Abstract

In the concept of Islam, parents play an important role in the implementation of their children’s religious education, and parents must even be able to be role models for their children. For that reason, who became the subjects of this study were the parents in Air Duku village; concerning how was their role in fostering adolescents through education in the family. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data were analyzed using the approach of Miles et al. This study found a conclusion that the parents’ role was quite maximal in educating and instilling the values of Islamic education to foster adolescents’ morals in Air Duku village. The implementation pattern of such a fostering effort is through the inculcation of religious values, guiding, supervising children/adolescents’ behavior, and reprimanding them when doing bad things with the methods of habituation and giving advice, for example, and attention.Keywords: Parents’ Role, Morals, Teenagers

Abstract

Al-Qur'an mempunyai kandungan yang universal dan komprehensif. Al-Qur'an merupakan pedoman hidup yang mengantarkan manusia untuk memperoleh suatu titik terang kebenaran. Gambaran-gambaran yang dimuat Al-Qur'an merupakan motivasi agar kita terus dapat menggalinya.Dari keumuman ayat Al-Qur’an itu menuntut kita untuk mempelajari apa yang telah digambarkan Allah untuk menambah tebal keyakinan manusia bahwa al-Qur'an memang suatu kitab petunjuk yang akan selalu kontekstual dan relevan pada setiap zaman. Tidak seorangpun dapat menyangkal bahwa di dalam Al-Qur’an tidak hanya diletakkan dasar-dasar peraturan hidup manusia dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan sang pencipta, dalam interaksinya sesama manusia, dan dalam tindakannya terhadap alam di sekitarnya, tetapi juga dinyatakan untuk apa manusia diciptakan. Di dalam Al-Qur’an disebutkan juga garis besar tentang kejadian alam semesta, tentang penciptaan makhluk hidup, termasuk manusia didorong hasrat ingin tahunya, dipacu akalnya untuk menyelidiki segala apa yang ada di sekelilingnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perbedaan penggunaan  media audio visual dan pembelajaran langsung terhadap pengembangan literasi anak . Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK TGK Chik Maqam Kabupaten Bireun. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada semester ganjil dengan waktu Oktober 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan sampling jenuh. Hipotesis untuk menguji normalitas data menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan bahwa data literasi kelas pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual mempunyai nilai sig. (=0,060) lebih besar dari nilai α (=0,05) dan anak kelas pembelajaran langsung mempunyai nilai sig. (=0,066) lebih besar dari nilai α (=0,05) sehingga H0 diterima. Hipotesis untuk menguji homogenitas menggunakan uji Lavene, menunjukkan bahwa kedua data literasi anak mempunyai nilai sig. (=0,661) lebih besar dari nilai α (=0,05) sehingga H0 diterima, maka dari kedua sampel berasal dari populasi yang memiliki bervarians yang homogen. Hipotesis statistik menguji perbedaan rata-rata dengan menggunakan perhitungan uji Independent Samples Test (uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa kedua data literasi anak  mempunyai nilai thitung (=0,001) sehingga terdapat perbedaan karena sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 dan thitung bernilai positif sehingga H0 ditolak. Dari hasil analisis dapat dikemukakan bahwa memiliki perbedaan antara kedua pembelajaran, pembelajaran yang baik  untuk anak yang dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan literasi adalah dengan menggunakan pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual sedangkan pembelajaran langsung dinilai kurang cocok untuk mengembangkan literasi anak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini secara khusus ditunjukkan kepada guru yaitu dalam penerapan pembelajaran dan memperhatikan karakteristik anak khususnya pada literasi. kata kunci : literasi anak, media audio visual

Abstract

The current pandemic of Covid-19 causes many people to be afraid to go to the Public Health Centre because of requiring antigen/swab tests. Health Service Coverage data according to Minimum Service Standards (SPM) data at the health centre of Talang, people suspected of TB was still low, with a target of 386 cases in 2020. Based on the latest data in September 2021, it was found that the low coverage of pulmonary TB patients receiving treatment according to standards in Gunung Talang District was 19.83%. According to SPM (Minimum Service Standards), data on the coverage of suspected TB people at the Talang Health Center from January to September 2021 found 155 cases (40.15%), the lowest coverage in Nagari Jawi-Jawi was 17.72%. The cause of this data on the pulmonary TB problem is that several people hold too many programs, so the program is not monitored, and program holders do not focus on this problem. Meanwhile, when viewed from the perspective of society, many people do not understand the difference between pulmonary TB and Covid-19 infected—tuberculosis and Covid-19 attack the human respiratory tract both. Importance understanding the public about the differences between pulmonary TB and Covid-19 was needed.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of cybersex behavior among adolescents presents a growing concern, with potential risks to their physical and mental health. The ease of access and low cost associated with this behavior contribute to its proliferation. Based on interviews with students from X High School in Pariaman, it was found that a significant portion of the student population accesses pornography on the internet when exposed to online advertisements and during casual browsing. The primary objective of this initiative is to nurture a generation of digitally aware youth by enhancing their knowledge and shaping healthier attitudes regarding cybersex. The location of the activities was SMA X Pariaman City. A combination of active and passive approaches was employed. Active methods involved delivering lectures with prepared materials and informative video presentations. Passively, students were provided with informational leaflets and banners placed strategically in the school environment. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires were administered to gauge the effectiveness of the materials and videos in influencing participants' knowledge and attitudes. Statistical analysis, including the Wilcoxon test and Gain Score, reveals a notable increase in expertise and confirms the effectiveness of the counseling efforts. In summary, this program effectively enhances knowledge and attitudes about cybersex among adolescents, marking a significant step in addressing this pressing issue.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the response of law enforcement officials to 4,444 cases of criminal acts of gambling via electronic media in Indonesia. The approach in this research refers to legal norms contained in legal regulations and literature, involving normative legal analysis and a qualitative approach. The research results show that law enforcement policies against criminal acts of gambling via electronic media need to be regulated and integrated in the legal field, as well as developing new laws. The use of these legal instruments is considered important to support development in various sectors, which depends on development needs, community legal awareness, and their views on behavioral assessment. In imposing sentences on perpetrators of gambling crimes, a general minimum criminal system and a special maximum criminal system are applied. However, in this system, judges do not have complete freedom to determine the appropriate type of punishment, but must follow the provisions for criminal intimidation regulated in law. In conclusion, to eradicate criminal acts of gambling via electronic media in Indonesia, it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of Information Technology and Electronic Equipment (ITE) investigators at the National Police and National Police Headquarters levels, especially because law enforcement officers face difficulties identifying online gambling brokers who use fake identities and catch them effectively.

Abstract

The Influence of Busybook Media on Letter Recognition Ability in Group B Children at Aster Kindergarten, Molosipat W Village, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. Early Childhood Education Teacher Education. Principal Supervisor I: Drs. Yakob Napu, M.Pd; Co-Supervisor II: Sri Wahyuningsi Laiya, S.Pd, M.Pd. This study aims to determine the effect of Busybook media on the letter recognition ability of Group B children at Aster Kindergarten, Molosipat W Village, West City District, Gorontalo City. This research used a quantitative approach with an experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, and data collection methods include tests and observation, where children’s letter recognition abilities were measured before and after the treatment using Busybook media. The instrument used in this study to assess letter recognition ability based on three indicators. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years, with a sample size of 15 children. Data analysis results indicated a significant increase in children's letter recognition ability after the implementation of Busybook media. The t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 with α = 0.05; since the significance value from the t-test is smaller than α (0.000 < 0.05), the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. It can be concluded that Busybook media has an effect on children's letter recognition ability and can be considered an effective teaching method in early childhood education.
