti berikut: 1. Mahasiswa memahami hukum waris Islam secara keseluruhan 76,9%; kesadaran akan pentingnya memahami hukum waris Islam 100%; dan 3. Mahasiswa yang kesulitan belajar hukum waris Islam 53,8%. 4. Penerapan hukum waris Islam dalam keluarga dan masyarakat 53,8%.

Abstract

Hukum kewarisan Islam merupakan suatu bagian yang diajarkan oleh agama Islam untuk seluruh umat Islam dalam pembagian warisan, tetapi pada kenyataannya hukum kewarisan Islam masih banyak umat muslim yang tidak mengetahui bahkan mendalami tentangnya. Para muslim sekarang lebih memilih menggunakan hukum adat istiadat yang telah berlaku dan berkembang di kehidupan masyarakat, jarang ditemukan penerapan pembagian hukum waris Islam pada saat pembagian harta warisan hal ini dapat disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang aturan dan ajaran pada hukum waris Islam. Dalam jurnal ini penulis melakukan penelitian tentang bagaimana tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa/i terhadap hukum waris islam program studi Ilmu Hukum, Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Islam Indragiri (UNISI) Semester lllangaktan 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini, penulis mengharapkan mahasiswa/i agar memahami pembagian warisan dalam agama Islam untuk menghindari perpecahan atau konflik antar masyarakat maupun keluarga. Penulisan artikel ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, dengan membagikan kuesioner berupa Google From kepada Mahasiswa/i fakultas hukum angkatan 2021 semester lll. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menemukan hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Mengenai pemahaman mahasiswa/i terhadap hokum –hukum waris Islam mencapai 52,6%. 2. Mengenai pentingnya bagi mahasiswa/i memahami hukum waris mencapai 100%. 3. Mengenai Kendala dalam mempelajari hukum waris Islam mencapai 63,2%. 4. Mengenai tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa/i setelah mengikuti matkul hukum waris islam selama 1 semester mencapai 63,2%. 5. Mengenai minatnya mahasiswa/i terhadap hukum waris islam mencapai 78,9%. 6. Mengenai penerapan hukum waris islam di keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar itu mencapai 57,6%. 7. Mengenai yang paling dominan diterapkan dalam pembagian waris adalah 78,9% hukum waris islam.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang inovasi produk penghimpunan dana yang diterapkan oleh bank syariah, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui analisis terhadap berbagai produk, seperti mudharabah, musyarakah, dan wadiah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan buku-buku, jurnal, dan publikasi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tentang Inovasi Produk Penghimpunan Dana di Perbankan Syariah: Solusi Keuangan Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis, diinterpretasikan, dan digeneralisasi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis inovasi produk penghimpunan dana di perbankan syariah, yang meliputi mudharabah, musyarakah, dan sukuk ritel. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi ini berhasil menarik minat masyarakat, terbukti dengan peningkatan jumlah nasabah dan penghimpunan dana. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, disarankan untuk memperkuat edukasi dan sosialisasi, mengembangkan platform digital, dan berkolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan. Alhasil, produk inovatif ini tak hanya meningkatkan penggalangan dana, namun juga berkontribusi pada stabilitas sistem keuangan, dengan mengurangi risiko likuiditas dan meningkatkan diversifikasi sumber pendanaan.

Abstract

Mentoring for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who are broomstick artisans in Tembong Village, Cipocok Jaya District, was carried out as an effort to improve product quality and expand competitiveness in local and regional markets. This activity was motivated by low product innovation, limited business management knowledge, and minimal marketing strategies used by artisans. The mentoring method was carried out through several stages, namely needs analysis, training to improve production quality, product design and packaging development, business management training, and mentoring on digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the activity showed an increase in artisan skills in producing higher quality broomsticks, more attractive product packaging, and a better understanding of business management and online marketing. This mentoring is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs who are broomstick artisans, open wider market opportunities, and support sustainable local economic development in Tembong Village, Cipocok Jaya District.
