Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kategori dan ekspresi lingustik bidang pertanian Sasak tradisional di pulau Lombok, yang dikaitkan dengan konteks sosio-kultural masyarakat tani setempat. Untuk tujuan tersebut, kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sementara untuk analisis data digunakan analisis komponen. Analisis dipusatkan pada leksikon dan ekspresi linguistik pada ranah pertanian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dalam ranah pertanian itu selalu memunculkan istilah-istilah yang menjadi ekspresi/kategori linguistiknya. Ekspresi linguistik itu berbentuk kategori verba dan nomina. Urutan pengklasifikasian/ pengategorian terhadap ekspresi linguistik—baik nomina maupun verba—pun disesuaikan dengan rangkaian proses aktivitas pertanian dan hasil yang diperoleh. Untuk itu, pengategorisasiaan yang ada didasarkan pada komponen makna generik yang menyesuaikan proses dan hasil—verba dan nomina—dalam ranahnya itu.Kata Kunci: kategori dan ekspresi linguistik, analisis komponensial, etnosemantik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa kelas I SD Inpres Kaleke dalam membaca permulaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 SD Inpres Kaleke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 SD Inpres Kaleke dengan penggunaan media gambar. Desain penelitian ini mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, dilakukan pada siswa kelas I SD Inpres Kaleke dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa penggunaan media gambar dapat  Hal ini dapat dilihat pada siklus I presentase ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 40,21.  pembelajaran ini belum mencapai KKM 75%. Dilanjutkan pada siklus II yang keberhasilan pembelajaran mencapai presentase ketuntasan klasikal yaitu, 76,19. Dalam hal ini terjadi kenaikan sebesar 35,98 %. Dengan capaian, dapat dikatakan bahwa penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas satu SD Inpres Kaleke. Abstract

ABSTRACT Sungai Guntung has a potential for crabs because it still has fairly good mangrove forests in several areas. One of the problems found in the crab catchwas high mortality rate caused by disease and ectoparasites. This research aimed to determine the types of parasites that attack crabs and to determine the prevalence and intensity of ectoparasite attacks on crabs precisely and systematically. The field survey was conducted from April-May 2019 in Sungai Guntung waters, Kateman District, Indragiri Hilir Regency with sampling techniques from several fishermen to inventory ectoparasites on crabs.The observations found that ectoparasites include phylum protozoa namely Zoothamnium sp, and from arthropod phylum is Octolasmis sp.The prevalence value of ectoparasites infested Scylla serratawas Zoothamnium sp. 2.27%, Octolasmis sp. 80%, a mixture of Zoothamnium sp and Octolasmis sp. 6.67%. The intensity value of ectoparasites infested Scylla serrata was Zoothamnium sp. 9.5 ind/crab and Octolasmis sp. 149.23 ind/crab.Kata kunci :Ectoparasites, Crab, Protozoa, Prevalence, Intensity

Abstract

This article presents the social cohesiveness of traditional Sasak reflected and expressed in their linguistics, particularly at social capital domain, and to transform it to the current social capital of Sasak people. The category and linguistic expressions are considered to be the lingual category forms and the verbal expressions in the social capital domain, in which it is kept various knowledge systems of the social cohesiveness of Sasak people. Transformation in this study is defined as a shift at the surface structure (the lingual transformation) and deep structure (the behaviour transformation) of Sasak people, it is used the ethnosemantic approach, by investigating certain vocabularies in the language they use in the social domain having relationship with the social capital. This study reveals three social capitals of Sasak people becoming the base of values: (1) the social capital referring to the interactional forms, (2) to the institutional forms, and (3) to the norms. Furthermore, the social transformation tendency is caused by (i) the new qualification needs, (ii) the shift of professional role, and (iii) the existence of the complexity stratification, and (iv) the existence of new various institutions formed by the governments and the formal system power.

Abstract

Ketegangan mata adalah salah satu jenis gangguan mata yang disebabkan oleh tekanan pada otot akomodasi saat melihat benda kecil dan dekat dalam waktu yang lama. Beberapa faktor yang dapat memicu ketegangan mata antara lain usia, lama kerja, dan kondisi pencahayaan di tempat kerja. Semakin lama usia seseorang, semakin tinggi risiko terjadinya ketegangan mata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas pencahayaan dan masa kerja dengan gejala kelelahan mata pada pekerja Penjahit di Kelurahan Lolu, Kota Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 30 pekerja yang dipilih secara random. Variabel bebas intensitas pencahayaan diukur dengan Lux Meter, masa kerja menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel terikat yaitu kelelahan mata diukur dengan kuesioner Visual Fatigue Index (VFI). Analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik dengan uji Fisher Exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur penjahit yang paling banyak yaitu antara 20-30 tahun sebanyak 20 (66,7%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 17 (56,7%). Rata-rata masa kerja diatas 3 tahun sebanyak 20 (66,7%). Penjahit yang bekerja dengan menggunakan pencahayaan dan tidak sesuai dengan standar sebanyak 28 (93%). Abstract

AbstrakHutan merupakan sumberdaya alam yang dapat diperbaharui dan memberikan kontribusi bagi negara berupa pajak dan kesejahteraan rakyat dari nilai log kayu yang ada. Bagaimana Proses Peradilan Terhadap Pelanggaran Hukum Kehutanan. Apakah hambatan penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan di bidang kehutanan. Metodologi adalah penelitian hukum normatif merupakan penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses penyidikan terhadap kejahatan di bidang kehutanan diatur secara khusus, yakni dilakukan oleh Pejabat Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian/Dinas Kehutanan baik di tingkat Pusat maupun daerah. Di samping penyidik khusus ada pejabat penegak hukum lain yang juga mempunyai kewenangan melakukan penyidikan kejahatan di bidang kehutanan, yaitu penyidik dari Polri, Kejaksaan dan dari TNI Angkata Laut, dan Penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan di bidang kehutanan mengalami beberapa hambatan baik bersifat yuridis yang berasal dari peraturan perundangundangan yang mengatur kehutanan, yaitu rumusan delik kehutanan tidak dapat menjangkau pelaku intelektual kejahatan di bidang kehutanan. Kesimpulan, proses penyidikan terhadap kejahatan di bidang kehutanan diatur secara khusus, yakni dilakukan oleh Pejabat Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian/Dinas Kehutanan baik di tingkat Pusat maupun daerah. Penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan di bidang kehutanan mengalami beberapa hambatan baik bersifat yuridis yaitu rumusan delik kehutanan tidak dapat menjangkau pelaku intelektual kejahatan di bidang kehutanan. The methodology is normative legal research which is legal research conducted by examining literature.The results of the research show that the process of investigating crimes in the forestry sector is regulated specifically, namely that it is carried out by Investigating Officers of Civil Servants within the Ministry/Forestry Service both at the central and regional levels. In addition to special investigators, there are other law enforcement officials who also have the authority to investigate crimes in the forestry sector, namely investigators from the National Police, the Attorney General's Office and the Navy, and law enforcement against crimes in the forestry sector experiences several obstacles, both juridical in nature, originating from regulations the laws governing forestry, namely the formulation of forestry offenses cannot reach the intellectual perpetrators of crimes in the forestry sector. In conclusion, the process of investigating crimes in the forestry sector is regulated specifically, namely to be carried out by Investigating Officers of Civil Servants within the Ministry/Forestry Service both at the central and regional levels. Abstract

The present study focuses on the implement of online learning in special education and how Information and Telecommunications Technology being used to strengthen and support the achievement of learning and the learning goals at special needs junior high school students (SMPLB) Jambi. The research method used in this study is a case study where the researchers observe how the patterns and processes of online education in the learning of SMPLB students, distributing questionnaires on the use of ICT to the teachers, interviews with parents/guardians of the students, and interviews with special junior high school teacher Sri Soedewi Maschun Sofyan, S.H Jambi. The results of the research indicate that the students in special needs schools have difficulty in obtaining technology that suits with their needs in learning. The learning process cannot be carried out as expected because the teachers have difficulty in making technology-based learning materials for the students, especially for students with the deaf and the blind. Reading and writing skills are also very limited, and the student learning is very low because the online method greatly limits opportunities for direct interaction between the students and the teachers. The involvement of parental assistance is also very low because the parents do not understand how to aid with children in online learning.

Abstract

The urgent need for partner teachers (SMK Satria) at this time is "training to improve teacher competence in implementing scientific learning". The training targets of the training program as an effort to improve the quality of the process and student learning outcomes are 24 teachers of SMK Satria, Jambi City, Jambi Province. The expected outputs of the training activities to improve teacher competence in implementing scientific learning are as follows: (a) Increasing teacher competence in the affective domain so that they are able to assess teacher professional development activities in accordance with the guidelines so that the objectives of teacher professional development activities can be achieved; (b) Increasing teacher competence in the psychomotor domain, namely the ability of teachers to practice scientific learning; (c) Increasing teacher competence in the cognitive domain so that they have the competence to know and understand clear reasons and suggestions, and provide learning impacts for improvement for the teacher himself. The material is provided through adult learning methods (andragogy), with a ratio of 30% theory (9 Meeting Hours/JP) and 70% practice (27 Meeting Hours/JP). In adult learning, more emphasis is placed on improving the quality of their lives, providing skills and abilities to solve the problems they experience in life and their service tasks. The overall increase in average competence of trainees as a result of the training reached 62%. The results of the questionnaire on training satisfaction resulted in information that the implementation of the training could satisfy the trainees (average 95%), both in terms of the achievement of training objectives, training methods, instructor quality, time and media used. The recommended suggestion is that local governments need to budget funds for the implementation of advanced Scientific Learning training activities for teachers funded from the Provincial or District / City APBD.

Abstract

Poor sanitation is one of the main factors causing disease in Indonesia. Kayumalue Ngapa Village, North Palu, Palu City, is one of the areas with low levels of access to sanitation. Many families in this neighbourhood do not have healthy and proper latrines. This causes various health problems, such as diarrhoea, skin diseases, and worms. This community service aims to build healthy family latrines through mentoring, improve access to sanitation and public health, and improve their quality of life. The methods of this community service activity include: socialisation and education of the results of community service on healthy family latrines, construction of healthy family latrines, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity are the construction of 1 healthy family latrine as a pilot, increasing access to sanitation and public health, and improving their quality of life. The construction of healthy family latrines can improve access to sanitation and community health, and improve their quality of life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru bahasa Indonesia di Kecamatan Sanggar Bima dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penilitian ini memakai metode simak dan metode cakap. Sementara metode analisis data menggunakan metode padan intralingual dan eksralingual teknik HBB, HBS, dan HBSP. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) kemampuan guru bahasa Indonesia di Kecamatan Sanggar Bima dalam mengimplementasikan tahap pemodelan berkategori cukup mampu dengan perolehan skor 68, (2) kemampuan guru bahasa Indonesia di Kecamatan Sanggar Bima dalam mengimplementasikan tahap menyusun teks secara bersama-sama berkategori sangat mampu dengan perolehan skor 100, (3) kemampuan guru bahasa Indonesia di Kecamatan Sanggar Bima dalam mengimplementasikan tahap menyusun teks secara mandiri berkategori kurang mampu dengan perolehan skor 61. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru bahasa Indonesia di Kecamatan Sanggar Bima dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks berkategori cukup mampu dengan perolehan skor 75.
