The research objective is to look at the conditions of online formal learning, when the PSBB started and the new normal era. Descriptive research through the Google Form link to students in Padang randomly to obtain information in online learning. Research shows online learning is very helpful in education, but 55.6% of respondents feel less effective during the PSBB and the new normal period increases by 55.7%. Complaints are generally the large number of assignments; the cost is 78.6% burdensome and 98.6% of students are anxious. 80% of students expect e learning or blended learning. At least face-to-face learning is needed for the emotional relationship between students and lecturers in online learning. New strategies and techniques for dealing with blended learning for non-formal education need to be carried out with the discipline of health protocols.

Through the distribution of learning assessment instruments circulated using google-form to 40,000 UNP students, it was found that 4820 respondents had filled in the instrument. From the respondents' answers, it is known that 99.3% of the lecturers have conducted online lectures, 58% of them are according to the schedule. From the aspect of student readiness, 43.9% were ready, 40.5% were not ready. Furthermore, 50.2% of the lecturers provided guidance well, 44.4% sometimes, and only 5.4% did not. The main obstacles for students: 39.8% less stable internet and 47.7% signal difficulties and no signal at all 12.4%. Other difficulties are 82% internet access, 75.9% credit fees, 63.7% tuition fees, and 51.6% other difficulties. E-learaning process at UNP has been going well and can meet the learning outcomes that have been set. To improve the quality of better learning outcomes, it is necessary to improve the quality of network infrastructure by Telkom, increase the quality of instructional learning by lecturers, and provide credit subsidies for students.

Abstract

The current pandemic of Covid-19 causes many people to be afraid to go to the Public Health Centre because of requiring antigen/swab tests. Health Service Coverage data according to Minimum Service Standards (SPM) data at the health centre of Talang, people suspected of TB was still low, with a target of 386 cases in 2020. Based on the latest data in September 2021, it was found that the low coverage of pulmonary TB patients receiving treatment according to standards in Gunung Talang District was 19.83%. According to SPM (Minimum Service Standards), data on the coverage of suspected TB people at the Talang Health Center from January to September 2021 found 155 cases (40.15%), the lowest coverage in Nagari Jawi-Jawi was 17.72%. The cause of this data on the pulmonary TB problem is that several people hold too many programs, so the program is not monitored, and program holders do not focus on this problem. Meanwhile, when viewed from the perspective of society, many people do not understand the difference between pulmonary TB and Covid-19 infected—tuberculosis and Covid-19 attack the human respiratory tract both. Importance understanding the public about the differences between pulmonary TB and Covid-19 was needed.

Abstract

Hypertension is currently a significant problem for all of us, not only in Indonesia but also in the world. Hypertension is the silent killer because it is often without complaints. Patients do not know they have hypertension which is not uncommon only after complications occur. Based on data from the West Sumatra Health Office report, the highest number of hypertension cases was in Solok Regency (21,907 cases). Based on the analysis of health data at the Jua Gaek Health Center in 2020, hypertension is the main problem for non-communicable diseases, especially in the elderly group, while the methods or systems in health promotion efforts are inadequate. This activity aims to increase the commitment of Health Centre and community leaders to increase public knowledge about hypertension and design more innovative health promotion programs. Exercises to increase general knowledge use the lecture method, installing health promotion media, making banners, leaflets, booklets, and posters. The activity results showed an increase in public knowledge about the dangers of hypertension for health from 60% to 95% and the availability of health promotion media at the Health Centre and distributed in several public places.
