Abstract

Abstract: Cases of haemorrhage in Cilacap General Hospital in May as many as 10 cases of 147 births. While the incidence of placenta retention 1 case of 147 births. Data June there were 4 cases of haemorrhage and placenta retention as much as 3 cases of 153 births, the average time of the birth of the placenta is 10 minutes. A total of 153 patients (100%) in the month of June 2013 the position of third stage of labor with the supine position. Objective : to know the difference acceleration of the birth of the placenta between supine position with elevated recumbent position in Cilacap General Hospital. Methods : The research used in this studi was a quantitative analysis of the Quasi experimental design with a sample of 66 women giving birth vaginally with inclusion criteria of gestational age > 20 weeks, not having retained placenta.Keywords: Third Stage Labor, Maternal Position In The Third Stage, Elevated Recumbent.

Abstract

During pregnancy, relaxation of the pelvic joints may happen due to hormonal changes. In line with the gradual weight gain during pregnancy and redistribution of concentration are hormonal influences on the structure of the ligament. Both of these factors alter the posture of pregnant women. This leads to a tendency for the muscle to shorten if stretched abdominal muscles that can lead to muscle imbalance around the pelvis, and the additional voltage can be felt above the ligament. As a result of back pain that usually comes from the sacroiliac or lumbar, and can be a long-term back problems if the balance of muscle and pelvic stability is not restored after delivery. So the authors are interested in examining the relationship diastasis recti abdominis with lower back pain in pregnant women. Objective: to know the description of the characteristics of pregnant women? Knowing diastasis recti abdominis picture in pregnant women? Knowing picture lower back in pregnant women? Knowing the relationship diastasis with low back pain?this research is quantitative research with survey method in pregnant women in the third trimester banjarnegara hospital in june to august 2011. Methode : this type of research is a cross-sectional method with associative testing approach that is conjecture about the relationship between variables in a population that is about the relationship diastasis recti abdominis with low back pain. Abstract

Maternal Mortality in Banyumas was 114.7 per 100,000 live births, this number decreased when compared to the year 2013 is 126 / 100,000 live births. The direct causes of maternal death are haemorrhage highest 14 cases and 5 cases of eclampsia. Bleeding is due to muscle contractions of the uterus inadequate. Abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles is a proponent of uterine muscle. Without these muscles, the muscles of the uterus will be weak and benefit return the tone of the muscles of the pelvic floor that would restore muscle tone was good during the puerperium, so the involution of the uterus will go well. The results showed statistically t: 3.779, p value of 0.000 means that there are significant differences in the average decrease in height between any combination fundus abdominal muscle exercises and pelvic floor muscle exercises with postpartum mothers who are only trained in pelvic floor muscles only. The average decrease in height fundus on a combination of abdominal and pelvic muscle exercises 2:31 cm whereas only do pelvic floor muscle exercises alone is 1.4 cm. There is a significant difference in the average decrease in height between any combination fundus abdominal muscle exercises and pelvic floor muscle exercises with postpartum mothers who are only trained in pelvic floor muscles only. Abstract

Back pain is common in pregnancy. The experience of back pain is often experienced by pregnant women about 24% -90% during pregnancy (JosPt, 2014). There are several factors that contribute to these symptoms during pregnancy including pelvic changes as well as changes in loading due to increasing gestational age (Sabino, Jennifer 2008). Puskesmas Kembaran I is a health center that runs pregnant women's classes. Based on a preliminary study conducted in the class of pregnant women in Purbadana and Kembaran villages in March 2016, of 31 pregnant women stated that 65% had back pain, which was quite disturbing to patients, often using pharmacologic treatment by taking calcium or using oil white wood. Based on the phenomenon, the authors are interested to know to know the relationship between pregnancy age and body mass index of pregnant women with low back pain in pregnant women. Problem formulation is as follows: how the correlation of gestational age with low back pain in pregnant women? Abstract

Uterine myoma is a common reproductive disorder in women. This case is rarely found at an age that has not been reproduced or not menarche. The growth of uterine myoma is strongly influenced by reproductive hormones, and only manifests during reproductive age. In addition, risk factors for uterine myomas occur in overweight women (obese) who have no offspring and are not married. One prospective study found that the likelihood of uterine myoma risk was as high as 21% for every 10kg increase in body weight, in addition to uterine myoma having maximum growth during reproduction. The result of this research with Chi squere test obtained p value 0.033 which means that p≤0,05, meaning there is influence between IMT with occurrence of mioma uteri, then p value 0,789 meaning that p> 0,05, so there is no influence of age of menarche with occurrence of uterine myoma, and p value 0.07 which means that p> 0,05, no effect of menstrual status with uterine myoma. Conclusion: 1) The highest body mass index (53.2%) with normal status, (25.5%) was obese type 1, obesity (11.7%), overweight (7.4%), and the lowest was lean (2.1%). 2) The highest menarche incidence (85.1%) of menarche is age 10-16 years, then 11.7% age <10 years, and 3.2% age> 16 years. Menstruation Status picture that 86.2% is still menstruating and 13.8% have not experienced menstruation. 3) There is a relationship between BMI with occurrence of uterine myoma. 4) there is no correlation between age of menarche and occurrence of uterine myoma. 5) There is no relationship between menstrual state and occurrence of uterine myoma. Abstract

Contraception is a long-term contraceptive method (MKJP) that is very effective in preventing pregnancy, where contraception is intended to delay, narrow and stop pregnancy, one of which is the Women's Operative Method (MOW) and Male Operative Medical (MOP). The 2011 Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), the achievement of new participants in Women's Operative Medical Contraception, and MOP increased sharply, namely MOP rose 44% and MOW rose 15%. However, from the data of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014, the use of the MOW method is still around 3.4%, the second lowest after MOP (0.4%). Based on long-term contraception, IUD 12.8%, MOP 0.4%, MOW 2.2%, IMPLANT 12.2%, from these data it can be seen that MOW is the second choice for couples in stopping fertility (Data from Banyumas District Health Profile, 2015). Research Objective: knowing the attitude of mothers in choosing the Female Operative Method (MOW). This study used a qualitative study with a snowball sampling sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the majority of the mothers' attitudes in choosing MOW were strongly influenced by the experiences experienced by respondents and influenced by someone who was considered important, namely doctors and midwives. The behavior of mothers in choosing contraceptive methods is influenced by one of them is the attitude of the mother, while the attitude strongly influenced by attitude is strongly influenced by the mother's experience, the influence of culture and the influence of people who are considered important. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out, "school collaboration and parents in overcoming the deviant behavior of class VIII B students". The research method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The source of this research data is primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data collection tool used is an observation guide, interview guide and documentation. The analysis in this study was presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using informants as many as 4 people consisting of Deputy Principal of Student Section, Class VIII B, Parents and Students. Abstract

Aplication of Cooperative Learning Model of Number Heads Together(NHT) Type for Improved Mathematical Problem Solving in Fifth Grade. Thisresearch aims to: (1) describe the implementation of learning mathematics withapplication of cooperative learning model of NHT type in improving problem-solving abilities of fifth grade students at SDN Perumnas 02; and (2) describe the mathematical problem solving abilities increase abilities of fifth grade students at SDN Perumnas 02 with the implementation of cooperative learning model of NHT type in learning Mathematics. The method used is classroom action research Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models conducted in two cycles with qualitative and quantitative research approaches. Results from this study are: (1) the implementation of learning mathematics with application of cooperative learning model of NHT type of cycle I to cycle II of fifth grade students at SDN Perumnas 02, the better. Headband as numbering media to motivate students to learn. Giving the problem at this stage of questioning which is designed in the form of worksheets and given to each student develop a sense of personal responsibility so that when heads together students discuss with the group in solving problems. External motivation given teacher support internal motivation is able to create and enable the whole group to discuss; and (2) Application of cooperative learning model of NHT type can improve mathematical problem-solving abilities. Penerapan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Number Heads Togetheruntuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah di kelas V SDN Perumnas 02; dan (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas V di SDN Perumnas 02 dengan penerapan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dari siklus I ke siklus II di kelas V SDN Perumnas 02 semakin baik. Ikat kepala sebagai media numbering mampu memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Pemberian masalah pada tahap questioning yang dirancang dalam bentuk LKS dan diberikan pada setiap siswa menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab pribadi sehingga pada saat heads together siswa berdiskusi dengan kelompoknya dalam memecahkan masalah. Motivasi eksternal yang diberikan guru mendukung motivasi internal yang mampu menciptakan dan mengaktifkan seluruh anggota kelompok untuk berdiskusi; dan (2) Penerapan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

Writing this article is to describe the concept model of Cooperative Learning Type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and describe its relationship with the increase in the development of students' communicative character. Model of Cooperative Learning Teams Type Game Tournament (TGT) is learning that utilizes small heterogeneous groups and allow students to work together to maximize their learning, involving the activities of all students without any differences in status, involving the role of students as peer tutors, and contains elements of the game in the tournament with using numbered cards and progress of individual scoring system, where students compete with other team members with the same level of academic ability in the tournament table, besides that there is reinforcement (reinforcement) at each end of the lesson in the form of an appreciation of the improvement results achieved by the students. In Cooperative Learning Type Teams Game Tournament comunity are learning concepts that will encourage students to work together and interact with each other. Elements of the game will create a fun learning environment, so that social interaction are good.

Abstract

Application of Experimental Methods to Increase Understanding of the Concept of Grade IV Primary School Students in Science Lesson. The purpose of this study is to describe data on: (1) student activity in science learning by applying experimental method; (2) improvement of understanding of science concept by applying experiment method. The method used in this research is a classroom action research with Kemmis & Mc design. Taggart. This research was conducted in the odd semester of academic year 2017/2018 at SD Negeri Wirukencana in grade 4 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, test and documentation. Based on the processing and data analysis, the results of this study are: (1) Student activity at the time of learning using experimental method that is in the first stage students pay attention to the initial experiments conducted by the teacher as evidenced by answering questions asked by teachers around the experiment. Then at the observation stage all the students recorded things that happened while observing the experiments performed by the teacher. The third stage of the students make a hypothesis according to the conceptual observation based on observation. Furthermore, in the verification stage students conduct experiments that refer to the LKS in a group way, the students divide each task on each member of the group such as the task as chairman of the group, secretary, moderator and other tasks in the experiment. After the students complete the experiment each group discuss or present the results of his group's observations in front of the class. The fifth stage is the application of concepts, the students are able to give examples of the alteration of changes in the form of things in everyday life; and (2) The application of experimental methods in general can increase the understanding of the concept of fourth grade students.
