Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is an impact of the teacher competency, learning tools and work motivation toward certified teacher working performance at SMP sub Rayon 01 in Bandar Lampung in 2013/2014 academic year. Methodology used in this research is verificative description with expost facto approach and survey. Teacher population in this research is 124 teachers with number of respondent chosen based on Nomogram Harry King formula as 101 teachers. To test hypothesis 1,2 and 3 the researcher is using a simple regression and for hypothesis 4 using multiple linier regression. The result of analysis show that: (1) there is an impact of competence of teachers toward certified teacher performance, (2) there is an impact of learning tools toward certified teacher performance, (3) there is an impact of working motivation on certified teacher performance, (4) there are impacts of competence of teacher, learning tools, and working motivation on certified teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi guru, sarana belajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 124 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Nomogram Harri King sebanyak 101 orang guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) Ada pengaruh sarana belajar terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) Ada pengaruh kompetensi guru sarana belajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci: kinerja, kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, sarana belajar.

Abstract

This reseach aimed to determine the level of critical thinking skills of Economic Education students at Universitas Lampung in the 2021/2022 academic year through a problem based learning model. The ability to think critically is one indicator of intelligence that must be possessed by every individual in facing the era of society 5.0, in an effort to respond to various challenges in the midst of social life. The population in this study were 256 students with a sample size of 144 students, which was obtained by using the Isaac-Michael formula. Methods of data collection used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of applying the problem based learning model on increasing students' critical thinking skills, which was 66.5% and the rest was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the comparison of students' critical thinking skill by using cooperative learning model between think pair share type and probing prompting type on economics subjects. This research used quasi-experimental research design with comparative approach. The population of this research was the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung in the academic year of 2019/2020. The research took two classes as the sample and they were XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 which consisted of 56 students. The sample of this research used a saturated sample which means that the sample was taken from the entire population of 56 students. An observation, interview, documentation and test of students’ critical thinking skill were administered to collect the data. The data were analyzed by using independent two sample t-test and an analysis of the effectiveness of the learning model (NGain). The result of this research showed that the thitung ttabel (12,376 2,005). It means that there was a significant difference of the students' critical thinking skill between students were taught by using learning model of think pair share type and students were taught by using learning model of probing prompting type.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa saat ini yang biasa disebut dengan “digital native” merupakan individu yang tidak mungkin dilepaskan dari teknologi komunikasi. Pembelajaran dengan tidak memperhatikan perkembangan peserta didik dapat menyebabkan mismatch antara tujuan dan hasil yang dicapai. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu kunci sukses dalam pembelajaran. Agar pembelajaran berjalan efektif dan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang baik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik materi, lingkungan dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kebutuhan media pembelajaran digital mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Lampung. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan metode penelitian expost facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi sangat membutuhkan media pembelajaran digital. Kata kunci: Mahasiswa, Media Pembelajaran, Media Pembelajaran Digital ABSTRACTToday's students who are commonly referred to as "digital native" are individuals who cannot be separated from communication technology. Learning by not paying attention to the development of students can cause a mismatch between the objectives and the results obtained. Learning media is one of the keys to success in learning. In order for learning to run effectively and obtain maximum results, learning media that are appropriate and in accordance with the material, environment and students are needed. This research studies the digital learning media needs of students of the Lampung University Economic Education Study Program. The research conducted is a descriptive verification research with ex post facto research methods and surveys. Abstract

The Effect Of Business Capital Volume And Marketing Strategy Towards Development Of Umkm Through Skills Managerial In Srikaton Village Pringsewu District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business capital volume and marketing strategies on the development of UMKM through managerial skills in Srikaton Village, Pringsewu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto and survey approaches. The sample used in this study is that all UMKM in the village of Srikaton are 37 UMKM. The data collected is processed using path analysis. The analysis shows that there is an influence of business capital volume and marketing strategy on the development of UMKM through managerial skills in Srikaton Village, Pringsewu Regency, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The Effect of Celebrity Endorser, Testimony, and Quality of Service To Consumer Trust in Instagram. This research aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, testimonials, and the service quality on consumer confidence in micro business on social media instagram of Economic Education's students in University of Lampung. The population of this research were all students of Economic Education in year of force 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, totaling 263students. The number of samples in this study amounted to 73 students using the nonprobability sampling method supported by purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an influence of celebrity endorsers, testimonials, and service quality on consumer confidence in micro business on social media Instagram of Economic Education's students in University of Lampung. This can be proven by calculating Fcount Ftable or 6.835 2.74 and the significance value (sig.) α= (0,05) or 0,000 0,05. The coefficient of determination gained 0.229 or 22.9% of consumer trust is influenced by celebrity endorsers, testimonials, and service quality, the remaining 77.1% is influenced by other factorsthat are not included in this research.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Consumer Trust, Quality of Service, Testimony http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v3i2.pp51-58

Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of attribute products , prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase of products smartphone vivo.Methods used is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex post facto capital .Population is student PIPS the 2015-2017, FKIPUniversity  Lampung.Technique the sample collection use non probability of sampling with the methods accidental sampling.The sample of the used 60 respondents.The results of the study showed that there was some influence simultaneously attribute products, prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase smartphone vivo on student P. IPSFKIPUniversity Lampung. Based on the analysis of obtained fhitung 77,249 ftabel 2,77 this demonstrates with multiple linear regression coefficient of determination ( r2 ) 0,805 which means the purchase decision influenced by product attributes, prices and word of mouth communication as much as 80,5 % and 19.5 % influenced by other factors . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone vivo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa jurusan PIPS angkatan 2015-2017, FKIP Universitas Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling denganmetode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone vivo pada mahasiswa jurusan P. IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh Fhitung 77,249 Ftabel 2,77 yang  ditunjukan  dengan regresi linier multiple dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,805 yang berarti keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication sebesar 80,5 % dan 19,5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, atribut produk, harga, word of mouth communication

Abstract

The purpose of this observation was determine the level of student motivation through model STAD application, find the model STAD in enhancing learning activities and determine the STAD model in increasing student learning outcomes. Data Collecting Technique in this research was using, test methods, and observation methods. Based on the analysis and discussion, it could be concluded that: Application of STAD cooperative learning model was by reporting the results of the group work in the group at standards of competency of knowing the social deviation, and understanding the factors that influence. The students application of STAD Cooperative learning model by giving different tasks for each group on the standarts of competency knowing the social deviation, and understanding the factors that influence. Application of STAD Cooperative learning model by giving different tasks for each group and report on the work in batches around between groups of standard of competency know the social deviation, and understanding the factors that influence the students.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui peanerapan model pembelajaran STAD, mengetahui model pembelajaran STAD dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan mengetahui model pembelajaran STAD dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes, dan metode observasi. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative tipe STAD dengan melaporkan hasil kerja kelompok secara berkeliling antar kelompok pada Standar Kompetensi mengenal penyimpangan sosial, pengertian dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa. Tugas yang berbeda untuk setiap kelompok pada Standar Kompetensi mengenal penyimpangan sosial, pengertian dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative tipe STAD dengan pemberian tugas yang berbeda untuk setiap kelompok dan melaporkan hasil kerja kelompok berkeliling antar kelompok pada Standar Kompetensi mengenal penyimpangan sosial, pengertian dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas, hasil belajar ips, motivasi, stad

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know: the difference of students social skills average in Think Pair Square learning model, numbered head together learning model, and conventional learning model. This research  uses quasi experiment method by descriptive and quantitative approached. The design of quasi eksperiment uses post test only non equivalent control group design. The results of this research show that: (1) there are the difference of students social skills average in Think Pair Square learning model, numbered head together learning model, and conventional learning model, (2) The students social skills average in Think Pair Square learning model is better than  numbered head together learning model, (3) The  students social skills average in Think Pair Square learning model is better than conventional learning model, (4) The students social skills average in numbered head together learning model is better than conventional learning model.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perbedaan rata-rata keterampilan sosial pada model pembelajaran Think Pair Square, model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together, dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian menggunakan Quasi Eksperimen secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Post Test Only, Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata keterampilan sosial siswa  pada model pembelajaran Think Pair Square, model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together, dan model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) Rata-rata Keterampilan Sosial Siswa pada Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Square lebih baik dibandingkan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together, (3) Rata-rata keterampilan sosial siswa pada model pembelajaran Think Pair Square lebih baik dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional, (4) Rata-rata keterampilan sosial siswa pada model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together lebih baik dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional.Kata kunci: keterampilan  sosial, numbered head together, pembelajaran konvensional, think pair square

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the use of Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning method to improve students’ learning participations and understanding to Social Science. This research used classroom action approach. The results showed: that students’ learning participations in Social Science learning improved. This was indicated by 18% students having good participations before action and improved significantly into 82.48% at cycle 3, students’ learning understanding on Social Science learning improved. This was indicated by the student’s average mark of 44.22 before action and it improved into 79.96 after cycle, The Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning method was able to improve student’s learning participation, where this learning participation directly was able to improve student’s learning understanding. The conclusion is that the Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning method is able to improve student’s learning participation and understanding.Penelitian ini ingin bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament yang dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman belajar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil yang diperoleh: Partisipasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pengamatan belajar siswa yang berpartisipasi baik pada pra tindakan 18%, dan terjadi peningkatan yang sangat besar pada siklus ke 3 yaitu 81,48 %, pemahaman belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa, pada pra tindakan nilai rata-rata 44,22, pada siklus ke 3 yaitu nilai rata-rata siswa 79,96. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, Sejalan dengan itu, peningkatan partisipasi tersebut secara langsung dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa. Sehingga pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman belajar.
