Abstract

Tujuan dari pendidikan nasional salah satunya yaitu untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik melalui tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu penunjang dari tujuan tersebut adalah adanya sarana dan prasarana dalam pendidikan tersebut. Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana dan prasarana terdapat di dalamnya. Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu komponen dalam sistem pendidikan yang merupakan pusat sumber belajar bagi penyelenggaran pendidikan yang bertujuan mendukung proses belajar mengajar atau pembelajaran mandiri. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2007 Pasal 23 ditetapkan bahwa setiap lembaga pendidikan menyelenggarakan perpustakaan yang memenuhi standar nasional dengan memperhatikan standar nasional pendidikan.

Abstract

Penerapan pengelolaan uang saku sedari dini diharapkan menjadi suatu kebiasaan disiplin keuangan dari dalam diri santri yang kedepan bisa menjadi bekal dalam perbaikan ekonomi di kehidupan kelak. Berbicara tentang sifat hemat tentunya ada kaitannya dengan pengolahan uang saku yang dikelola oleh santri. Penerapan pengelolaan uang saku bagi para santri agar mampu mengelola keuangannya dengan baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari selama menuntut ilmu di pondok pesantren. Oleh karena itu pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap santri dalam mengelola keuangannya. Dengan begitu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan pendampingan terhadap santri dalam mengelola keuangannya sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari di pesantren. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan santri dapat dikatakan berhasil, mulai dari semua tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diikuti santri-santri peserta dampingan dengan adanya antusiasme dan respon positif santri-santri peserta dampingan dalam mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan. Santri-santri peserta dampingan mulai memahami mampu mengelola keuangannya dengan baik.

Abstract

The digital revolution has fundamentally changed the educational paradigm, influencing the way of learning, teaching and interacting in the educational environment. In responding to the challenges and opportunities presented by this technological era, the concept of "Freedom to Learn" emerged as an approach that empowers students to be active and independent in the learning process. This article discusses how the Merdeka Belajar approach can increase students' competitiveness in the technological era by combining the potential of the digital revolution in education. In the initial stage, the article introduces the concept of Merdeka Belajar which places students at the center of the learning process. By giving students the freedom to choose the time, method and learning materials according to their interests and abilities, this approach aims to increase students' motivation, creativity and participation in learning. Next, the article discusses the use of technology in education, including e-learning, learning videos, online learning platforms and educational applications. The use of this technology allows students to access various learning resources more easily, expand the range of knowledge, and increase learning efficiency. Technology integration is key in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and providing an interactive and interesting learning experience for students. In addition, the article highlights the importance of developing digital literacy abilities, technological skills, and an understanding of digital ethics for students in an era of ever-developing technology. Merdeka Belajar plays an important role in helping students hone these skills, so they can be better prepared to face the challenges of the digital world. The article also examines the challenges and obstacles in combining Merdeka Belajar with technology, such as limited access to technology, lack of training for teachers, and concerns about data security . Solutions and strategies to overcome this obstacle are also discussed in the article. In its conclusion, the article underlines the importance of adopting the Independent Learning concept integrated with technology to bring innovation in education. This approach can improve the quality and relevance of learning, prepare students to face the challenges of the technological era, and increase their competitiveness in facing an increasingly digital future.

Abstract

This comprehensive mentoring and training program is designed to transform the traditional knowledge of the community in Junjangan village, Batang Tuaka District about herbal plants into contemporary health solutions. Through a comprehensive educational approach, this program aims to empower people to use herbal plants as an effective and natural alternative treatment. This mentoring includes identification of local knowledge, practical training and ongoing support to ensure appropriate and sustainable implementation. The results of this program show a significant increase in the community's understanding and skills in processing and utilizing herbal plants for health. Apart from that, this program also contributes to the preservation of traditional knowledge and improves the welfare of the people of Junjangan village, Batang Tuaka District, Riau Province. This article provides in-depth insight into the impact of the program as well as the challenges faced in this transformation process.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, have an important role in forming the character, morals and faith of the younger generation in Indonesia. In facing the demands of increasingly modern times, marketing management has become an integral part of the sustainability and development of Islamic boarding schools. This article discusses the importance of marketing management in the context of Islamic boarding schools, as well as the changes and challenges faced in finding a balance between tradition and modernity. Islamic boarding school marketing management involves identifying the target audience, developing an image and brand, utilizing technology, and measuring and evaluating results. Islamic boarding schools must understand who their potential students are, build a positive image, utilize technology, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The main challenge is to maintain traditional values ​​while opening up to elements of modernity. This can be achieved with technology integration, a unified approach, and partnerships with the business world. Proper marketing management allows Islamic boarding schools to remain relevant in educating the younger generation who are religiously and morally strong while remaining competitive in an increasingly modern world.Thus, marketing management in Islamic boarding schools is key to maintaining and enhancing their role in society, helping them move from tradition to modernity with success.

Abstract

Training on handling corpses according to Islamic law is an in-depth activity in a religious and humanitarian context. This article discusses the importance of this training in understanding, respecting and carrying out funeral arrangements in accordance with Islamic teachings. This training provides the basic knowledge, practical skills, and cultural and ethical understanding needed to carry out the task of handling corpses properly. In addition, this article highlights the important benefits of Student Creativity Program (PKM) activities in expanding religious understanding, increasing respect for religious values, and empowering communities to play an active role in funeral services in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Through these efforts, we can create a society that is more aware of their religious practices, respects traditions, and applies Islamic teachings with full respect in the care of corpses.

Abstract

Active, Creative, Innovative and Fun Learning Training (PAIKEM) is a strategy designed to improve the quality of learning through an approach that involves students actively and creatively. This article aims to describe the implementation and results of PAIKEM training for elementary school teachers in Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Training was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The methods used include simulations, group discussions, and practical assistance in class. The results of the training show an increase in teachers' understanding of PAIKEM principles, increased skills in applying creative methods, and increased student participation in the learning process. This training makes a significant contribution to the development of teacher competence and the quality of learning in elementary schools. To ensure the sustainability of the impact of training, continued assistance and synergy between schools, government and the education community is needed.

Abstract

Abacus skills training has been identified as an effective method for improving students' basic mathematics abilities and mental calculation skills. This article discusses the implementation of Abacus skills training for teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Bandar Lampung City with the aim of improving the quality of basic mathematics teaching. In the context of MIN, this training is considered relevant to develop teachers' potential in teaching mathematics and improve students' ability to understand mathematical concepts better. This article also describes the steps for implementing Abacus skills training at MIN and its benefits in improving the quality of mathematics learning at this Islamic educational institution

Abstract

This abstract discusses the role of AI as a driver of innovation in future education. AI is capable of analyzing big data and providing deep insights into student learning patterns, preferences, and individual needs. By leveraging advanced data analysis technologies, AI can construct a unique learning profile for each student, creating a personalized learning experience. In addition, AI also contributes to the development of innovative curriculum and learning materials. With its ability to identify students' weaknesses and strengths in real time, AI can develop relevant curricula and learning materials that match students' levels of understanding and interest. This can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in the classroom, thereby optimizing the potential of each student. AI-based virtual assistants are also a valuable support in the learning process. They can provide real-time help and feedback to students, guide them through learning challenges, and provide solutions to problems they face. Thus, virtual assistants play an important role in increasing student participation and engagement in learning. All in all, artificial intelligence has opened up new opportunities in the education of the future. With judicious application, AI can be a powerful partner for educators in enhancing learning and helping students reach their full potential. AI innovation in education will play a critical role in creating a more inclusive, adaptive and student-oriented future of education.

Abstract

The competitiveness of private tertiary institutions is interpreted as the provision of higher education services for the community (public) that are of superior quality, competitive and able to satisfy all stakeholders.The competitiveness of Higher Education is sexy and interesting to be studied, because this unit plays an important role in producing professional Human Resources to enter the world of work. At the same time, universities must be successful in implementing the tridharma of Private Higher Education in the form of teaching, research, and community service. So that the community really enjoys the existence of these tertiary institutions to raise the standard of living of the community. The competitiveness of private tertiary institutions provides a moral message that strength creates excellence, or there is a difference based on production quality, the tridharma services of tertiary institutions must be the best. The meaning of power must be interpreted by State Universities and Private Universities in order to make the resources owned superior to other Universities in certain aspects. SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) is a process of identifying or in-depth study of various factors systematically to formulate various organizational strategies, for example universities in maximizing strengths and opportunities, as well as minimizing weaknesses and threats (threats) that may occur and be faced by the various work units within it in order to evaluate the various output products produced and the tridharma services provided as well as by competitors of similar tertiary institutions.
