Abstract

Saat ini, Rasio Elektrifikasi (RE) Sumbar sebesar 92,80 persen. Masih ada sekitar 7,2 persen atau 78 ribu rumah tangga yang belum menikmati listrik. Dari total tersebut, RE PT. PLN (Persero) sebesar 98,78 persen dan sisanya 1,22 persen berasal dari RE listrik non PLN (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro/PLTMH dan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya/PLTS). Dalam hal ini, PLN tidak sepenuhnya menyediakan tenaga listrik, terutama bagi masyarakat di daerah terpencil. Salah satu solusi, dibangun PLTMH. RE Kabupaten Solok pada tahun 2017, adalah 91,77 persen yang berada di bawah target nasional, 97,15 persen. Dalam penelitian ini, dipilih lokasi Nagari Koto Gaek Guguk, Kecamatan Gunung Talang. Penelitian ini hanya memfokuskan perancangan prototype turbin air. Dalam proses perencanaan, dibutuhkan data-data berupa debit dan head di lokasi PLTMH berada. Data diperoleh dari data gabungan, instansi terkait dan survei lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil survei didapatkan data berupa debit aliran sebesar 7 m3/s dan tinggi jatuh air (head) sebesar 39,41 m. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perencanaan pemilihan turbin dan perancanaan komponen. Seperti perencanaan dimensi runner turbin, guide vane, dimensi spiral casing dan dimensi poros. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, didapatkan jenis turbin yang dipakai adalah turbin Francis sebanyak 2 buah dengan daya terbangkit 2.117,48 kW.

Abstract

Islamic education as part of society's value system cannot be separated from cultural elements. Therefore, the relationship between Islamic education and culture can be an appropriate collaboration in overcoming shifts in values among society. The aim of this research is to represent the values of Islamic education in the Wayang Kekayon Khalifah play Pandanarang Malik Grembyang, which also looks at the implementation of its value content on the social system. This research uses the hermeneutic phenomenology method to study the play text textually and contextually. The results of the research show that the play contains the essence of the dangers of life that deifies the world or the despicable behavior of one's culture. So, the Pandanarang play in the Wayang Kekayon Khalifah art becomes relevant when it is presented to a community that is starting to experience a shift in values. The implications of this research reflect a cultural approach as optimizing Islamic education in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang nilai moral dan nilai sosial dalam novel kami (bukan) sarjana kertas karya J.S. Khairen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai moral dan mendeskripsikan nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam novel Kami (Bukan) Sarjana Kertas karya J. S. Khairen, serta mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai moral dan nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam novel Kami (Bukan) Sarjana Kertas karya J.S. Khairen pada pembelajaran di SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu jenis penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran secara sistematis, kalimat faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta. Data penelitian ini berupa kata-kata, kalimat, paragraf, dan kutipan dalam novel. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, bahwa dalam novel Kami (Bukan) Sarjana Kertas karya J.S. Khairen mengandung nilai moral dan nilai sosial yang dapat diimplementasikan sebagai bahan pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Nilai moral dan sosial diperoleh dengan menganalisis wujud-wujud nilai yang terkandung dalam novel yang dikaji. Nilai-nilai tersebut diwujudkan dalam berbagai perilaku serta sifat tokoh pada rangkaian cerita novel. Nilai moral yang terkandung pada novel yang dikaji mencakup tiga jenis, yaitu: hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, hubungan manusia dengan orang lain, dan hubungan manusia dengan tuhan. Serta nilai sosial mencakup nilai sosial kasih sayang, nilai sosial tanggung jawab, dan nilai sosial keserasian hidup.

Abstract

The research analyzes the potential of brain-based learning based on critical thinking on memory and memory. The purpose of this study is to produce a framework of brain-based learning methods, which integrate critical thinking in the learning process to students' memory and memory abilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect and analyze data. Through literature review, relevant studies are obtained to produce a framework that can be implemented in learning. The findings suggest that brain-based learning, which centers on critical thinking activities, positively affects both memory retention and students' recall abilities. This research emphasizes the importance of incorporating critical thinking strategies into educational practices to improve learning outcomes. In conclusion, this study highlights the significant impact of brain-based learning on memory and recall.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find the value of humanism in the distribution of Ponggol in the earth alms tradition in Keramat Bumiayu Village, Brebes. The aim is that these values ​​can become a guide to life for the community, especially the younger generation, as preparation for becoming entirely social human beings and continuing to carry out the tradition of giving charity to the Earth. This research uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach and uses content analysis techniques from Milles and Huberman. The study obtained historical data regarding traditions and implementation, processions, and humanistic values ​​in the Ponggol distribution procession in the earth alms tradition at the Keramat Temple, Brebes Regency. In the ponggol distribution procession, there are human values, namely the value of cooperation, the value of being willing to sacrifice, the importance of caring for others, the value of helping each other, and the value of solidarity.

Abstract

The lack of adhesion bonding of the hydroxyapatite (HA) coating layer on the surface of implant material can cause the coating layer to peel off during implantation and will increase the risk of metallic ion release to human body and may also to increase inflammatory effect and slow down the osseointegration process. In order to increase the adhesion of HA coated Ti-6Al-4V ELI by adding Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2) into the coating layer.The coating process of the HA suspension with addition ZrO2 into Ti-6Al-4V ELI sample surfaces was conducted by using dip-coating method. The samples were then heated at 800, 900, and 950 °C. The improvement of adhesion coating was correlated by calculating the removed area. The low value of removed coating area indicated the adhesion coating is good. The test specimen with the addition of ZrO2, has a removed area fewer than the test specimen without the addition of PVA- ZrO2 has. This shows that the test specimen with the addition of ZrO2 has good coating adhesion.The addition of PVA- ZrO2 to the HA suspension increases adhesion bonding of the coating layer, as indicated by the low removed area as compared to that of without PVA- ZrO2 coating.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine wether profitability mediate the effect of intellectual capital and financial leverage on the firm value. The population of this study are 143 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. This study is a census method because all elements of population are studied, so to test the hypotheses does not use a significant test. Conclusions are drawn directly from the coefficient values of each variable. Data are collected from annual reports and analyzed by using path analysis. This study incorporates profitability as a mediating variable in the research model, which was not examined in previous studies. The results indicate that intellectual capital and financial leverage have positive effects on firm value and profitability can mediate the effect of intellectual capital and financial leverage on the firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi di sebuah sekolah, dengan fokus pada strategi pembelajaran yang menggabungkan pendekatan daring dan luring (blended learning) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang peta konsep, garis alur, dan ringkasan buku fiksi dan nonfiksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan melakukan penelitian tindakan (action research)). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam pembuatan peta konsep dan garis alur, dengan indikasi berupa kenaikan nilai siswa. Meskipun terdapat kendala dalam pemilihan buku yang selektif dan persiapan waktu yang memadai, faktor pendukung seperti kesadaran sekolah, sarana prasarana, latar belakang keluarga siswa, profesionalisme guru, dan kesadaran literasi semakin meningkat. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah menerapkan strategi literasi di semua kelas dan mata pelajaran dengan seleksi buku yang lebih cermat serta mempertimbangkan pembentukan pojok baca di kelas sebagai upaya meningkatkan literasi secara holistik di sekolah. Simpulan, bahwa kegiatan literasi di sekolah belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik, dan pembelajaran literasi belum mendapat perhatian yang memadai di semua mata pelajaran, meskipun merupakan muatan pokok kurikulum 2013. Selain itu, pembentukan pojok baca di seluruh kelas juga dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan literasi di seluruh sekolah secara holistik. Kata Kunci: Literasi, Pembelajaran, Peta Konsep

Abstract

A leader must engage with his subordinates using a leadership style. One of the components needed to support employee performance is this. This study aims to ascertain how the supervisor's leadership style impacts employee performance at the Singgasana Hotel in Makassar. Employee Performance is the research variable (Y), and the independent variable is the leadership style variable (X). This kind of study methodology is quantitative. The participants in this study were housekeeping staff members of the Singgasana Hotel in Makassar. In contrast, data analysis utilizing simple regression analysis was used to sample thirty employees who worked with up to thirty respondents by accidental sampling technique. Using the SPSS software version 22.0, a Likert scale-based questionnaire is used for data collection. According to research, leadership style positively and dramatically impacts employee performance at the Singgasana Hotel Makassar.
